Awesome customer service. Gavin, the store s new manager, took me in at 4:00 on a Sunday (an hour before close) to replace my flat. I needed all new tires anyway, and he was able to help me out. He and his techs got the job done efficiently and quickly. I was out of there with four new tires in less than an hour. Gavin was attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to his techs for putting in a little extra work late on a Sunday! Got me back on the road in no time flat.

Great experience here! Both my brake lights were out and I was convinced it was an electrical issue with my car. I woke my lazy butt up at 6am to get here when they opened and I had to be at work by 8. Gavin was super patient and pleasant to talk to, even at this early hour. You just never know with car shops, I've had more of them cause me stress in the past. Turned out I just needed a new light bulb. The shop could've easily taken advantage of me or charged me an arm and a leg for putting a new bulb in but they didn't. They didn't even laugh at me for thinking my car had some big fancy electrical issue. Gavin gave me my keys and sent me on my way. I was at work by 7:55am. Will be returning here in the future if need be. Thanks again!

I needed a last-minute appointment to refill my coolant (a simple fix, but I know nothing about cars...), & one of the mechanics, Gavin, was super helpful. He checked it out quickly, ruled out any leaks & topped it off. Very friendly staff, great service!

Quick and easy! We found ourselves with a flat tires this morning. The team took care of us right away. We were in and out quickly which was much appreciated as a family of 5 with a busy day planned.

Called before going to make they do take my oil I just bought. They said yes we can!! Dropped the car at 10:25am was my appointment at 10:30 I asked how long going to take he said an hour. I waited till 1:00 Pm I called he said will take about 20 minutes. I went inside the guy said we can t take an outside oil !!! They didn t even move the car or look at it. Why they didn t to let me know ahead & wasted 3 hours for nothing. Very disappointed first and last time.

I have used Firestone at the Montgomery Mall location for 10+ years. The managers and staff are always honest, polite and professional. The current manager Michelle is a nice person and works hard. She was flexible on my schedule and had no complaints when I showed up a few days early. I definitely trust any works from this location.Highly recommend Firestone at this location!

Was told it would take an hour to change two tires, that was at 3:30 it is now 5:30 and the technicians are having personal conversations at the desk. Unprofessional and very disappointing. 200 bucks to not have it done on time. Will not be returning to this company ever again.

So I booked an appointment for 1 o clock today to have only my tires rotated . something that surely should not take long at all. I waited until nearly 2:30, only to find out they didn t even start it yet and I did tell them that I would just be waiting there. While I understand delays happen, I was not even updated that they did not even taken my car yet and that there was a delay. I ended up just having to leave because I had other places to be. Unacceptable for just needing a tire rotation and having a scheduled appointment.

The team at Firestone here has gone above and beyond to help me, a customer in need. I can't recommend them enough. When I got a flat tire 3hrs from home and no one could find my tire size, Michelle reached out to multiple other shops to find the tire. When she couldn't, she promised to have me a tire the next morning and have it installed so I could safely make it home. This is the kind of customer service we need more of and I'm confident if you work with Michelle and the team here you'll have top tier service. Thank you Michelle!

We are 10+ years customers of the Montgomery Mall Firestone. The manager and technicians are very professional, polite and friendly. The services are excellent and price is fair. We definitely recommend this place to our friends.

I ripped a hole in my brand new fire stone tire that was installed by the dealership a month ago. This is my work vehicle and it s critical that I have it working. I went in to fire stone Montgomeryvill store and spoke to MICHELE who reassured me that they would be able to take care of the problem and within two hours I had a brand new tire on my van. I wish Billy would keep an eye out for finished vehicles, rather than have me go to the register and flag down a technician to get him to finish up my order and hand me papers to leave. I may just have to go to another location for this work.

Was new to the area and got a flat tire on my way out of town. I was able to pull into this location and just needed assistance with someone taking the tire off due to the lug nuts being on so tight. When I went into the store to ask for help I was told .no we can t help you because there is only one mechanic on. While I understand that business can t stop . But again I am miles away from home and it would have taken 2 minutes to use the automated gun to remove the lug nuts. I was changing my own tire!You never know when a new customer may come in. While I am not saying that this is not a good company or shop, I just would not use them if ever I was back in the area and needed a tire or any other service from them.

Terrible customer service. I made an 8am appointment over a week ahead of time for an inspection, I dropped the car off expecting a call when it was finished. I waited until 4 pm to call about it. I was told they didn t look at it yet. They then asked if I needed my car today, or do I want to reschedule? As I was trying to figure out why I would have to reschedule another persons voice came on the line and aggressively said that my car was getting inspected next. Before I could say anything they hung up the phone. I have taken my vehicles here for years. I will not be returning

I went to the North Wales Firestone for an oil change. The actual service provided seems ok, it was an oil change. But the customer service was horrible. When she called my name I looked over but wasn't sure if she meant me. I have a really popular and this happens allot. When she said my name again I went over and she stated "don't you know your name?". At this point I was a little irritated but whatever. When I was prompted to choose something on the screen she seemed annoyed that I touched the pad too early. Sorry but I refuse to ever pay for a service and be treated that way. I will never take my business to that store again. Plenty of other businesses that will gladly perform an oil change without the attitude.

Short staffed.. always seem to have some problem with something. Be careful if you use this place with caradvise and pre paid for everything, they claim they have no proof of the payment.. bring the caradvise receipt. And call the police if they try to extort money from you

I am 12 years customer. I am very satisfied with Firestone. All staff is professional, honest, responsible and polite. I have a lot benefits from Firestone. I recommend Firestone of Montgomery mall.

Montgimeryville Mall store - Excellent service and they knew what they were doing. Patched my tire, balanced, and replaced and were friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

This place is awesome and it's staffed by some of the best! I went in to have an issue with my power steering looked at and not only did they knock it out but the price point was awesome! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and it's just an all-around great atmosphere. If you have to have work done I recommend this establishment highly and Montgomery Mall is right next door so if you need to kill some time you have something to do.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ve had a rough go of it lately - losing my wallet and all my cards then two days later blowing out a tire on the way to work.With no access to my bank account at the time I had to open up a CC with them to get the tire fixed and they were super helpful and sympathetic. I feel I got a good deal with money off for opening the card.It was good customer service and I am using them today for my inspection. Michelle was awesome.Absolutely recommend

I got very bad experience with Firestone, they been getting service from them from 2021 they highly charged me and I get more problems with the car, and bring the car back last month charges me for lot of service one week later the engine is going the car get hot that bad,

I've been here 2 times in the last 2 weeks with 2 different vehicles. They are straight up great.Michelle, Duong, Jake all have been highly helpful and make me feel like long time trusted friends. They pointed out everything the DEALERSHIP, where I purchased, decided to ignore or outright lie about issues because they didn't want to honor their warranty or service promises. I'm definitely going to recommend this team to my family friends and anyone else I interact with as a place to go if they need service.

Made appointment and chose tires.Took a day off work to have them installed. At the store they claim they don't carry Toyo tires although it is clearly present on website. Tried a bait and switch until they realized they don't have any tires in my size. Wasted a day off! Btw, I have a Ford transit vehicle. Very common vehicle.

Generally great service - generally reliable. My go to shop for servicing. However, since last cpl of years each time i schedule a wheel alignment, they always tell me that the alignment was done but their printer is not working. Its like McDonnolds smoothie machine, its never working. I wonder if they actually do the alignment, cause my car is still pulling towards the right.Service: Wheel alignment
