Whatever you do, please don't go here. They are incredibly unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in for servicing, it's still there two weeks later. They don't tell you any of the hair pulling details. I had a large sum saved up to get the work needed done. I even asked them what the process would look like should the bill run over the amount I have. They said they had a firm that would pay the rest of the bill and take payments.They determined they could not fix the issue, and urged me to come in to see what we could do about it. When I got there I had a decent credit score about 690. They ran 2 hard checks on my score within the same hour period. It dropped me down to bellow 670. I ended up having to go through a different company that immediately was able to get me a vehicle. It's both newer and nicer than the one I was looking at there for the same price, and it's the same make and model.Now, yesterday morning I spoke to someone from their sales department. I informed them I found a buyer for my old vehicle and that I would be getting it towed to them and asked what my final bill was. They said it was fine to get it towed and gave me the final cost. At this point I was still extremely satisfied with them. I sent the tow, they kicked it back. They never notified me they kicked it. I had to find out from the tow company today after they went to pick it up for a second time and still got denied. Mind you, their staff had already given me the go ahead.I called them, got bounced around on the phone for a while and still couldn't reach anyone who could tell me about their payment plan. Their holding my vehicle until this amount is paid in full and never thought even once to mention it. They lied, and told me I was good to tow it. Their service now won't work with me at all because all their hard checks destroyed my credit. They won't take responsibility for their lack of communication or take any part of the tow fees I now have to pay. All because they couldn't tell me even once during this 2 week period that they would hold my vehicle.

We live two hours away and were interested in a car that was getting a lot of attention. Matt, who I have never met before, was willing to stick his neck out and hold the car for me on a promise I would come in towards the end of the business day to purchase the car. They are very personable and they make purchasing a car fun.UpdateThe vehicle developed a squeak not long after getting it home. I called Matt and he arranged for the vehicle to be seen. Ended up being brakes. They replaced the brakes at no charge even though I am quite sure they are a wear item. Absolutely would recommend.

I just purchased a 2024 CX5 signature mazda. I drove and hour and a half to pick it up. This is my second vehicle from w@l It is absolutely beautiful!! I have to say, that Matt and Chris are amazing, honest and very hard working at their jobs!!!They are both great guys!! Hands down the best place to purchase a Mazda!! Do not waste your time going anywhere else!!This was the best car buying experience ever!!

Purchased a 2024 CX-50 from W&L Mazda. We came all the way from CT because they had the exact car we wanted. Easiest & friendliest car-buying experience we ve ever had, free of unnecessary fees or needless haggling, and while we originally planned to finance externally, W&L made in-house financing easy and we were able to get a better rate than my credit union through a dealer incentive. The sales manager Chris was honest and transparent from the start and did everything to help us out. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a new Mazda!

Recently bought a 2023 cx-5 from Reese/Chris. Outstanding experience and a fair deal on our trade (also purchased from w&l). I mention that because we are 1 1/2 hours from them and always seem to come back to them - great folks to work with!!

Great experience, just like the first time. Chris, Dylan, and the entire team are great. I was able to work out a deal with Chris over email and they were able to track down the exact car I wanted. Ended up hitting a deer the day before I was to trade my car in, so we had to put everything on hold until the insurance finalized my claim. Chris held my new car until I got confirmation on the insurance money. He never pressured or rushed me to get the deal done. They made everything very simple and stress free. I recommend W&L Mazda to everyone that in the market for a car.

Recently purchased a Mazda CX-50 from Chris! Chris was excellent to work with! Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I got a fair deal on my trade in and pricing for the trade in and the CX-50 were very detailed. I feel great on the deal I got on the Mazda! Thank you Chris and W&L team!

I would highly recommend W&L Mazda to anyone interested in buying a car! They are very professional and honest, unlike some other car dealerships that I have interacted with. I was interested in buying a pre-owned car for my daughter but was not able to make the 4 hour drive to test drive and complete the deal. Ask for their salesperson, Brett, who is extremely nice & friendly! His sales manager seemed very friendly over the phone as well. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I m in the market for a car. They were so nice. I felt extremely bad when I had to pull back on the agreement.

Wonderful place filled with great people who are willing to help! I drove an hour plus to come look at a vehicle there. The staff willingly stayed after closing time to get me in my new ride the same day! The vehicle was very clean and they even filled the gas tank up for me before driving home. Brett was informative, understanding and extremely helpful during the process. I love my new Volvo

Chris provided an excellent buying experience on a 2023 CX-5. We made the deal over the phone, and the car was ready upon arrival. The team took the time to explain some additional options on service contracts, but were not pushy all. Neat and clean facility, and everyone was super polite and courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Take the drive to Northumberland, it's worth it!

Great people here. Reese was extremely helpful and responsive. I came from Baltimore and Reese was able to help me have almost everything set up and ready for the new car remotely before I made the trip up there. Both Reese and Chris were nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent experience. We have never had such a seamless and fair car purchase in a long time. Brett our salesman was excellent, no pressure and super helpful. The dealer isn't charging criminal markups like most dealers so I give them a lot of credit for fair prices in this market. Will definitely be back!

100% recommended this dealership. Reese was great! Even during the inflation with the pandemic they priced the car fair and worked with us on the price. Got free shirts as a thank you. They had free drinks and everyone was very nice. Dealership was very clean and the salesman didn t pressure us at all into anything. They were very busy when we came but we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. If you are looking for a dealership that is an enjoyable experience I recommend coming here.

Bought used dodge journey and I can't tell you enough how great the experience was. The after the sale treatment was the best. We had a Lil trouble with the car and it was taken care of right away without a hitch. Saving up for my next car!

Bought a 2012 speed 3 a few months ago. Shortly after buying it the check engine light came on and it starting running poorly. This scared the heck out of me because in the past...every time a check engine light came on in my car while still under factory warranty it was always something "out of the ordinary" that the warranty didn't cover. The price tag was always 1600 or 1800. The dealers always gave me the run around. W&L Mazda made several repairs to my car trying to correct the problem. They charged me ZERO!. They picked up my car when it broke down and brought me a loaner. I will always deal with them for any purchases and service in the future. They are very professional. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys. Love my car!!!!!

Best buying experience! they not only offered the best deal but has great customer services. We drove 3 hours to get my new CX-5 and it totally worth it. Chris made the whole process quick and easy, answering all my questions and showing my all the features in the car, also kept my car in the garage clean and dry on that rainy day. They are wonderful!

We walked in to look at Mazda s and were amazed at the time, attention to detail, and knowledge the salesmen possessed. They handled everything and put together a package (trade in/purchase) that was too good to not take advantage of that very day. We drove off the lot with a brand new CX 30 and we couldn t be happier. We were there an hour after closing and everyone was happy and engaging the whole time. Chris scheduled additional time with us on another day so he could go through the car and the set up of the app in detail. Although we have only had the car a day and can t truly speak to that review, I can positively say that it was the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle. We will use them to service the car as well. Highly recommend!

Last night I drove nearly six hours round trip from out of state to purchase a 2020 CX-5 Signature. I was a little wary of going so far and out of state, but it all went as smooth as silk. Matt, the salesman, understood my situation and provided a fair out-the-door price quote via email and walked me through the process of getting everything ready before I set out to the dealership. Once there, both the car and the deal were even better than promised. I got there 45 minutes before closing, but Dylan, in Finance, was there to help finalize the purchase and Matt stuck around well past closing to walk me through the tech I wanted to use on the long ride home. Neither rushed me despite the late hour and the whole deal was easy and honest. I could not be happier with my new purchase and recommend W & L Mazda, and especially Matt, to anyone on the market for a new car. Zoom! Zoom! Zoom!

Drove here a long way from Ohio looking for a specific vehicle.Although I was not able to find what I was looking for, these guys went out of their way to try to help me-with no added pressure. That s what is supposed to happen at any dealership. Not very often you see it these days.Matt was especially helpful to work with, staying in touch throughout the entire process.Definitely would recommend.

I would like to thank W & L Mazda for the excellent care I received from them a few weeks ago. I had a negative experience with another Mazda dealer close to my home. Even though their dealership was many extra miles from my destination, it was worth it to me. I observed howW & L treated their Subaru customers when I took our company car in for service. Pleasant, and a very nice waiting room. I especially took notice of their dedication to recycling, which greatly impressed me.My coworker followed me to W & L Mazda on early Friday morning. The transmission light came on in my Mazda 5. We arrived before they were open for business. I not only received a warm welcome but was told they'd provide me with a loaner. I mentioned that I didn't purchase my vehicle from them. The Service Manager said it didn't matter to them. My main concern was getting to work, from Montoursville to Washingtonville on a daily basis. Without their loaner, I would not have had a way to work. They had to do a bit of involved work on my car, which ended up taking a few extra days. Sam, the service writer communicated almost daily on the progress of my car and assured me everything would be OK. I informed him I had experience in service work, I was the first female service writer in Lycoming County, which gave me insight into the behind-the-scenes. He was good to his word and the dealership repaired my car. Everything is working great! I'm so grateful for their kindness and mechanical knowledge. I whispered a thank-you to God for guiding me in their direction and shared with them, I will always remember how they did above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I had my eyes set on a Mazda Miata with a particular set of options. All of my local dealers weren't able to help, because Mazda was currently not taking orders due to supply shortages. I looked around for existing inventory and W & L Mazda had exactly what I was looking for. It was an 8 hour drive away from home, so I wanted to make sure that everything checked out before making the trip. Chris and the team there made the whole experience a delight, and prepared just about everything for me prior to my arrival. If the opportunity arises in the future, I wouldn t hesitate to purchase another car from them!
