Just purchased an enclosed trailer for my business. Dealing with Justin was great. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating! We were pushed for time but they got as approved , prepped and out the door with our new trailer in no time at all! Highly recommend!

I drove almost 3 hrs from NY to a shop down the road from North point to look at a truck that ended up being sold. Well we passed NORTHPOINT never even heard of them before and seen a truck by the road. Stopped and talked with John and him as well as the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Ended up driving back down a few days later to drive the truck home after talking with my bank. And they were amazing the second time I was there and made sure everything was set to go before I arrived. I highly recommended them and plan on going back for a trailer in a year or 2!

Great experience all around. Prompt, responsive communication, great selection of trailers, we needed a different trailer than what we originally were looking for and they accommodated our request quickly, and had the necessary accessories available. Justin and the team made the process smooth and easy. Very knowledgeable, I know I can count on them for expert guidance and suggestions.

Nothing sort of an awesome experience! Justin is the man. Got me a great deal on an Aluma trailer. Drove four hours one way to pick up. 100% worth the trip. Professional and friendly sales team. Can t recommend these guys enough. Will be back again for another trailer.

This review is for the trailer specifically. Do your homework!Bought a Challenger In September 2020. I hadnt done a lot of research assuming they were mainly all constructed similarly. I use the trailer for my small handyman business. I do some highway traveling with it, but mostly local. After a visual inspection recently I realized the roof header at the front of the trailer is weak, causing the roof panel to shift, I assume it will probably eventually compromise the seal to where it will start leaking. This trailer is basically a tin can, the front panel is very wavy now, very poor quality material.I put a call into the manufacturer who really didn't want to hear it. So I guess time will tell, definitely recommend shop around, my father recently purchased a Forest River for a couple hundred dollars more than I paid, the trailer is very solid and well constructed.

Purchased a new trailer from NorthPoint , Justin was very professional and very accommodating. I got an exceptional deal and am very satisfied. The office staff was very nice and the sales transaction went very quick and smooth. If looking for a trailer or one of the other services they provide please give them a chance you won t be disappointed

Bought a Aluma trailer from them and told them that I wanted to haul 2 four wheelers on it. They said it should work. 2 months later I got my second four wheeler and there was no way that 2 would fit. When I called them to see what we could do they suggested that I sell it and buy another one. I asked about bringing it back since i never used it and had it stored in my garage and they said they would but would have to knock $ 900 dollars off what i paid for it 2 months ago. That is ridiculous to take that kind of loss I told them. Our conversation ended in them saying they couldn't help me but would gladly sell me another trailer. So be careful all they care about is selling not customer service. There are a lot of other places who care. So now I have a new trailer to sell they say its used.

Justin and John were great. Called about two equipment trailers at 9am. They had them prepped, inspected, loaded one trailer onto the other, swapped out ball hitches for pintle rings and they were ready to go by 2pm. No hidden freight or prep charges. My new go-to for trailers and well worth the 3hr drive from my location.

Great trailers! Remember you get what you pay for. At Northpoint you get great service, quality workmanship, quality trailers and a nice selection of trailer accessories. If you haven t checked them out stop by before you go anywhere else.I enjoy my experience there so much I have bought all 5 of my trailers there all of my trailer service work and inspections.

Besides great prices they offer a friendly, family environment. Justin and John are great with product knowledge and are seasoned veterans in truck bed installs. The parts showroom offers a nice selection to add to the new trailer purchase. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent place to buy all kinds of trailers. I have purchased two trailers from them and have also had toolboxes added to one of our trucks. Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Will continue to buy our trailers there in the future.

Totally shocked at how great my experience was with NorthPoint Auto & Equipment! Especially Justin and Robert who worked a miracle and had my Leaf Springs fixed and got me back on the road to Michigan. I was shopping around for a utility trailer, and found them on the internet. They had the best price of everyone I looked at. I drove 60 miles to get there and never regretted it. Sales people are very friendly and not at all pushy. I told them what I wanted, gave me options and actually recommended a cheaper trailer. Definitely worth your time to give them your business.

I called them 3 times over two months to kick tires and find out inventory etc. I finally found myself down their way and paid them a visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly, nothing pushy about the sale and they even spent a minute to fix a broken ground wire on my old work truck.I should of just hit 'directions' instead of 'call' the first time!

The entire staff at Northpoint was awesome! Friendly and helpful. Justin handled all of my calls patiently avd professionally. He answered every question i had with an honest non sales pitch answer and handled my short timeline and last minute requests in stride! I highly recommend giving Northpoint a short if your in the market for a trailer or any other services they offer!!

I have done business with John and the crew at Northpoint Auto and Equipment many times over the years he has been in business and I have never had a bad experience. They are very knowledgeable in the products that they sell, provide great service to the products they sell, and do it all at reasonable prices. I have actually recommended Northpoint to several of my own customers looking for trailers or hitches.

Never again! Justin never apologized for having my trailer for two weeks/no work, or returned phone calls/emails. I vote with my dollars, this place doesn't appreciate me as a customer. My gut feeling the first time on the phone with them wasn't positive. Wish I never gave them a 2nd chance. There are lots of places out there to buy trailers. It's too bad too. They are more than capable to do so much better.

Always a great group to work with and no complaints. I'm always made aware of any possible issues and can make decisions before something is just fixed. They also go above and beyond to work with me on scheduling service and get me in very quickly. I highly recommend taking your business here. Your will not be disappointed.

I bought a trailer from Northpoint about 2 weeks ago and it was the easiest experience buying something I have ever had. They are all super nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend.
