Dennis is a great guy! I wish all shop owners/motorcycle repair centers were as good. Prices are reasonable and the turn around time is excellent. If your bike needs trailered, the cost is half of what you would pay at the local H-D facilities. I'm from upstate NY about 300 miles away from home with a bad rear tire and brakes. Got ahold of Denise who owns Southside on Monday afternoon he took me right in change the tire and fixed the brakes. Very reasonable prices. He's got a great very clean shop, he's one best independent shop I been in 40 years of riding, honest with no attitude, just plain good people

Dennis is hands down the best. I called and talked to him about shocks for my bike and he helped me save a bunch of money. He ordered the shocks and called to let me know when they arrived. I made an appointment and dropped the bike off. With in 30 mins he called to let me know I need a tire. Not long after that I got a call saying my bike was done. I won t take my bike anywhere else to get worked on.

I have always received excellent service provided by Dennis the owner who is a very knowledgeable veteran HD mechanic. The shop is well equipped and clean, the repair bills have always been dead on the estimate given and always fair priced. He is careful and meticulous and he completes the repairs in a timely manner.
