Very nice people but attention to detail is lacking. I took my 2016 Tundra in for a simple tail gate replacement job and I had to bring it back 2 times for issues with the tailgate not being in line and then the tailgate you had to slam to get it to shut.When I first got the vehicle back the gaps between the tailgate and bed on both sides were so off the one side was touching and the other had about a quarter to half inch gap.The owner had me bring it back and put new hinges on it and when I got out to look over the job the one side they couldn t get out the bolts so instead stripped them. I asked for the part so I can put it in on my own time. Had they removed the tail light and hit it with heat this probably could have been a simple fix but instead I ll now spend a day drilling out the stripped Torqs bolts or finding a turbo bit that will work and putting the part in for my tailgate.Giving three stars because the office staff is niceService: Body & Trim

A small deer ran into the front left side of my Honda Pilot 2011. About 3,000 damage. Spina did a beautiful job of the restoring the damaged area and in addition cleaned up the right side head light so it looks like new. And cleaned the whole outside of the car. Mike and The Team did an excellent job. The rear end bumper was replaced. Not only do the bumper, they buffed my head lights, and vacuumed the inside. Impressive.

Spina & Adams was an absolute pleasure to work with during an otherwise stressful event. "If you are going through a claim with Liberty Mutual- THIS is the shop for you. Even if you are not- this is still the shop for you!After a rear collision, my trunk was dented and my rear window was *shattered*. Spina & Adams worked with my insurance and had it repaired from drop-off to pick up in a week (including the 2 day weekend- so really only 5 days for diagnostic, ordering parts, repair, and paint). The communication via phone call & text was very thorough and every one was very kind on the phone. I was even able to leave my rental car in their hands- one less thing to worry about.My car looks BEAUTIFUL. The repairs looks flawless. More than that- my carpets & interior look amazing. It looks like they not only washed but WAXED my exterior AND filled my tires. WHAT?! I was floored! I called them stressed out and to pick up my car a week later in that condition? My jaw dropped. Spina and Adams is the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Rick (the owner) was exceptional. My Ford Maverick came back better than new. They don t take every job, and stay in their sweet spot. Mike is who did my car. It was a little of a wait to get in being that they are in high demand. He did my front bumper excellent! It looks better than when I bought it! It really is flawless work. He really did go above and beyond. They were in constant contact throughout the process. They even took care of rental car for me! Yes, the reviews are accurate. Took my Mazda there to get fixed and they did a good job. Took care of everything including rental but had to confirm with rental agency that we returned the car. Also we had to take the car back to get a new interior panel as they had installed an incorrect one.

Amazing mechanics, even better people. I was helped immediately, and when I had questions they did not hesitate to answer them all for me. My vehicle was in spectacular condition when I got it. If you want quality work you can trust with great customer service, Spina & Adams is just the place.

I had taken my car to Spina for a quote on a minor parking lot incident and before my scheduled appointment I had a major hit & run accident. Mike and the team were wonderful, the cost was good and the repairs were done in a reasonable time. The detailing work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Did an amazing job detailing my car after a mishap. Got it back looking newer then the day I bought it! Very nice people who made working with my insurance and even with a rental car seamless and hassle free. Will definitely be returning if needed and would reccomend to anyone I know!

Just got my car back today and it looks great!! I have a pearl white suv which is a tough color to match and they did it flawlessly. My car was basically detailed as well. So nice to get my vehicle back like this. This is the second time I have used this company and I will absolutely continue to do so. Staff is very nice and quick to answer all your questions. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I chose S&A to complete my insurance-paid repair work due to being in an accident. Everyone there was so friendly and kind, and they repaired my car good as new! They did all of the communication with the insurance carrier as well as Enterprise who provided me a rental. S&A has a working relationship with the local Enterprise which was appreciated as well because the morning of drop-off a car was already there waiting! Overall an enjoyable experience and if I need body work again (hopefully not) I would certainly return. Btw, they also gave my car a once-over so he was nice and shiny when I got him back too! Thank you S&A!

I was hesitant with who to trust to repair the hood of my new car after getting dented and chipped by flying debris on the highway. After reading some reviews of local options I decided to give Spina & Adams a shot. When I picked up my car I was impressed with the quality of work, speed of completion, and (bonus) cleanliness of the interior/exterior upon delivery. They accommodated my after hours pickup schedule, and although it was night when I took the car I was pleased to see that the quality work held up the next morning in daylight. I would trust my car with them again if I ever find myself in need of body work.

It has been decades since I needed a car body repairman. My mechanic recommended Spina and Adams. My insurance adjustor knew of them and approved. They were diligent, thorough and kept to the time promised. Would recommend them to anyone who needs major car repair.

I had about $4000+ worth of damage fixed on my car here a couple months ago. Was super exited to pick my car up after 2 weeks even though i was unable to drive it when i picked it up. By the time i was able to fully inspect my car, it was too late for me to go back with my concerns. The condition of my car is absolutely terrible. My front bumper is completely crooked and every time i drive on 422 i have to push my bumper back on. The side of it constantly pops out while I'm driving. My window controls did not work when i got my car back because they "forgot to reset something". I have paint on one of my windows, and the inside of my windshield was covered in hand prints. My shattered headlight was thrown in my trunk & I'm still cleaning out the pieces to this day. The paint work is terrible. My paint has drips everywhere and is PEELING in a ton of places. And to top all of it off they put 250+ miles on my car while they had it for 14 days and reset my boost gage. I would love an explanation as to why my boost gage was touched and how they were able to put so many miles on it. This place has completely ruined my car and i am devastated. I dont want anyone else to go through what i am. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE.

Had a deep scratch and a crack the trunk and spoiler of my 2015 malibu. They made the trunk look good as new. Then, they cleaned the car inside and out. Great customer service.

these guys have never let me down they always have my car ready and done on time and it's never a song-and-dance or excuses the pricing and what they charge is more than fair.it's best to call ahead of time and it try and schedule is early ahead of time as possible because they're so well-liked they're always busy.I know collisions happen out of the blue and you can never plan for them however if you do get in one and you're around these guys and have to wait for them there more than worth the wait I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the tri-state area other than them
