I m very happy with the repair they did for an insurance claim, which I ve never had to deal with before. It was a smooth process with frequent text updates about the status of the repair. The shop particularly excelled in customer service. Every single team member from the front desk to the mechanics were friendly, responsive, and informative. There were a couple minor issues when I picked the vehicle up and they fixed them on the spot in just a few minutes, even though it was close to the end of business hours. I d definitely recommend them.

They did really great with the rear part of my Mitsubishi Mirage 2020 and Ford Focus 2014. The parts arrival for Mitsubishi was little longer than for Ford. The team helped us in arranging the rental car from Enterprise. I had good experience there. Thank you.

The car looked good BUT the battery was dead when we started it on pickup. Caliber jumped it and pretty much said ok, see you! It was closing time so I'm guessing that's why. That's a disgrace. Also, the trunk sensor still shows the trunk is open when it's not. The car battery worked fine PRIOR to dropoff.So now I have to get a tow company out to jump my car again so I can drive it home. Thanks a lot! I will NOT BE using this location again ever.Add an update: the tire truck that came out could not even find a charge in the battery to jump start. This is DISGRACEFUL.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This Company is awesome. The people that work there are very professional and take care of your needs. Someone hit and ran my car and caused a lot of damage. My insurance company recommended that i come to this shop. The shop adjuster Shelton kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car! Made me feel very comfortable. The shop got my car in and out! They were super nice and super professional. The front desk lady was super sweet too! Very welcoming! Highly recommend the shop!

Had to take my wife's car there and they were very fast and professional with there estimates to my my insurance company. It was an easy process to get them to work on my car and it's great that I could drop my car off after hours.

I had a fantastic experience with Keenan. Phil and Meg are highly professional and knowledgable, and their customer service was impeccable. I had to take my car in after a deer put a few dents on the side - and they took care of everything from the body work to rental car arrangement. Everything was seamless. Furthermore, they provide email updates every other day about their progress - which was greatly appreciated. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Stay away! Took my car in for a full paint job following some extensive scratching damage. They said it was going to take 12 days and it was a month until completion. When I arrived I saw that they skipped one side panel and the rear of the car. Completely useless time/money spent, and now in a battle with Caliber and my insurance company to finish the job. Car/colors do not match. Over $4k in bills.Service: Painting

I was sent here by Liberty Mutual, the insurance of the person who rear ended me. I was extremely hesitant to go to a new place, however I did not have the time personally to search out my own place, run the numbers and get the car back to how it was Before the accident. I settled with just going to the insurance place.. I regret this.I was rear ended according, hit in the back by someone who hit the gas instead of the brakes, in a 35 mile an hr section. I was pushed forwards regardless of my brakes into the car in front of me. When I bought my car I had been told it had a clean record. So the damage I saw on the front I assumed was from the accident. Instead the technician going over the car with me let me know it was a bad patch job(something clearly had happened to the car pre me buying it) But then he completely dismissed the front end of the vehicle. The rear end was hit so hard that the inside plastic panel had broken and my rear view camera was messed up. Both things happened from the accident, however the technician stated that he doubted insurance would pay for it, because of the location of the inside break, but never stated they wouldn t do the work and just return it still broken. Whole plastic panel pre accident, cracked plastic panel post accident.After they opened up the gate I received a call that there were brackets and things that needed replaced, my response statement and question was ok great we see that the gate was significantly hit, that the brackets and things broke on the inside, so you guys are addressing and fixing the panel and the camera? I asked a couple times via phone, because of the dismissal I received during the initial inspection.I picked up the car in a hurry, single mom style, off to the next appointment. Only to discover a couple days later that neither the inside of the gate or the camera were fixed, not to mention again me trusting after this, that an actual we re paid via insurance and are still here for you inspection of the car took place?The front desk was very friendly. The service was incomplete, but fast. The consistent communication via phone was amazing! But then work not completed.I personally feel smile and nodded at, friendly, communicative and my car is Not how it was pre accident.I now have to go through this whole process again: car into the shop.. rental car.. the deposits coming out of my account .. The Inconvenience! Let alone the calls to this insurance company.In the end it would ve been Less time to find a shop I trusted that had my interests at heart when restoring my vehicle to how it was that day sitting calmly at that red light. A shop that helped fight to have the car like it was, you know what insurance is for and collision centers.And the front desk was very friendly, she had a rental waiting ready to go, and was kind about the amount of time it even took trying to get into the shop(awkward location).So I really want to give low stars because of the super inconvenience I now have, but there were things that worked, so 3 stars.I recommend checking the work before handing in the rental keys and leaving the lot, or bringing a collision man with you to say the words that need to be said so the work is completely done.

Had a great experience with Keenan and my car looks great! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it took a week longer than expected, otherwise, everyone there was friendly and helpful! Meg is super nice and made me feel really comfortable!

Please avoid Keenan Auto Body unless you don t care how long it takes to get your car back! Keenan was the recommended body shop by my insurance company and I decided to trust that recommendation. My car was in a minor fender bender and it should have been a few days turn-around time. I am sitting here on the end of the 3rd week without my car constantly due to one thing or another. Worse still is the fact that this is the 3rd time I have been told the car is done and I left work early, only to find out it is incomplete. When I attempted to pick up my car the first time, the cosmetic work looked great but NONE of the mechanical work had been done. Even the very polite woman at the front desk, Meg, acknowledged that it was WRITTEN on the work order sheet and completely overlooked. When they apologized and took my car back, it was placed at the end of the queue no priority whatsoever for the oversight. Nine days later my 3 hours of mechanical work was finally to be completed I left work early once again to pick up my car, only to be called while in route and told it wouldn t be ready because they wouldn t have it aligned in time. At this point I am beyond furious for the constant disrespect of my time and I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is a shame because the work done looks great but the customer service is horrible! Stay away!

This is going to be a " two fer ". I got great results from Caliber Collision and Erie Insurance. Yes my car was hit by a deer. Yes thats correct. Because the deer ran into me and had to be put down. What a shock ! But both Caliber and Erie worked together for a seamless fantastic experience. GOD bless them one and all! And thank you Charles Dickens in memoriam and absentia.

Avoid this place like the plague. They will rip you off and lie to your face. Quoted $50-70 for a job, get it done, told $150. Spoke to the general manager and he said he has no idea where that quote came from and that do anything for that price. Then meg at the front desk rudely says well we can just undo everything and take the grill off then because our guys need to get paid. This place is horrible and they are truly dishonest. Rather go pay someone more money to have a honest experience. This is why your place has a 2.8 star rating right now is because of nonsense like this. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and got screwed like everyone else.

Please avoid this place, I've had my car in here on 3 different occasions, dealing with the same collusion. Mike and Leonard were great help, but Phil the estimator is extremely unprofessional and incompetent piece of work. I'm not sure if I was segregated because I'm female and don't "understand" cars but I'm pretty sure when you're dealing with a bent rear axle you just can't take a look at the exterior and determine "there's nothing wrong with your car." While Phil was yelling at me NOT to leave my car here on the 3rd attempt at getting this fixed, "because it's not his problem." I walked away, left the car and low and behold once they actually put the car on the lift, they found the problem. If they would have put my car on the lift the 1st time I came in complaining of a "unstable rear" problem I wouldn't be complaining. But no one seems to want to find the problem on the vehicles here, or maybe it's because I have the "I don't understand" cars look about me.

My insurance told me to take my honda accord there and once they got in , they told me 2 weeks and it was done 3 days before and good work !! def check them out give them a chance if you got into an accident .

Terrible. Stay away. Had my car in twice and they still couldn't fix a minor dent and paint touch up. Poor service. My insurance company is letting me go elsewhere to have their mess fixed.

After 4 or 5 chances of fixing repairs, paint defects and missed painted spots for the insurance company Liberty Mutual. Still had to go back to Toyota Collision for a supplement to the claim.
