Staff is more than wonderful. They care about you and will reason with you. Might be because it s a family owned business. Other than that, one of the most ideal places to go for service. Also PS, THEY DO NOT PERFORM THE WASH OUT FOR TRAILERS, TALK TO MAN UPFRONT FOR SERVICE WITH THAT. Overall amazing though

Aggressively cut me off on 22 in a company pick up. When I called to have a conversation with them I assume the owner answered who cut me off and arrogantly berated me to go back to drivers ed I guess risking others safety is not a concern for this company.

I came to this shop specifically to get my semi trailer washed out; however, their equipment wasn't working, and no one knew how to fix it. Also, the washout location is in an odd location on the side of their building, which wasn't the best for maneuvering a semi truck. In the end, I wasted 30 minutes, didn't get my trailer cleaned, and had to go Hotwash, Inc in Allentown, PA to get it done. I will not return to Doctor Diesel!!

Not sure how their business is, but was just behind one of their drivers weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating drivers, using the shoulder to pass cars. Not one to complain much, but that was very dangerous the way they were driving.

VERY nice people, family run business. very easy to talk to and reasonable with prices. i met these guys today, exactly what anyone wants when they go to get their truck repaired. compassionate and nice people working here. recommend them to anyone.

Zero respect for these guys. Look them up on Ripoff Report. I had the same experience. They sell you used parts at 500% markup. Beware, there are honest repair facilities out there, this is NOT one of them. Scam artists, theifs!
