I drove by this place for years assuming it was a distributor only. I was talking to a friend about getting a replacement battery for my wife s car and he told me he was very happy with the battery he purchased from them. He said they were very friendly, knowledgeable and were more interested in selling you the best battery for your vehicle as opposed to the most expensive option. I stopped yesterday and couldn t agree more with his assessment. My first stop was to get my truck battery tested. It was dead the previous morning, but I wasn t sure if it was due to lack of use or a failed battery. The battery is not an Interstate. They tested it and said it is still good and recommended I charge it a bit more and stop back the next time I m in the area to have it checked again to make sure it s working as expected. No sales pressure at all. I asked them about replacement options and was told the best battery for my application which was not the most expensive. I felt so good about my experience I drove the truck home and returned my wife s 4runner in to replace her 9 year old OEM battery. The battery replacement was very quick and the price was fair. I was extra pleased when the car didn t lose all the radio settings during the replacement process. I ll definitely be back and recommend them to others.

Friendly, helpful employees. Called around noon to make sure they had the right battery for my car. Drove there, had the battery replaced, and was back home by 2 p.m. Can't beat that.

I would never go anywhere other than interstate battery for my batteries, I have multiple vehicles and I also pick up project cars and sell them, so I need new batteries often I've been using them for many years and not one time have I had one of their batteries go bad, The service is excellent people are nice and friendly & professional.I totally recommend them to anyone anytime

All the guys were super helpful. I was about to pay for a reconditioned battery to replace my one year old battery that had died but when he saw my old battery he said that they would try to revive it and they did. At no charge! Great service I highly recommend!

The bloke who helped us out was awesome. Super friendly and loved a good chat. He was also able to identify our special 6 volt RV batteries within about 3 seconds and had us sorted in no time at all.

I purchase and have my battery installed at this location when needed. Interstate batteries are the best batteries that I have used in all of my vehicles. I have never had a issue with premature failure with this brand. The service here is excellent and they are very professional and they don't try to sell you something that you don't need.

I come here to recycle batteries that I've used for work. The guys here can be pretty nice. One time I went into the store to let then know I was there to recycle batteries. The guy in the Red shirt says "hello" to me then heads into the back office area where his colleague was talking on the phone. I proceeded to wait for them to talk on the phone and figure something out for 5+ minutes. Then, they came outside and helped get the pallet of 1000+ dead batteries off of my truck.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The employee got up from the back to attend to my needs. I needed my fob battery replaced and he did it in under 5 mins! Had I known it was so quick and easy, I would have been gone!! But I certainly will drive here to get my other battery put in on my spare fob too

Great prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, will provide battery maintenance for you and give you a loaner battery while they troubleshoot your battery.

Went in Thursday morning to buy a battery back up for an elevator they did not have one and they guy behind the counter had a very condescending attitude and after i asked him about it i felt like i bothered him i took the ups battery back up walked out and went to batteries plus and will never go back to interstate batteries. I would maybe understand if they were busy but there was no customers in the store

Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Took extra time to explain things. They are also a recycle drop off location for old batteries including sealed lead acid, car batteries, lithium and nicads.
