Stay away!! This place put me out of business . Took my truck here for clutch issue they said they fixed it, it failed 1.1 mile of test drive , towed it back they sent different invoice right after approving there again was third invoice saying I need new engine . Went to pick up my truck , the engine bearing was outside which wasn t suppose to happen. Don t get me wrong this place has great customer service but don t let that fool you .! Fellow trucks plz stay way.

My truck went in for warranty repairs and was done in 2 and a half days (business days). They called my company to let me know my truck was done but they didn t get ahold of me. I had to stop by and check on the status. Good customer service, and they were pretty quick.

We are a Trucking company out of Syracuse, NY. We had a truck de-rate near this location just after a snow storm. We called Horwith and they took us in right away! I wish we had a Horwith closer to us! They got the work done much faster than we imagined and worked with our warranty company. Very smooth, professional and prompt service all around. There is no better freightliner dealer. They really have excellent and unbeatable customer service. very respectful, they help you with everything, and they are very patient with the thousands of questions we ask them. I have been to many places and the service is very different!!

Best truck repair shop ever!! I had 2 experiences with them. 1 was a major breakdown and repair and the next was minor repairs. Both went very well and I was kept updated the entire time every step of the way. The work was very thorough with no repeat issues. Their entire staff communicated professionally and discussed our options. Thank you Ray, Ryan, Chris and Karissa. You are our new truck repair shop.

7/25/22, your driver has zero regard for other s safety, only concerned with getting off early. This truck was going 75+ on the Turnpike 176 from Ohio to PA.Speeding, driving in the left lane (isn t allowed) & about two feet from my back bumper as I m driving with my 8 month old child. God forbid I have to break for something, we d be toast.Do Better & Watch the people you put behind the wheel.*picture taken by the passenger.*

I have been in this business for more than 7 years and I had not found any parts store that gives you excellent service. I went with a problem and Christopher M. took all the time to listen to me and gave me a cheaper and much easier solution. I really recommend this place Pat to solve any problem !! 5 starsI have added some photos of schedules that might help. keep in mind that we are in times of pandemic !!.

Today march 8th 2024 at 1235pm on route 476 whoever was transporting trailer #871 in a red semi truck was driving like an absolute lunatic cutting multiple off including other truckers as well as my car with children in it. This company needs to teach their truckers that 80,000 pounds and reckless driving is recipe for death.

The service department is great and Chris K is phenomenal. Extremely helpful, courteous, responsive, professional & friendly. Amazing person to work with. Nothing like having to take a truck back 3 times to fix the issue it went in the first time for. Each time, "it's fix and was a minor issue." If it's minor, why did it take over a month this last time and 3 attempts to fix it? If we're lucky it's actually fixed this time. Also, the truck was dropped off with a full fuel tank and nothing like leaving it bone dry. Don't walk away from this place...run fast and far away from this! Better shops are out there.

Another bad experience with freightliner shop. When i first called they told me 2 days before they could get my truck in the shop ,( "supposedly "the quickest shop around ) that's why I choose to take our truck there, a week and a half later the truck still in their shop waiting for the repair . They had all the parts needed. Take your business somewhere else. You'll thank me for that.

I come here for parts all the time because they have them and never had a problem . I recently took my truck there to have it worked on because I had a check engine light on and degen down to 25% power. I dropped it off on Monday night. They told me they would try to look at it Tuesday but definitely by Wednesday. .. Wednesday came and went then Thursday, they said they would get to a Friday and then said they would get to on Monday because they don t work on trucks on the weekend. They only come in to clean the bays on Saturdays. After talking to the service manager on monday I finally figured out what the problem is. It s the fact that I didn t give them permission to work on the truck without telling me a price which I had to wind up doing to get it worked on ! Then just to throw a wrench in the works they called me up on Tuesday night to tell me it s done but I can t pick it up because they re billing department is now closed until the next day ! WTH I Ended up losing 7 workdays . Moral of the story is at some dealerships You cannot ask for a cost up front. Apparently I wish I knew this I would ve chosen to go somewhere else. Lesson learned SMH

My step dad worked for Horwith steel from 1969 until early 80s, sidewinder was his handle. I remember all the guy's, Dutch boy, tumble weed, wagon master and many others. 5 star for all the real drivers that is.

I am the owner of Superior Towing and must say that my dealings with service and parts at this dealership have always been 5 star. When it comes to warranty work you can also always count on them to do the right thing and not cheat the customer. Way to go Tammy and team!

Ryan was great and knowledgeable service advisor extremely fast and helpful. Entire staf is very friendly and out going. Look forward to having to come back in future. They have some of the most reasonable rates for a dealer very shocking honestly.

NEVER AGAIN! Please don t waste your time or money. Service department very unprofessional lack of communication skills and doesn t know what they re doing. $1000 labor just to put a chair that took 2days also that I purchased from them for $850. Parts department is great avoid service with these guys!

I have 2022 Freightliner with 24 thousand on the clock, I had to pull in because I thought the turbo went bad, smoke everywhere even coming into the cab. The had me in the shop first thing in the morning, was there for a day. Friendly fast service and the coffee is great.

Outstanding service from Bruce and his mechanics on fixing my motorhome. It took a while to fix it but Patients paid off. From the front end problem to a troubling check engine light they kept at it. I recommend there service to all that need anything done. Great job to all. I thank you very much.

Worst experience with a Freightliner dealership that I ve ever encountered! My truck was towed to this dealership on March 25th and my truck wasn t ready until May 18th. Nearly two months!! I had to call and email repeatedly to get updates on my truck. They NEVER initiated contact the entire time. It took nearly 2 months for only minor bodywork and minor mechanical work. I pray that I NEVER have a breakdown in that area ever again. I would have been better off going to the ma and pa truck repair shop. I really expected better customer service from a Freightliner authorized dealer!!! They would put the average owner operator out of business! In these times, who can afford to have their truck in a shop for two daggone months????!!!!!

I left my truck for the third time, few professionals and the service department are liars and discriminatory, every time I have left my truck they tell you about two or three days of delivery and they end up taking three weeks to deliver, the last time I left my truck for to do an alignment they delivered it without doing the work and they charged me more than $200, I ended up buying the repair parts and doing the alignment at another dealer because they did nothing and my truck did not pass inspection, I paid more than $1,000 in parts and alignment thanks due to the irresponsibility of this company, if you are going to file a complaint they just laugh at you and don't pay attention to you, unfortunately it is the only freightliner dealer in allentown, pa., stay away from this place, the only thing you can do is to do is buy parts because that department is the only good thing about it.
