My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado from a dealer in Ohio with only 32,000 miles on it. Driving it off the lot we knew of a service history including a shudder at highway speed. The truck was exactly what we wanted and at the right price, so we got it. The history of a shudder if it appeared should be covered under 2 warranties. Well driving 2 hours home the shudder was prevalent, and the dealer who we bought it from never fixed it all the way. The next day I scheduled a diagnosis with a dealer in Pittsburgh where we live, and they acknowledged the problem but refused to fix it. I m not sure why, but we got a second opinion with A. Crivelli, and they agreed on the problem, and were able to fix it right away! The service and parts team were a dream to work with and took care of us like family!!!!Thank you A. Crivelli !

we had our first oil change in our 2024 Terrain. It was convenient that they came and picked it up at work and brought it back when it was finished. Love that service.

Had past experiences, long time ago, that were not good. So tried to avoid them. They have gotten so much better.Would recommend. Sales team are great. Jason will help with anything he can.Service department really shines. Go above and beyond every time.Very glad I didn't let past experiences stop me from buying.Honestly the past experiences were from 20+ years ago, so a lot can change. And it did.

Went to the dealership to purchase a used car for my fiance, they were all kind and very helpful. The buying experience was top notch and very painless and the deal we received was exactly what we intended. I will be going here for my next vehicle purchases from here on out. Thank you Wayne and Trey for your kindness and professionalism!

Called them and asked if they had a electric car charger. The guy who answered the said nobody in the area would ever buy an electric car. They do not have and will not ever have a car charger. Men here have 4door pickup that 10 miles to the gallon that sits in the driveway. I will bet they really drive the wife's sedan that Toyota or a Hyundai that gets 45 mpg.

We were looking at several different vehicles and the Buick Encore seemed to satisfy us. Jason, our salesman, was very nice and we didn't decide for a few days. Still getting used to the new vehicle. Thanks. Shirley R.

Receptionist was incredibly rude to my mother. She was being very quiet, and snapping at my mother every time she asked for clarification. Acted like my mother not taking the first appointment she offered was the worst thing that ever happened to her

I got my car fixed here and they did do a good job but didn't fix my problem. At first the guy was a little rude but after 3 hours he was nice and friendly. In response to you, yes I was there for an inspection. I got plenty of proof

The worst dealership I ve ever been around. Had an oil and fluids changed this afternoon 7/6/2023. Today I received a rebate for oil change/ filters , tire rotate for $49.95. This rebate came from this came from the crivelli dealership. I showed the rebate to the service man when you first come in. He stated he had no idea about this rebate and took my keys. While sitting there I observed my truck was sitting out side the window by where I was seating. 15mins later the service guy yelled ( hey your done) It wasn t like he didn t have my name from on the bill in front of him. I just thought it was rude!!Went to desk where service guy announced that he was no way giving this rebate . I told him that your dealership sent it to me. He want to argue about it . Very unprofessional and rude person!! Not really sure why you would the dealership would need him on the payroll!!I didn t receive the rebate that was sent to from Crivelli s GMC. The cost of my oil change ended up $154.06

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE COLLISON CENTER WHICH IS SEPERATE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND DOESNT HAVE ITS OWN REVIEW PAGE!!!!!Took car in for estimate (deer accident). Estimate took over a day to get. When my elderly father went to pick it up for me (I work 10 hour days) and at first lied to him saying it was illegal for the car to be driven. My father is a former mechanic and knew that she was lieing. Then she tried to get him to sign the papers to start the work (he wasn't authorized to do that) or she wouldn't release the car.I will not ever step into that shop again for such dishonesty.

My vehicle was at the dealership for 6 months before being fixed. I would go 2 to 3 months without hearing anything, and then would hear i was a priority and hopefully in the next 10 days. I brought the vehicle in for a charging issue and state inspection. The engine seized while one of the employees was pulling in or out of the garage. After being jerked back and forth about whether or not my engine would be covered under power train warranty, it finally was. I never received a loaner vehicle. I asked and was told they don't give loaners for power train warranty claims and that even if they did, they had none to give me. So I spent approx $2k on a rental and then $4k to get my parents old farm truck running so I could get to work. Only to have that truck break down in north Carolina and had to make 2 trips down there to try and pick it up from a chevy dealer who promised my truck was fixed and would make it back to Pennsylvania. Nope. I ended up having to replace battery cables and ground wires myself in their parking lot on a Sunday to make it back for work on Monday. When I went to get my car after 6 months I was surprised to be charged for a new battery. I also asked for an inspection and for them to install new tires, which I was charged for as well. The outside had been washed, the inside was a wreck and had a spit cup left in the cup holder. There was also a new scratch on the front right body panel near the headlight, but I'm not inclined to speak to them again. I'll deal with the scratch. I will never buy another GM vehicle again and I will urge anyone I know to find another vehicle manufacturer when searching for a vehicle. New or used

Went in to buy a used truck. Told Rob to give me his best price. After checking with the man behind the curtain, he gave me a number just north of $52,000.00. I told him I would pay that if they would fill up the gas tank and put new tires on the truck. Back behind the curtain he went. When he emerged, they agreed to my terms. Then, he was summoned by the wizard and told to offer $800.00 towards tires. I said no. You agreed to put new tires. Just regular tires, nothing weird or fancy. They then decided they would pay $1,000.00 towards tires; again I said no. My price on the tires would be $1148.00. I am certain their cost would be much lower. After more running back and forth with their typical salesman games, they agreed. I put $5,000.00 CASH down on the truck and was to pick it up on May 31, 2022. They called me Tuesday morning to say the truck was ready. I would have to come back at a later date for the tires. I asked if the tank was full and Rob replied, "I never agreed to fill up the tank" after a little back and forth, I told them I would be in to pick up my $5,000.00. I went in and they left me sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I went into their back room and asked where my money was. Excuses were made about because my down payment was in cash, they needed my copy of the receipt for them to give me a check. Things got a little heated at that point and I said just mail the check and I left.

I started by scheduling an online oil change with Crivelli. My coupon was running out in a week or so and I went ahead and scheduled. I got my online confirmation but I couldn't get the appointment until AFTER the end of the month. When I went in to drop off my Acadia, they had no appointment and said they would not honor the coupon as it was a couple days past the end of the month. I explained that their appointment log shows I made the appointment. They did finally honor the coupon since they were embarrassed about the online scheduling app is not working correctly.Regardless I got my oil changed (the most expensive one I've ever paid >$100; The worst part was they said I immediately needed brakes $642 and a leaking power steering hose.$391.I took the GMC to my locally respected mechanic and he said the brakes will last until inspection (March) and that the rotors will probably need changing at that time regardless due to rust etc., i.e. no reason to hurry at this time. His recommendation was also to NOT replace the hose as it is NOT leaking but showed a little "wet" around the fitting. He said he wouldn't worry about it as it won't likely become a problem (he said he wouldn't do it to his vehicle either). This mechanic could have easily taken my $1000 and agreed with your findings but instead he showed me that he wasn't interested in ripping me off.The loss of trust is what you need to worry about before people start to feel okay about dealerships hidden servicing agenda.

This is not the dealerships fault its GM'S fault. I bought a new vehicle in May with the expectation that the chips would be no longer then 5 month wait. I have yet to get the park assist and the heated steering wheel chip. This is insane when new vehicles are already equipped with the modules.Gm wants to tell us the consumers that they are not available yet the new vehicles have them? Where does this make since? After this experience with GM I'm not sure ill purchase another GM vehicle. This is poor customer relations on GM'S part. A 50k vehicle bought in May and still waiting on the chip?????? Not good business

We had a great experience with Tim, very friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up needing a warranty repair done on our used vehicle, and the service department was VERY helpful and took great care of us! I am very happy with the great service all around. And I love my new vehicle! Thank you so much!

Careful make sure you check everything. Don't be scared to crawl under the car. I should have done that before buying my car there. Only had it for two years and I have had a lot fixed on it. Then this year it will not pass inspection. Still have 5,000 left on it. Just be careful because if they screw you they will not help afterwards. Junk car and still have to pay for it. Can't afford to get another one. Just watch. Thanks

They do decent work but the price is higher than you'd expect for the work that's done... That being said unlike some other shops I've went to I've never had an issue with a vehicle coming out with more problems then it has going in.

Body shop was excellent! Working with management and GM to solve a rust issue on a vehicle that's a 2018 was not excellent. Basically we were told "good luck" since we didn't purchase the vehicle there. GM customer service said no estimates or paperwork was ever submitted for the warranty. Back to the purchasing dealership. Oddly enough this dealership couldn't get us funded alas we went to another dealership only to go through the very same bank, get approved, sign and drive.

Bought a Chevy Traverse today with Bob Mooney and it was hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. It was so smooth and easy. No problems or snags with financing or paperwork at all. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally in less than 4 hours, including trading in our previous vehicle and financing our new Traverse. Bob was so friendly and easy to chat with and made our experience a great one. We would recommend Bob at A Crivelli Buick to anyone!!

I was referred to A Crivelli s by many friends. I talked to Rob Beach and gave him all of my concerns as well as what exactly I m looking for. He gave me tons of options on what they had available and how it fit my needs, we went through the list of SUV s together and I chose what I wanted. My credit is not good at all, I didn t have a ton of money to put down towards a vehicle either. Rob assured me that he was going to do everything in his power to help me get a safe reliable car for my kids and I. Rob called me to give me the news, I was approved for the SUV that I wanted. I went to the dealership and signed the papers to leave with my 2019 Nissan. Thank you Rob, you ve made the whole buying experience quick and painless!
