Both the Parts and Service Departments at W&L Subaru are the best. Jacob in parts was able to order specific tires I requested and had them in a day. Owen in Service greeted me, went over the work to be performed, and kept me updated the whole time I was there. And Dustin the technician performed all the work perfectly and done much sooner that I expected. Worth every cent!

I have been telling everyone about my car being picked up, serviced and delivered to my home. Having a courtesy car to use was wonderful and it was a new car! Very impressive! And then I received a video from the person who was servicing my car showing a walk-around inspection and tire and brake measurements. I was blown away! In my 50+ years of car ownership, I have never experienced such awesome service. This is my first Subaru, and I will be a loyal customer forever and I am spreading the word. Thank you!

Found the exact car I had researched and wanted. And then after buying the car, the salesman walked me through the Service Center and I thought I was impressed until the time for my first oil change; and then I was literally blown away. Besides being pampered, my Service Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed, even sent me a video of the work in progress, and when a simple oil change turned into noticing uneven wear on my tires; he recommended a front end alignment, which was completely covered by the warranty. Start to finish, service was better than any dealership I ve ever worked with. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy my next car here!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I am always pleased with the service I receive at W & L. During my most recent service I was extremely pleased. I feel W & L went above and beyond in taking car of my Ascent in a timely manner. When the car's oil was changed and tire rotated a complimentary inspection was done. It was discovered that the drive belt was cracked. They did not have a replacement one in stock. I was concerned because I was planning to drive to Baltimore in a couple days to see my granddaughter's orchestra performance. I was told the belt should be in by the time I was to travel. On the morning of travel Owen called at 8:25 saying the belt was in and could be installed. He reserved a spot for my Ascent. When I arrived at W & L at 9:55 I saw many cars waiting to be serviced. Owen knew of my need to travel and got my car right in. When servicing was complete he let me know the car was also washed. He also gave me a coupon for my next oil change since I had to return on that day for the belt. I pulled out of the lot at 10:28 and was on my way to Baltimore area. I was extremely pleased how their word was kept on getting the part in and the service performed so my journey was not delayed! The result was a happy granddaughter not a disappointed one!

I have always been pleased with the level of service at W and L Subaru. The waiting room is pleasant and the customer service is excellent. They never push unnecessary services allowing people to think about what their own finances can handle at the time. I almost never bother to write reviews, but W and L deserves to be recognized for its great service.

I love the waiting area with all the free coffee and snacks. Your people are great a day the service is expertly done. I never had a video of the car while it is inspected...just awesome! You guys are the best!

W&L is great! They always take care of me and my car. They help explain things to me. I don't know much about cars and I have never felt ripped off by them. I had one small issue with mechanics telling me different things, but that was sorted. I will definitely be using them for car maintenance and buying my next car with them.

Always a great experience with awesome customer service. I did ask for the tech to check my rear passenger side seatbelt buckle (my son must've spilled something on it and its sticking when he tries to buckle it) in addition to diagnosing and fixing another issue. That slipped through the cracks because the belt is still messed up but they fixed my major issue quickly; I guess I'll try to spray some wd40 on the seat buckle and not let my kiddo eat/drink in the car. . Anyway, good, fast service overall. I would always recommend W and L for service and car buying needs!

This was my free first oil change and guess what? It was absolutely free!! I don t think that ever happened before. Everyone was prompt and courteous. The associate who took me to my car stood in the drizzle while he showed me how to check that my phone s blue tooth was hooked up to the My Subaru app. Nice folks! Thanks W&L!

We purchased our 2018 Forester brand new from W&L. This was the "second" time the bearings in the back wheels had to be replaced. Apparently "someone" forgot to put the "backer plates" in when the bearings were replaced the first time.... We live an hour's drive from W&L. Although W&L paid for the parts to be replaced, we were charged full price for labor. This second trip never would not have been necessary, had W&L remembered "backer plates" for our previous visit..... Other than that, we were treated cordially.

Sales rep Curt Reid and Service Dept are great! Had a hitch installed on our 2024 Outback but when we got home our bike rack didn't fit properly. Service made adjustments and Curt followed up with phone call. W&L will always get our business!

We ended up at the W&L collision center from out of town after hitting a deer. They took excellent care of us from letting my grandparents sit while waiting for us to get towed in to allowing us to leave the car for over a week after it was finished since we were coming from 5 hours away and needed to plan a time to retrieve it. I got updates throughout the process and considering the number of parts and amount of work that needed to be done it was completed faster than I expected.

It's a pleasure to be treated so accommodating as soon as you drive in. They have a very well appointed waiting area stocked with beverages, snacks, big screen TV's and comfortable seating, while they are working on your vehicle. They also keep you informed on what they are working on your vehicle by text and video of the process. Overall, from buying, leasing, maintenance, and repair, W&L Subaru is your one stop for all your vehicle needs!

I like the fact that all I have to do to keep my Outback in perfect condition is to follow the recommended notices that are sent to me. Service is always first class. I like the free car wash.

Very disappointing experience with service! My 2023 Forester developed a tire bubble. I was told they wouldn t replace it under warranty, as they assumed it was a result of damage-which it wasn t. They wanted to charge me $283.00 to replace it, and likely have lost a valued customer.

The W&L service center always goes out of their way to keep their customers happy. I really appreciate the valet service, car wash, and video they send me every time they change my oil and inspect my car. The customer service representatives are all so friendly and helpful, too. I'll keep coming back to W&L!

I was really disappointed with the service this time. I had made arrangements for the work to be done and received a loner car (which was awesome) and my car was at the dealership for a week. I called the end of the week on Friday to make sure it was done and it hadn t been completed yet but was assured it would be ready to pick up on Saturday and that I would get a call it was done. By 12:30 i hadn t received a call so I called and was told it was ready. I never received a call letting me know. I m really frustrated that you had the car all week (which was scheduled) and it wasn t done until the end of the week and then I wasn t called to be notified it was completed. I live an hour from the dealership so it s not a small time commitment to have my work performed with you.

What a great place for service! Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and super clean. The multipoint inspection video is a super nice touch. We don t live nearby but it s definitely worth the drive.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
