I've been taking my cars to Beckman for a few year now and I can not express how well they treat their customers. The lovely lady at the desk, whose name escapes me, always makes me smile. Great service, gentmen. And I would say they have never gouged their prices or been lacking in finding the problem I've been having. Mary Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours!

Unprofessional. They rummage through your glovebox for personal and car info. They don't just ask for it. They just search. I brought in a car for repair I was surprised when I found all the joint owners address and info on the invoice. I never gave them this info and the work should be in my name. They searched the car, they didn't need any detailed info to simply examine the car. Upon leaving I asked the cashier about billing the cashier tells me no bill for looking at a problem with the car. I leave and head home an hour away. I then get called and told in a hostile manner by a manager I skipped out on the bill and accused of being a thief.. I had to drive back over an hour back to this dump to pay a bill for close to $100 for an hour of analysis using a car ready to explode into flames during rush hour traffic. I could of been involved in an accident over this. I was told by the mechanic I may have to pay a fee earlier but the cashier said no bill. The mechanic seemed to the only one there that is competent. Unprofessional management and sales associates. The elderly co-owner of the car wanted to go back and smack them with her cane after she saw the invoice in her name.

I've ended up at Beckman twice with an issue that grounded my car, and each time I've received truly excellent service. They even helped set up alternative transportation so I could get home and didn't have to miss work, and communicated with my old garage to get a warranty honored. I can't recommend them highly enough, I'm incredibly grateful to everyone there.

Installed a custom catback exhaust system by stillen. Was not torqued correctly twice. Third time it was done correctly at no charge. Beckmans is the best! They could have tried to scam me. Made it right. Professional.

I had several good experiences at Beckman Motor Co., but finally realized I was being asked to have my car inspected earlier and earlier - losing a month here and two months there. That wasn't a huge deal, but when my car failed state inspection for front brakes and a couple other things, I doubted that, so took it to another state inspector. I was told the brakes were 4/32 - the law says they can pass as low as 2/32. Beckman Motor did not present brakes as a recommendation, but a requirement for inspection. The one other item was questionable, but the third item was a lie according to 2 Chrysler master technicians. I was disappointed to find my trust had been misplaced, so cannot recommend this shop. I know lying about brakes is is a common practice, but I really trusted these people. I let an owner know what happened and received an apology, but it didn't restore my trust. Some of the people I dealt with there were nice, but the one primary contact person is often rude and condescending; the owner is aware but doesn't value customers enough to address it. I am giving it a one star because I can't go lower. I do not appreciate being lied to.

I have a 2012 caravan that I bought used 3 years ago. This is approximately the 20th car that from my grandparents to my parents to myself have bought over the years. This dealership treats you as if you are family nothing but the best service and customer service hands down. Not only do they sell you the best but they are reasonable and honest when it comes to repairs/inspections. Support a family owned business and buy with Beckman !

had issues with power steering on my ford f150, also needed tires, this little long term dealership worked with my budget and got the job done. would recommend this dealership 100%. I am looking to purchase a replacement truck in the near future, and will definitely purchase here.JEH.

Every time my family has any kind of car trouble that we can't do ourselves we take it to Beckman's. They are family owned and operated and are honest and fair with prices and services. Beckman's is a business that does things the old-fashioned and honest way. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Continuous personal service for over 40 years. Would not purchase a used car anywhere else. Cars with low milage and reasonably priced.
