Help me I ask! And by god! They helped me there really a good shop. They do there best to keep a driver up and running. With a reefer that's important. Thanks to all you guys who work there highly recommend this place if your having reefer issues. I'd give more stars but Google has a 5 star limit I'd say these folk are a 10 I my book

Absolute worst experience I have had has been at the olyphant shop The service manager Tadd can give out regional manager name after he has completely dropped the ball. He can not communicate well. Was not surprised to come here and see the manager left a review for the very company he works for. Total joke

I had the check alternator message on my S 600 reefer unit ,I got charged 813 $ to replace the alternator and the tie down for the battery (40$ ).I have no words to describe how I felt when they told me the price , I could not believe it .I understand it is 128 $ per hr but the charge was to much .The worst thing about it is that you can not do anything about it .It is not fair. I will never set foot in this shop ever again.

We have an issue with our reefer for the past two years. During defrost water is not draining down the outside drain tubes but it flows down the wall of the reefer unit on the outside and inside. Brought it in several times and CSTK stated they don't know what is wrong with it anymore and told us corporate was contacted. We are waiting for a response from corporate from 6 months and haven't heard. Then there is water coming into the inside of the reefer, which was fixed except for a small leak and again CSTK stated they don't know what is wrong and corporate has to tell them. Haven't heard from corporate. I ask the service manager to speak to the regional manager for the area, or their boss and he cannot provide me their info. If someone from CSTK reads this, I would appreciate to be contacted to speak through the issues with the TK unit.

Made room for me with very short notice. Found sub par repairs by previous to dealer. Showed problem to me Repaired at a reasonable price and very quickly had me back on the road. Ty Kathy, John and Joe. I

Newer ever come to this guys. Prices are crazy. They charged me 600$ for changing few wires on espar heater. Next time will call police if you meet people like they are

Good people take good care of customers
