I installed new tires at BJs in Oaks last year. Paid over $900 total.10k miles letter the tire blew off. BJ says the warranty will only give me $20 credit for the tire. This was a 200 dollar tire, their warranty is a joke. I will never use BJs for tires.

DONT GO HERE FOR TIRE INSTALLATION!!! They don t have the right equipment to properly service all tires. I drive a Toyota Corolla pretty standard car. I found a screw in my tire Monday after work I took it to a BJs and I booked an appointment for Thursday morning. I called Thursday at 12 to get an update on my car and the technician said that they were super behind but he will start it now. Great! He calls 2 hrs later and said he can only get 2 tires on and the other 2 won t go on the rims. He also said he can t put the old tires back on. He suggests I get a tow but I don t know how I can get a tow with two missing tires!! Eventually we switch to a different brand tire and BJs will cover the additional cost okay fine. He calls back later and says two tires still won t go on and it s probably because I bent my rims .right. Next morning technician calls and says he can t do anything else for me and I should just take the 2 tires somewhere else. Fine, I take them to Toyota dealership and they have it done in 30 minutes AND they told me my one of my pressure sensors is broken .hmm I wonder how that happened?! At this point I don t have the money to fix it so I m just gonna let it go I guess. Im not even mad at the technicians cause they were just doing their job. Im mad at bjs for not having a better process in place for this kind thing. I ll buy tires from there again but will NEVER let them install it.

I haven't gotten my tires yet but I feel inclined to write a review praising the assistance I got in selecting new tires. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. He gave me options and the information I needed to make the best choice. Two thumbs up for great customer service!

We've been BJs members for years and purchased tires at Oaks just last week, and many times before. Had punctures repaired too when needed, for free, as part of the tire purchase. Online ordering is now easier than ever. Tom and the other guys are always helpful and do a great job. If you call the tire center directly and no one answers, it's because they're working on someone's tires! No problem just call member services and ask them to page the tire center.

Got my tires here a while ago. They promised me free rotation for the life of the tires. But calling them to schedule is impossible, and when I reached corporate, they said I had to still be a member in order to get the free service? Come on now.I hope you can reach out to me soon, because I'm putting extra miles on the tires which would eventually cause the warranty to be null and void and your lack of responsiveness is to blame, not me!What's it going to be?

Online ordering took 5 minutes. You get the tires you want, many with free installation . You get date for installation. Wonderful mechanics. Best tire buying experience ever.

Ordered Tires from them and scheduled a service to install them. They called day before installation to say they didn t have the tires ready. A week later they finally get the tires. Spent three days trying to call in and schedule another appointment and no one ever answered their phone. Terrible service and I won t be using them again.

I was told to go to them to fill my propane tank at bjs, the front desk guy was very rude and told me the propane area was closed and he didn t know when it would be open.Cool.

Worst service!! Need to get my tires rotated and was late by 10 minutes due to thunderstorms and the technician refuses to perform the tasks when sitting idle!! Can t give a 0 star hence 1 star!!
