LIP was recommended to me by my tuner after I slid into a curb during some snow and and a good amount of damage to the front end of my Mk7.5 Golf R. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, arranged for their own tow truck to pick up my car same day, kept me up to date on the entire process, worked with a supplier to receive and install some after market wheels during the fix, and gave me back a car that looks/drives as good as the day I got it.I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Phil and the team did a great job and made the unfortunate event of crashing my car as painless as possible. They did great work and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a reputable body shop. While I hope to never see them again ;) I'm glad I came across them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if the need arose.

Recently used them after needing repairs for my car. They explained the process, were available for a quick appointment and estimate, and the repairs look amazing. I d highly recommend! I m definitely happy with their services!

Always professional, easy to work with and accommodating. I have been coming to them for more than 25 years and each time they do the job beautifully. The cleaning and detailing of the car at the end of the work is always done and greatly appreciated.

I gave these guys my VIN# which should ensure accuracy of correct parts ordered & I booked an appointment several weeks ahead of time for a Black chevy emblem instillation. The front emblem was to be illuminated. I dropped my vehicle off promptly at 8 am, & at 8:38 AM they called me to say GM sent them the regular Black Chevy Emblem, not the illumination kit. I was a little disappointed, but gave them permission to install the regulars black ones, & let them know I would potentially be asking of their services in the future for the illuminated front emblem. They told me they would get the job done & call me back. At 9:24, they called back & said the regular emblems that they were attempting to install were not the correct ones, & there was nothing they could do, except order the correct parts & make another appointment. I went to pick up my vehicle, & they told me they ve had a re occurring issue with GM sending them the wrong parts. Wether this is true or not, it still doesn t justify the employees that work there not checking for several weeks if they even have the correct part for the job. Instead, they passed the blame on to GM. Them not knowing they had incorrect parts for a $900+ job, until well after the time of the appointment is my reason for leaving a 1 star review. Waste of my time.

Was hit in a parking lot, needed some paint and a new tail light. Everything was quoted properly, work performed in time stated and Lexus is back. Thanks and great work!!

I recently visited the shop to have some fine scratches checked out on my car. While the damage may seem minimal to others, the team at LIP knew exactly what I was trying to achieve. The turnaround time was fast and the price was more than reasonable. I would give them 10 stars, if it was an option, thanks to Josh, Phil, and the entire crew.

They color matched my 20 year old paint to a new front bumper. A difficult job that three other shops said was not possible. When I went in the work area to drop off the bumper, I saw a clean, well lit and organized work area. I would not hesitate to bring more projects to them in the future.

I would highly recommend LIP Collision for any sort of body work or body repair. I had the pleasure of working with Phil who worked with me throughout the process and repaired the car to better than it looked before.I have had two other people who I know come here. One with a BMW M3, and the other one with a BMW 335i. I myself drive a MazdaSpeed6, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a performance/unique car but have no doubt that LIP would be thorough in repairing ordinary cars as well.LIP goes the extra step and uses OEM parts, and truly repairs the cars such that quality is the primary focus. This is hard to find with body shops, especially when going through insurance.Thank you so much for repairing my car and making it look better than ever!

Absolute perfection!From start to finish the customer service and work completed was outstanding. I have a 2002 F250 and they completely restored my truck. The attention to detail was more than I expected. Even when I had concerns, they were immediately addressed. I couldn t have asked for more. Through the entire experience, I did not have one complaint with the work LIP did. I would definitely recommend LIP!

L.I.P. Collision is the absolute best autobody shop around! My AC condenser went in my car. Rather than fixing it for me, L.I.P. told me to take my car back to my dealership because this problem was covered under warranty. They even printed out the paperwork showing that the problem was covered under warranty so that I could show my dealership in case of any issues. What other mechanic shop would do this?? Most shops would replace the part just to make some money off of you. I highly recommend L.I.P.!!Service: Air conditioning

I recommend LIP to everyone who is in need of their car repaired. My husband has been an auto appraiser for 30 years and he would not go anywhere else. Each car that is repaired is flawless. I thoroughly enjoy the professionalism of Josh and his team at L.I.P. Collision. Through a friend Nick Mayer of Mayer Motors referred me to him. Josh helped me with the whole process since I never had to go through this. He took me step by step and what I could expect from the insurance company. He found additional damage and tried to see if the insurance would accept it, but didn't. Since didn't have a car and my wife's car had to be in the shop he worked with me until I could get my belongings out of the car. Because he communicated throughout the process and allayed me fears I will definitely use him if I ever need any body work on my future vehicles.

I have used L I P. twice and they do great work. When the repairs were done you couldn't tell anything ever happened. Plus, they're really friendly and handle the insurance company for you. They definitely make the crappy situation of a car accident a lot easier to deal with

They always go the extra mile ...I was recommended to LIP by an owner of a very special and rare Porsche. I had some cosmetic work that needed doing on my Porsche due to stone chips etc and I could not be happier with the outcome. I learned a lot in the process and the skill is making new paint match 15 year old factory paint so that the car looks uniform afterward. Josh and Mark answered my endless questions, educated me (gently) and were always up beat and professional. Josh also took care of some other small issues at the time for minimal additional cost that has really improved the appearance of the vehicle. In summary, a rare bird indeed - a body-shop that cares about the customer and ALWAYS makes sure he/she is happy and goes the extra mile to make sure of that. Thanks again Josh and Mark

Disappointed with paint job,expected better with the five star reviews. Color not even close,lucky it's black and not silver.Didn't blend fender to bumper,you see the color difference to fender ,you throw away that much clear. Couldn't even clean the hood,damage was in the front .Did not rush or call once, but looks like rush job,

These guys do amazing work. I've had multiple friends have their cars go through them and i finally had to have them work on one of my own. They finished ahead of schedule and the work was flawless. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Fortunately I have only had a few occasions to have repairs made here myself and they have always been done extremely well. I have also taken my daughter s and grandsons car here to and have had the same great experiences.

Tremendous body shop with conscientious owners and employees. They do expert work.I would highly recommend them for all your vehicles body work.
