Amazing service, a nice dealership, and a great team, NFI has pretty much got it all, from modern cars to beautiful classics. Had the pleasure of working with Nick, whom I got in touch with to ask about a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback that was listed. And I'd like to add that I've never purchased a car without seeing it first, so there were a lot of questions to be asked, and Nick offered great service and a lot of patience trying to answer every question and every doubt. After everything seemed right, we decided to go forward with it and get it delivered, which ended up taking too long, so a flight was booked to go from Texas our location to Pennsylvania and drive back home. Upon arriving at NFI, we were able to confirm some slight imperfections in the car we weren't aware of originally but got notified of later by Nick. These were gaps on the windows and missing chrome pieces, nothing that couldn't be fixed. The team at NFI acquired the parts needed at no cost, took the windows in the back seat, and the chrome pieces were mailed. Drove back in the Mustang 28 hours with no issues whatsoever everything performed as it should.Shortly after, the money paid for delivery (1.2k) was reimbursed . I highly recommend purchasing a car from them high quality and good conditions. If there is any issue whatsoever, im positive they'll figure something out and fix it. Thx again to Nick for providing amazing customer service.

My siblings and I bought our dad his dream car here and they were amazing. Customer service was above and beyond and our sales person James was so personable. James really made the transaction seem like you were buying the car from an old friend. And he gave us the best restaurant recommendations since we drove up from Ohio. If you re looking for a classic or just an awesome car definitely come here. We got a chance to see some of their inventory and it s just a dream for a 4th gen mechanics daughter.

First time here and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well taken care of vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be returning when we need another vehicle. Can't say enough about our salesman James and the finance guy for all their help. He got us a loan with a great interest rate. Overall great experience!!

I've used NFI Empire's consignment program to sell two cars. Dan Hodas and his team are fantastic. Their professionalism and know-how made the process extremely easy and rewarding in both instances. Thanks!

I purchased a Classic car for NFI in June of 2022 this car was presented as being 100% restoration and I was told it was flawless. Upon deliver I noticed multiple issues with the paint and glass, transmission didn t want to shift and power steering didn t function amongst other things. I shipped the car back to them and decided I wanted the whole car PPF and have a few other modifications done while it was there. It s now March of 2024 and I ve had little communication and I still waiting to get my car.

James was great to work with and answered all my questions with ease and in a timely manner. He took his time to do a virtual ride along with me since I could not make it to the dealership, and made sure I was satisfied with everything about my vehicle. NFI seems like a genuine place to buy the car or truck of your dreams.

My experience with this company was excellent. I had a 2006 Ford Mustang GT that I wanted to get information about consigning with them. Dan Hodas contacted me the next day and explain the whole process thoroughly. Although I did not end up consigning with them. I sold the vehicle prior to consigning. Dan was very helpful with his insights on the car market. Thanks again

Absolutely the best experience I have had working with theses guys. They started as jeep builders and become a dealership and are killing it. I was able to get to your the shop and they build some crazy stuff. Everyone is so friendly and know there stuff. They had a car show going on when I drove up 2hrs to pick out my new truck and got to hang out and enjoy the show after I bought my truck. If you need anything I would highly recommend. My salesman was Elliot and was absolutely amazing. Thanks again guys for the awesome 2014 Ram 2500

NFI and Dan were a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, patient and accommodating. I would trust them with my automobile, and trust they market it properly and get the best dollar for it.

I have had many car buying experiences over the years, and none have been as enjoyable as buying my dream car in mint condition from Chaz and Shea and the team at NFI. I hesitated making the 12 hr round trip drive to see this car, but now that she is in my garage I am so glad I did. It was everything that they told me it was and more. Great company, great environment and amazing cars! Can t wait to get her back up there for some added goodies . They even got the car to my door a day early, in this world we live in now with shopping issues, who does that, a day early??? Who do the think they are, Amazon Prime? But serious if your looking for a car or to mod one you already have, call Chaz, he will hook you up, tell him Fred sent you!!

NFI was fantastic from start to finish. Chaz was excellent to deal with and was a huge help to me in making my first sight unseen purchase. I never ever buy a vehicle without first driving it around the block myself but NFI went above and beyond to put my mind to ease and feel comfortable proceeding with the sale. NFI even handled the shipping of my new car the 800 miles home. The whole transaction went better then I could have imagined. Thanks Chaz and NFI, keep up the good work!

Thank you Dan , Chaz & NFI for doing everything possible to sell my truck . Only place that you can trust to sell your vehicle ! Here is my personal vehicle so nobody thinks im a fake profile. You can chance your vehicle sold at a $400 risk or trade it in at another dealer and lose thousands . We have dealt with NFI various times and there is a reason we keep going back. Youll have good and bad but at the end , NFI was good to me and again only place to do a cosignment. Its a buisness so obviously they have to make money but they also look into us the sellers best interest.

Don t do business with these people. Complete waste of time. I was weighing my options with 2 different cars and explained the situation to these guys and once I got screwed on the other car decided to go with them which was my second option. Verbal deal was made over the phone and was waiting for a check to come in the mail which finally did and they sold the car to another person. I was upset about the whole situation and was told I was acting like a child. Don t waste your time or $ with these over market prices. Extremely unprofessional dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from NFI Empire and want to share feedback about my experience.I have been looking for an older model pick-up in good shape for its age and low mileage. I came across the NFI Empire website by chance. I recently lost out on a classic Dodge Power Wagon and was doing an in-depth search of the internet to find a pick-up. In that search NFI Empire popped up. The moment the landing page came up on the screen I was impressed with what I saw. Although not necessarily what I was looking for; these were very cool updates and modifications to Jeeps and pick-ups which pushed me to want to see more from NFI just based on the coolness factor alone. As I took a deeper dive into the website (check out - custom / our portfolio tab) and looked at more of their custom modification work it made me wish that I had any one of those trucks. They were all great looking rides and I was very impressed with NFI s work.I eventually found the pick-up I was looking for in NFI s inventory. I reached out to NFI Empire to see if the pick-up was still for sale and Chaz responded that afternoon that the pick-up was still available. In my discussion with Chaz about the pick-up I found out that the truck was a consignment sale which concerned me. I have never purchased a vehicle on consignment and had many questions / concerns. Complicating matters was the weather, my trip to NFI Empire to inspect the truck had to be cancelled because of a snow storm. Which meant buying the vehicle unseen. Something I don t like to do ever and it was especially challenging on a consignment sale. While I was a rookie at consignment purchases, I do know that NFI s responsibilities were aligned with the owner and not the buyer. Truly a caveat emptor scenario and a very different purchasing experience for me.That said, Chaz and the NFI team were very understanding about my concerns and listened to me. Chaz spent a lot of time making me comfortable with the consignment sale process at NFI Empire. Chaz took more pictures of everything I asked and even did a virtual walkthrough with a test drive. In addition, he and his associate Shea did everything possible to accommodate my needs as a buyer. Which I deeply appreciated. In the end Chaz, Shea and the NFI team s patience, willingness to listen and flexibility won me over. I ended up purchasing the pick-up unseen and untested in person. On December 2nd, I met Chaz and Shea at NFI Empire to inspect the truck and finalize the purchase. I also had the opportunity to tour the facility where all the magic happens. It did not disappoint and I look forward to working with the NFI Empire team again at some point in the future. Later that morning, I took possession of the 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 V10 Magnum with just under 54K miles and headed out for my 500-mile return trip home.

NFI provides outstanding customer service. I have consigned 2 vehicles with them. They have an amazing repair and detail shop with very reasonable prices. They are fair and honest with both the seller and buyer. Great communication from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell do not hesitate to use them. They can handle everything from start to finish with no hassle to you. A plus operation. Thank you NFI

Typically I am not one of these people however I do not want to see a person go through what I have. I purchased a 2011 Tacoma from them a month ago and within that month I have had nothing but problems. The serpentine belt snapped on me after a week in which I fixed myself , followed by a nasty exhaust leak which they did take care of as I drove 120 miles for them to do so and I get back to my exhaust rattling in which I also am fixing myself. Today however I am driving home and I hear a clunking noise all of a sudden. I go underneath to discover my left front cv axle is broken. I go to email them with the email I usually use and get a return stating the email no longer exists or isn t accepting emails. Weather this is a coincidence or not I do not know however I am at my wits end with this truck and have decided to consider selling it. I am very familiar with the dealership life as I work for one. I am not pleased with the service or sales department at all as I can t believe they can sell a vehicle in this condition with a good conscience and also appear to feel guilty when I came up for the exhaust issue and I was barely talked too. Any other time I took a car to the dealer for an issue I feel as if they care but not this time. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau next which also appears to give them an F rating for service.

The staff was extremely accommodating. I saw the car that I was interested in. I sent an email inquiry and Devin got back to me promptly. I explained to him what I was looking for and that I did not want to waste his time or mine, so I needed to have honest answers to my questions. I spent the day texting with with Devin, and he sent me pictures and videos as needed. I made the decision that the 2.5 hour ride to go see this car would be worth it since it seemed to check all my boxes. Long story short, it did. I arrived to their place 1/2 hour before they closed and Devin and others stayed for another 2 hours. These guys know and love cars.

About two weeks ago my wife and I finally settled on a truck that we had been looking for that was located at NFI. We did some searching and realized that the place was about an hour and a half from us so we used the online chat to request a call. The next morning I received a call from Dan who did a great job of explaining the vehicle and went over the details that he had in front of him. Everything sounded right so we put the needed money down to secure the truck and made plans to take a drive that Saturday to pick it up.When we arrived we found NFI, that was sitting between rows of vineyards, and my new truck parked and cleaned out front and ready to be looked at to confirm everything on the truck was as stated. My daughter, Dan and myself hopped in to take it for a drive and everything was exactly as described. When we returned from the test drive the coolant light on the truck came on and Dan immediately took it over to the garage to get it looked at. Dan stated the bottle was down about 4oz and just needed topped off. Once we agreed on everything he escorted us inside where all the needed paperwork was already completed so we just signed and began our journey back home. But this is the part you need to read if you are considering buying from NFI.When I returned back home to Pittsburgh the coolant light came back on. I had to add water a few times to keep it at the right point. Tuesday I took the truck to a Ram dealer to have it looked at and the dealer told me the EGR cooler was burning it internally and would be about 3k to repair. This is where my heart sunk. I bought the truck knowing it was deleted and tuned so we signed an as is waiver on the truck. I know from my 26 years in the auto industry what it means to sign a document like that and was very hard for me to hold NFI accountable because it was such a small usage of coolant there is really know way they could have known but here I am with a truck I purchased two days ago that now needs 3k in repairs. I texted Dan and just asked him flat out if I am on my own knowing that he had every right to say yes, but I was hoping for an olive branch. Dan called me a few hours later to apologize for not getting back to me sooner but he was home and off that day. He stated I was not on my own and he would try to find a solution the next day when he returned to work. I was satisfied that at least they were willing to listen but really had no high hopes and this in my opinion is where it gets good. After I spoke with Dan on his day off I received a called from Brad who introduced himself as the service manager at the custom shop they have. He asked me what was going on and listened to my concerns and also to what was going on. Brad then asked If it would be ok if he sent two drivers the next day to pick up the truck so they could repair it. I about fell off my chair. I of course said absolutely but there as no rush. I was just happy that they were there and wanting to help. Sure enough the next day Brad called again and stated he had drivers on the way and about two hours later two nice gentleman came in to my office and took the truck. Once the truck arrived Brad called and gave me some options as how to remedy the situation and said he was willing to do whatever I requested. Not only that but they found the front end had a squeak in it so he stated they needed to put new ball joints in the front end as well. Brad kept me updated through the entire process as well as Dan, my salesman, texting as well. On Thursday he called to tell me the truck was repaired and he was also arranging to drive the truck back to me so I was not inconvenienced.Bottom line to this review is, I know what I was signing as the truck had modifications that I wanted so its just a necessary step in business. But what is uncommon is the level of service they provided to me during this process. These are good people and a good business. If I decide to buy another truck I am not going anywhere else. Thank you NFI, Dan, Shea and Brad. I could not be happier!!.

Update: It took like four months for them to respond to this review all the while responding to others. Just so everyone is aware I have yet to receive the phone call they stated in their response I'd get. I'm not complaining just letting you know how they conduct business with your average Joe customer. Since my initial review after non-stop calling I was able to get through. I did receive my bed liner. I did take it back one more time to them to check for any wear on the rear diff that would constitute a warranty replacement for a defective part. They told me it's was fine and I was charged about 180 bucks for the check and replacement fluid because nothing was wrong. I had my u-joints and yoke replaced because they thought that was the problem. $800 still not fixed. When I picked it up and tell them there is still a problem they then decide to do a complete rebuild of the rear diff free of charge. That's what I took it there the first time for when I was charged 180 a week prior. They refused to refund the 180 even though they decided something was wrong and it should be covered under warranty. After the replacement the nosie was only a hair better still very annoying. They told me I'm just gonna have to live with it. They won't do anything else. I would never in my life have purchased this vehicle with this noise. It is a direct result of their incompetence and horrible customer service. The howl started directly after they worked on it. They caused a extremely annoying problem that makes the truck unenjoyable to drive and virtually impossible to sell for a reasonable amount because everyone is afraid it is a costly problem and they'd be right. I still highly recommending taking your business anywhere besides here. They won't even fix problems they cause. They swindle you out of any penny they can. If they still want to call I'll answer but they will never receive another cent of mine. I also still have never received my extra key which was one of the contingents of the purchase of the truckShort version. I was told constantly everything on the truck was run through the shop and fixed during the sales process. The truck is one owner by one of the managers. Turns out the A/C, rear dome light and ring and Pinon were all broken. I was promised an extra key and bedliner still have yet to receive either one. I've called several times no straight answers. They failed to fix my ring and Pinon issue twice and now it's not under warranty a $1500 bill. They exceeded the 60 day time limit to get me my title. They don't return calls.Had to delete long version in order to update do to word limit. Take your business elsewhere you'll be glad you did

I brought my jeep here to have fenders and side steps installed and coated. Was told their coating was a kevlar coating. It was spray can Raptor coating. Peeled off, rusted through in under 6 months. They also installed bolts with gorilla glue
