Jim (service dept) always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and things are taken care of. Thank you so much for your great work and friendly service. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car and utilizing the service department. I have purchased severals cars from this dealership. Dennis has always been helpful and made the purchase very smooth. Thanks again!

I wasn't going to do this but.. I got the GWC extended warranty they (Luthers) said I could cancel it at anytime well fast forward a couple months I decided to go ahead an cancel it now their (Luthers) saying oh we can't cancel it unless you trade the vehicle in lol, yeah how convenient but little did they know I already contacted the warranty company (GWC) they emailed me the cancelation paper an I had it in my hand. When i got off the phone with Luthers i called the warranty company (GWC) back we had a good laugh together over Luthers obvious little scamming lie.. I love my vehicle don't get me wrong but I seriously hate liers an scammers. My advice just stay away. next stop BBB

Salesman who answered my call did not transfer me to the manager after I gave him her name at the beginning of the call. Was pleasant at first but once he asked what I do for work, he got very ignorant and asks how the h**l do you plan to get a loan? Very unprofessional. Steer clear.

They lied to me! My van had beenwrecked and they were to fix my heated seats! I was there 4 times about the seats. I will not recommend them to anyone.

We bought a 2018 eclipse cross from this dealership and we had nothing but problems since we ve got it. They failed to fix a tire that had nails in it we had to call three times to get a replacement for a weather strip, broken/ breaking key fob, they also said there was a spare key when there was not. 10/10 do not recommend this dealership, we have broken door sensors and they put stickers over the paint that was chipping away! This place is the worst!!!

Received flyer that I won 2,500 dollars from this establishment. It was loud and clear. I was so excited and ready to go in. I called and asked. They informed me that although the flyer says I won, that doesn't mean that I won anything and there's a prize board at their dealership that they use, not the scratch off. This is very shady, and I'll be filing a complaint with every agency I can think of to try and stop this nonsense. You can't tell someone they won something and then backtrack on it because you want to make a sale. This isn't the way to win customers, because this unethical practice reeks of deception. How can you believe anything they say when they are trying to reel everyone in a 60 mile radius into their building by falsely informing innocent people they won a high valued prize, so they can perform aggressive sales tactics.Ive never been here. But I'm sensing it's best to avoid at all costs.

I attended a promotion that alluded to winning a cash prize. Once I artived I was questioned by a sales rep as to the make/model/year of my vehicle. I told I was not there to trade. He then spoke of the sweepstakes event and said it really isn t what it appears and its to get me in to purchase a car. He ultimately cerified that I won a small bluetooth speaker but they dont currently have any more! If they do these types of scams to get customers in the door what kind of scams come with the purchase of a $60,000 vehicle! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bought a car out of state, trusting that this dealer would give us an honest evaluation of the car. This couldn't have been farther from what happened. Immediately after receiving the vehicle, the check engine light went on and the power steering pump started whining. Now the owner and salesman are completely ignoring me. Absolutely terrible business, please do not go here if you value honesty, trustworthiness, or you would like a quality vehicle.

Shady liars. I called to ensure a vehicle listed online was still available and told it was. Showed up at the dealership and the salesman kept attempting to show me vehicles of a complete different style before I demanded to see what I called about. Only then did they admit they sold it 3 weeks ago who I called this morning. I drove from over an hour away for liars. Really? Like I m going to buy something else after being lied to. Mario Luther, you should be ashamed of what your dealerships have become.

I purchased a used car and the seller did not disclose clearly apparent issues. The check engine light was reset before the car was dropped off, power steering whines, brakes squeek but they claim to be new, radio deck is broken, and the car has two flat tires. No one will return my call.

Sales lies, sends out fliers with deals then claims to have no idea about them, then says they will transfer you to someone who does know and they transfer you to a dead line and then refuse to pickup the phone. Scam dealer

Purchased a Nissan Sentra within a week the transmission went out had a 3 month 3000 mile warranty was told to take it to a Nissan dealer has been sitting at the Nissan dealer for three weeks at this point and freedom and the general manager are ignoring phone calls and will not respond back has been giving the Nissan dealer runaround about replacing the transmission also backdated a warranty to the day that the car was bought try to get out of paying for the transmission I definitely would not recommend buying a vehicle from freedom, Ford Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Inc., Northern Cambria

I went there for 3 hours trying to finance a vehicle Dennis and a woman tried to get me in there my credit score was 701 I had a trade in (2011 kia sorento )and 7,000 down-payment for a 2018 eqinox they wanted 16,900 Dennis was friendly but my credit report was ran 2 times just to be told sorry bud there nothing we can do for you. now I'm still trying to recover from that.they are not specialist in financing like he said but they are friendly people.

Hands down the best place to buy a new or used vehicle, and if they don't have what you want they will find it and have it sent to their dealership for you. I have bought a few vehicles from them and always have a great experience. I have even refereed my mother and sister to buy their vehicles from there and both of them were very happy with their experience and purchase also. I will be going back to buy my next vehicle there when the time comes.

Not a good place to do Business with. Still waiting for the recall transmission repairs 18 months later for my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. Had to fight tooth and nail for what was right. Sold me the Van filthy and had a damaged dented Drivers side door. Wasn't even told of it, I seen it in the morning at daybreak. It was night and dark out when they brought the Van out to me. I would definitely not do Business here again.

VERY small dealership, Courteous sales person, While working a deal on a vehicle, the dealership traded the vehicle to a sister dealership without letting me know. They worked the deal with me, we all came to a happy agreement and was excited to pick up the vehicle. Thats when they told me the vehicle was in transit back to the dealership. I didn't know it left the dealership. How do you work a deal with a potential customer on a car you no longer have?!?!?The first time the dealership looked at my trade in vehicle, they appraiser valued my car FAR below average trade. The reasoning they used was their car was price below market so they couldn't give me fair market trade in for mine. What kind of dealership does that?!?! Selling a car they no longer have speaks volumes for the integrity of the dealership. I would tell you to run, not walk away from this dealership. I asked for the owner of the dealership to call me to see they were willing to make it "right" but didn't even get a call back.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I VE EVER HAD. It s been over 3 weeks and we still haven t gotten our car. I paid them $2,500 and signed all the loan paperwork. They were supposed to deliver it to my fianc� but they keep making excuses why they can t do it. I keep having to call and keep getting hassled. I don t have time to deal with all this. I m in the army and I m busy, I don t have time to be on the phone with them all the time. This whole process has interfered with my work. I ve NEVER had this much trouble buying anything in my life. They were really friendly when I was there and when they accepted my down payment... but now that I m back at my duty station they have done a terrible job taking care of my fianc� and won t help her out at all. Seriously considering cutting my losses and starting over with a different dealership.
