Amazing experience. Had a screw in a tire and based on the image I showed them they originally quoted me for four new tires (car is AWD, requiring all tires to be swapped). When they got the car in the shop they found that the tire was patchable, saving me hundreds.

Most expensive oil change I've had in 22 years.... $243 total. The inspection was $72, ok cool. I needed 6 quarts which cost about $35 bucks from ANY store. Charged me $105 (3x the price I could buy it for, I even offered to bring it) and told me cause oil prices were high $243.45 for inspection and oil change only

I waited for one of the fastest oil changes ever. Thinking I was there less than a half hour. Friendly competent service at reasonable prices.

I am not familiar with the area, had a minor emergency with my tire, saw Point Service Center and pulled in. Jeremy and his staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the car right in, found a screw in the tire, patched it and off I went. They were super knowledgable, fast and efficient. I absolutely recommend their services. Just had my car inspected here on Wednesday and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future work that needs to be done. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly personable and professional, and had correspondence from Jeremy within minutes of me making my appointment online. They were honest and fair about what needed to be done for my car to pass and they did the work the same day for an extremely fair price. Please check them out!

Any shop can repair a car. But Jeremy and the staff at Point Service Center are the only people I trust to repair and maintain my cars due to their honesty and integrity. Jeremy explains what is needed and takes care of what needs to be done.Not only that, but when I told him that both my wife and I had been diagnosed with cancer recently, he sent us a wonderful gift that really helped my wife out as she is going through chemo. I couldn't believe what a kind gesture this was.My cars will never go to another service center as long as I live in the area.

I went here for the first time very recently for a car inspection. The owner Jeremy was very pleasant. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and he notified before lunch the following day that my car was ready to go. He even rotated my tires, free of charge. As long as I live in the North Wales area, I will continue going to Point Service to get my car inspected!

After dealing with overpriced dealers, I decided to go local. I did some research and Point Service Center had great reviews. I needed an inspection/emissions. Jeremy was quick to respond via Text! Dropped my car off, two hours later car finished. Under $100, very impressed with service I will be back. Thanks Point Service!

Point Service Center is a great team with fantastic support. I highly recommend taking your car here for any service.Edit: I should add, they have great rates for tires, and are highly detailed. They want their customers to be safe on the road.

This is hands down the BEST mechanic service I've ever worked with...ever. I've been taking my cars there for years and have never been disappointed. These guys are extremely competent and will work to make the repairs as painless as possible. One of the best qualities of this place is that the people working there are just genuinely good people. I feel that's really hard to find in this field and am relieved that this is a place I can fully trust.

Have been going to Point Service for over 2 years now. Jeremy is easy to work with and their communication is excellent. Having worked with dealers in the past has made me apprehensive with getting work done. However, Point Service is a solid place to go- fair prices and quality work is performed. Thanks Jeremy!

My car wouldn't start and I called Point Service Center. I had never dealt with Point before, but was treated as though I had been a customer for years. I thought customer service was rare but Jeremy came to my home in 15 minutes, tested the car's battery, replaced the battery and all while being kind and reassuring. I will be sharing my experience with friends. It's nice to know that there is still caring customer service.

It felt like I left with a brand new car after I picked it up from my appointment at Point Service Center! Things that had gone unresolved for years after visiting several other service centers were taken care of after my first trip here and all for what I thought was a fair price. Jeremy was was very accommodating with scheduling and helpful in talking me through the suggested repairs. I plan to return here for future visits although I no longer live in the immediate area!

Fabulous auto service center that I have been using for years. Outstanding customer service and top notch mechanics working at Point Service and they have always taken great care of me, my family, and our vehicles. Point Service is also deeply committed to their community and volunteer and donate to many causes in North Wales. They have my highest possible recommendations and compliments.

Point service center was doing an enhanced trailer inspection for me. They quoted the cost of the inspection at $100. They charged me over $430 to install a set of 4 marker lights on the trailer to pass it for inspection. They never notified me of the cost ahead of time. They waited till 45 minutes before closing on a Friday to tell me the work was completed. Their practices are under handed. Go somewhere else for service. Dont let them swindle you too

Jeremy (the manager) is trustworthy and can be relied upon to give it to you straight. If you don't need the repair (or can wait a few thousand miles) he'll tell you. Also they are really a part of the community, appearing in local parades and even having a band that plays at neighborhood festivals. A truly neighborhood car shop. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Free wifi and fast service complete the deal.

You got a car that you need to keep in top running shape? Then you need to get it to Point Service!Trust me, John and his team has been our ace mechanic (dare I say our auto savior) for 15+ years.He kept those less than pristine jalopies running that our three children drove through high school and college. The cars my wife and I drive, John keeps in tip top shape. Jeremy Behe stays on top of service needs and lets us know when brakes need replacement; but will schedule so that replacement isn t done prematurely. We ll know approximate numbers of miles before key auto parts need replacement.Bottom line we can go 10-15 years before having to plunk down our hard earned money on new cars.So here s the point! If you have cars you need to keep running get to Point Service - NOW!Your car and wallet will thank you! Joe Morris

Had two tires replaced on my MB S 500. Jeremy had a good knowledge of the various tire options , strenghts and weaknesses. He called me promptly when the tires arrived. Installation was fast and efficient. I was v pleased with the service and their credibility.

Great service at reasonable prices. My family and I have been using Point for years and have never had a problem. They are always flexible with appointments and are great with repair updates. I can't recommend them enough!

Good service. I had two issues on top of my normal inspection that they did a simple fix rather then sell me an expensive new part. They also handle my work truck and other personal car. I enjoy getting text updates rather then calling.

I had reservations about taking my 2007 mercedes to get transmission service (change oil, gasket, and filter) here. But a coworker said she had good service there and so I brought my car over and ask the main guy that deals with customers if they know how to service the MB tranny cause its different. He said "of course" we work on Audi's, BMWs all the time. I still was reluctant because he seemed overconfident, but brought it there anyway since it hadn't had a transmission oil change since new and had 86000 miles and the MB dealers always overcharge. Low and behold, I went to pick the car up and they put only 4 quarts of tranny oil in. I asked why only 4 when it takes 8-9 quarts. The guy said you can't drain all the oil out and I didn't believe that and went online to look what the MB service sheets said and it said you have to drain the torque converter also and it also has an easy drain plug. It said another 4 quarts would drain from the torque converter. It took me 5 mins to look this up. So I went to pay the bill ($250) a couple days later (long story, I picked up car at 5pm without paying for the service because the guy who does the billing left early and no one else knew how to run the credit card). Anyway when I was there paying the bill, I told the main guy the torque converter was also supposed to be drained and that's where you drain another 4 quarts for a total of 8. His response was comical; he said, "its all good, we know what we're doing." I thought to myself, if you guys knew what you were doing, you wouldn't only be changing the tranny oil with only 4 quarts when it needs 8-9! I did't bother saying anything in return as you can't argue with that kind of intelligence. Anyway, the car is fine and it actually running smoother and quieter due to 4 qts of new oil, but leaving 4 quarts of old oil in the tranny is not the best nor is correct. I would have given 3 star rating but, his unwillingness to even listen and learn is stupid. And I had a nice and friendly tone every time I talked to the guy. The place is probably good for simple things like oil changes, balance and rotate tires, inspections, etc., but don't risk a $5000 transmission.

It's an honest shop that does reliable work at a fair price. If there's something that should be addressed but doesn't present an immediate issue, they'll let you know about it but won't push you to get it done until it needs to be.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and it is by far the best service center that I have ever been to. They are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and honest. They treat their customers like family and always support the community.

Popped a tire on my way to vacation so knew I wouldn't be able to drive on a donut .. called here & they got me in right away & changed my tire before I could even say thank you! Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.
