Service center is the best in the area. Staff are professional highly qualified and deliver excellent customer service . Bryan the owner and manager is exceptional . Not only a good listener , Bryan answers your questions and explains car issues thoroughly , and easy to understand . This is certainly a plus for me having a limited auto and mechanical vocabulary. Definitely a 5 STAR PLUS center.

I recently took my car I to Edgewater Imports for some work and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Their prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Edgewater imports to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy automotive shop. Five stars all around!

We have a well-loved Jetta that had a few issues that experienced mechanics could not seem to identify. It was suggested that we take the car to Edgewater Imports to see if they could identify and fix the issues. We were already discouraged and did not expect too much. We were left amazed. Any work was explained in layperson's terms, pre-authorization (down to the most minor detail) was requested, and all questions were answered thoroughly. We actually picked up the car the other day and I wanted to see how it drove before writing a review. It runs like a new car. I cannot recommend Edgewater Imports highly enough.

One of the hardest things to find is an honest, fair, & trustworthy mechanic. That is exactly what you ll find with Bryan & Edgewater Imports. Always a quick turnaround times getting your vehicle back to you and repaired. I will not take any of my vehicles or families vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend the services provided by Edgewater Imports.

If you are looking for fast, friendly and efficient service, look no further! My 2015 Acura TLX wouldn t start, so i contacted Bryan at Edgewater. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he had my car diagnosed and repaired in under an hour! If i could leave 0 stars i would So within 2 weeks of buying my vehicle, the misfiring issues that he supposedly fixed prior to the sale were back in action. oh well i thought, jusr $900 more. Well turns out that it was much more than a misfire needing new coils. It was 2 cracked cylinder heads! paid $9000 for a car that immediately needed $6000 in repairs.Most of the good reviews are probably fake and this guy is in way over his head trying to own a dealership. Bad business all around, save your money and go somewhere to purchase a safe vehicle where you won t risk breaking down on the highway within 1 week of ownership.

No matter what the issue is, how big or small. From a blown fuse to an inspection with a new alternator. The staff here can always fit me in and take care of my issues quickly and at a reasonable cost!!

I bought a car for my son at 4:30 p and by 10:30p the same day the car caught on fire with my 17 year old son inside of it driving! Owner Brian reused to take responsibility and return half or all my 7300 dollars back
