I will never use Christian Brothers again and would recommend anyone else to stay away. My vehicle was in their shop for 3 days for just an inspection and AC check as it had been blowing hot air. The first day I wasn t contacted until after 4 pm although I dropped it off at 9 AM. I was told the technician working on my vehicle had a family emergency so they asked if it was ok for them to keep it overnight and finish it the next day as I had a headlight out and my check engine light was on so it wouldn t pass inspection yet. I told them I obviously understood and that was fine. I was never called until after 4PM again the following day and I was informed the check engine light was no longer on and it just had to pass all the checks in the system. I was told a technician would drive my vehicle locally and then checked to put it through the state inspection. I was called an hour or so later and was told all checks were met and with it being close to the end of the day, I was asked to pick up the vehicle in the morning. I again said I understood and they wasn t a problem as I was led to believe everything had been completed and I would just pick the vehicle up in the morning. The following morning they called me to let me know that now 2 checks won t go through the system and they don t have an answer as to why and it won t pass inspection. So they basically wasted 3 days of my time, I still don t have an inspected vehicle, and I was given no explanation why other than vehicles can be finicky sometimes and they can t inspect it unless it goes through the system. The customer service I received was either misleading or I was blatantly lied to. They offered no apologies or other solutions for my vehicle and also gave me my vehicle back with the gas light on after they drove it.

First time using Christian Brothers and I couldn t be happier. Super friendly and pleasant people to deal with. I brought my car in with no notice for an inspection and they were able to take me right then and there. A very nice gentleman drove me back to my apartment since I did not have a ride. The waiting area is absolutely beautiful with comfortable leather couches. They also provide drinks and snacks while waiting as well. I love how they send you texts updating you on your car s progress. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning in the future!!!

They were nice and don t try to take advantage of your vehicle s needs. Also, love the report they provide including photos. The lobby is comfortable and clean so waiting there isn t the worst. Definitely recommend.

A very pleasant experience all things considered when your car breaks down. Very cool staff, open and honest. Very helpful getting me through my day, giving me the needed lift to work and having the car assessed and done very quickly. Lotsa snacks and drinks too so they got me there!!It s a place you wouldn t mind returning to but you hope you don t need to any time soon. Thx to all!!

I had a fantastic experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! After struggling to find a shop that could accommodate my needs promptly, I called CBA and was pleasantly surprised. Tom answered the phone and got me in right away. He was not only polite but also provided a complimentary health report for my vehicle. The whole process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long. I highly recommend their services they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

These guys were the best (especially Tom!). My car died so I got it towed here, and am really glad that I did. They were quick, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. Definitely helped me make an informed position to get out of a tight spot!

I have been to Christian Brothers for inspection as well as oil change. They are very professional, pleasant and friendly. It is a seamless hassle free experience. I really like their ongoing updates on your service from time your car goes in to being done.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Have been there twice already to have work done on my car. It is very convenient to work. Was able to drop my car off and get a ride back to work. When my car was finished as promised, the shuttle picked me up after work. Would recommend them.

Had my car in a couple weeks ago at Christian Brothers to replace a leaking CV boot. That problem was repaired (including the axle shaft being replaced). Subsequently, my car began to shake when accelerating to speeds above 40. I returned to the shop after to have the technician diagnose the shaking, Christian Brothers recognized the axle shaft that was installed was faulty and replaced the part under warranty free of charge. I am trying to find a trustworthy mechanic in the area and so far Christian Brothers has fit the bill. I also have found that they are not pushy when recommending services. The guys at the Montgomeryville location are extremely pleasant and helpful.

Quite simply, I ve never had better customer service when bringing my truck in for maintenance. From the owner, Chip, on down through the front desk with AJ and Pat to Kyle on the shop floor true professional! My wife turned me on to Christian Brothers and now I won t bring my F350 anywhere else!Highly recommend for all.

This was the best automotive experience I have ever had. From the way they immediately answered the phone and agreed to fit me in at the end of the day to the warm welcome when I arrived. The waiting room looked more like that of an attorney's office. The snacks were good. Even the wifi was fast. When the inspection was finished my car was waiting outside with my paperwork in a nice folder on the passenger seat. I was even stunned when I received images of the suggested services I should do in the future. I didn't feel like they were trying push something unnecessary because there was photographic proof of how dirty the air filter really was. What an excellent way to do business. Keep up the good work. I manage an office and am contemplating ways to elevate the customer experience in my office based on the customer experience I had with you.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I have been taking my vehicle to this location since 2020 whenever I am in the state . I always receive great service , however my last experience was something I wanted to share. I had a full diagnostic done . My rep and the mechanic who was assigned to my vehicle was polite and extremely transparent. Based on the diagnostic I decided I will purchase a new vehicle . If I was going to service the vehicle I would not hesitate to have the work completed at this location

Had to edit my first review because my car broke down and come to find out they never replaced the gasket. And I just feel like that's really shoddy work I have proof I thought this would be a good place. But they charged me over $600 and they didn't even do it correctly. Or even replace the gasket? How does a gasket get torn in half if it was replaced in August And then my car breaks down in October??? I had a mobile mechanic, come out and help me. And they were actual Christian mechanics because they did not shaft me on fixing anything. And they actually came out to me where I had broken down and got the car started so that I could at least drive it to their garage and get the rest of the work done. I would like a portion of the money that I paid for the work that was obviously NOT performed. If you are fixing contaminated transmission fluid I would imagine you would put a new gasket in.

Recently I took my bmw x5 for oil change since BMW dealer had no appointment available until mid January of 2024 and they told me my state inspections are due and they were able to do all that the same day and their quality of service were very nice. Highly recommend

It is a great place! The staff is not only knowledgable but also very friendly. I had the state inspection done for my Tesla Model 3 and they know what they need to do. I will definitely recommend any one with a Tesla coming here! ... actually anyone with a car...Shawn is great!!!I want to expand on this comment from 2 years ago. I still believe they excede in their service level. I took my Tesla again. Everything super fast, friendly, and always there to help!!

Extremely helpful shop - have an issue with my Jeep that another shop wasn t able to address. Christina Bros not only addressed it, but their customer service was great. Also like that they have an automated communication system that lets you know where in the process they are (ie parts have been received). Will definitely be bringing mine and my wife s car here in the future.

Very impressed with this place. The plastic splash shield under my car was damaged. I ordered the replacement part, and took it to Christian Brothers for them to put on while also doing an oil change. They didn't charge extra to attach the part and service was done very quickly... Waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and also had free snacks! Will definitely be back.

Do not ever go here, it's a bait and switch. They state that you get a free oil change based on your prior oil changes but that is not true. They upcharge you, stay away, very unethical shady business practices. SCARY UNETHICAL BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

very grateful for their honesty and professionalism. they could have easily lied to me told me i needed other things done to my car or better yet they could have not even mentioned that the code was from a recall and the dealership would cover it..so thankful for the honesty ive used them in the past and will continue if neccessary.

Had an excellent experience with Christian Brothers! We are new to the area and needed to find a go-to mechanic and they did a wonderful job. Quick service, full explanations both in writing and on the phone of what was found/work to be done, shuttle service to and from my house was super quick, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an inspection appointment the same week where every other local place was weeks out.They were honest about what needed work and what could wait, and didn't try to tell me that everything needed to be fixed immediately.Prices were reasonable and the automatic text updates as my vehicle was being worked on were very convenient.
