Thursday November 9th 2023Dropped off my car at 8am but the guys wife accidentally locked her keys in her car, so he didn't show up until 8:30. No big deal, accidents happen Overall, they did a really great job with the lettering on my car. Hot pink against black background looks stellar.It would have been nice if they could have changed the front coloring & background on my back windshield. It just doesn't quite match or go with the rest of the theme.Their office is decorated really cute, the guys wife did a wonderful job. Everyone was really nice & I got my car back 5 or 6 hours later. Thanks for pimpin' my ride :)Oh & the building in the back made out of shipping containers are BOSS. Super cool!!!If you call clean pro services, I work for them. We do an amazing job & were a one stop shop. Please mention my name - Clementine Mottola - when calling.

I just had my Wagoneer tinted and they did an excellent job. I plan on taking my 85 Mustang GT 5.0 to be tinted next. Excellent work and extremely friendly.

I took my chrysler here 3 years ago for window tint. The job they did was impeccable. I recently traded the chrysler in for a civic. I took the civic here for sun control tinting and just tinting in general since I m a nursing student and its nice to not be noticed when leaving hospitals by patients, draw attention from med supplies, it matches the color way of the car, etc. From the beginning there were tiny but not so noticeable bubbles. 3-4 weeks later the bubbles had become more prominent so I decided to take it in. The rear windshield had the most bubbles, and even a tiny slash in the bottom corner. Looks like they applied the film and there was a hair against the glass or something that left a slash.Long story short they said they cant redo the rear windshield because of the defroster. Respectfully I understand that but if it was done properly in the first place that wouldn t need to be said. Some worker Sean also said, Quite honestly, I m not sure it will even look better. When weighing out the risk/reward for re-application on the rear. That drew the line for me because I legit have witnessed them do better. It breaks my heart writing this review because I am a returning customer that previously had excellent work done about 3 years ago and I had family that wanted to get their cars tinted as well but after seeing this they aren t. When you pay the price you pay for this tint, you d expect to get a great job done. They re-applied on two rear windows. I can see bubbles squished down on one of the front two windows. One is perfect. The two rear passenger windows are perfect for now. The quarter windows they re-applied as well, but both turned out worse than they originally were. In total, including quarter windows, I had 7 windows done and 4 of them are not done properly. I d like to say I m angered but I m not. Just upset mainly because they probably don t care. Seems like other reviews have shown that they used to receive great service and a nearly perfect product in the past, but recently, that hasn t been the situation. Hopefully just a rough patch for sunsationall, I ll most likely be taking the civic somewhere else unfortunately to finish the job on the front. Sucks to see some of reviews about nonchalance staff as well. One star for the chrysler and one star for the little honda. Would include more pics but the more I look at it the more disappointed I become.Service: Sun control window tinting

Excellent workmanship, great customer service. Had 3 cars done and my home sliding glass door and bay windows tinted. Good prices, and quick turnaround. Their shop does everything from wraps to ceramic coats, wheels, remote starters and more.

SunsationALL black wrapped the roof of my new Bronco and tinted the windows. I would have bought the vehicle with a black roof but every time I went to a dealership they never had the interior package I wanted at the same time they had a hardtop black roof vehicle available. SunsationALL helped me out by giving me the black roof and dark windows that I wanted. I was able to schedule in about 2w so that was good. I also added ceramic coating to entire vehicle to help protect the finish for many years to come. I am very pleased with their work.

I honestly feel bad to write this and hate to make a business look bad, but I thought I'd be honest for future customers since my experience was sub-par.I just got my car, brand new off the lot. Many people suggested this place. I looked them up, and read great things, long time in business, it was close by, everything worked out.I paid roughly $285 (with tax) for tint on all my windows but the front windshield. Most money I've ever spent on tint since my last tint job was done in NE Philly for $100 and done beautifully.Picked up my car, looked good, noticed some little bubbles, made nothing of it. Waited about 2 weeks and noticed there were still bubbles on my rear window, few on the sides, and even large squiggles on the windows. I also noticed that many of the bubbles had contamination in them, clearly dirt. Also, some of the tint was literally shifted on the side window, leaving a good half-a-centimeter gap.Went back to the shop to express my disinterest and was quickly given excuses ranging from 'we use hard water' to 'it's hard to put those large pieces on the back', to 'the air quality in the shop' etc. I was a bit shocked that the person who was servicing me was trying to basically tell me that the job they did was satisfactory to their standards. I began to state that I was highly dissatisfied for paying almost $300 for a job and having clear contamination on the tint as well as bad alignment. They still gave me the same response back about the water... the complexity... etc. Finally, the lady grabbed the owner and he agreed to re-tint the areas in question but he seemed almost annoyed that I was bringing it back to them.Got the tint re-done. Noticed some little bubbles still, but let it go. Few weeks passed and truth be told, there are MORE areas on my tint that are OBVIOUSLY noticeable. From larger bubbles to finger nail style bubbles, to squiggles, etc. You can even still see clear dirt contamination under the tint. As well as one of the windows still have an obvious shift to the tint leaving a gap in the window.At this rate, I don't even want to bring it back to them because I feel that they would consider it a hassle and almost show anger in me for bringing it to their attention. I asked friends of friends who owned tint shops in other areas and even they said they were shocked to see the quality I was left with.Overall the tint looks good, from a far, you wouldn't notice it. But when you look up close, or even from an arms distance, you'd be shocked if you hear this tint job cost almost $300 bucks. I won't go here again, nor will I refer anyone else to them. As far as I can tell, they treat their luxury car customers much better than a standard consumer vehicle.

For more that 20 years I have used Sunsationall to tint 4 different cars and wrap two different vans. Work was done well and I never had an issue with anything.Fast forward...I had a simple wrap job for a motorcycle and called the company for appointment. Took off work and called in morning to confirm appointment. "We can't fit you in this morning" was the reply. I told them I took off work but the young boy on the phone could care less.Made another appointment. Rode my bike to Sunsational for the appointment and was told no one was there to wrap my bike. The kid I talked to could care less I was once again inconvenienced.The owner Big Al is a class guy with a great business. He needs to train his staff in some form of customer service and people skills. I won't be going back since I have wasted enough time dealing with this issue. Instead of wrap I think I will get the area on the bike painted.

I've been going to Al for almost 30 years, I most recently had 2 of my cars done and the price and quality were exceptional and exactly what I've come to expect. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I had my driver and front passenger window tinted to match my factory tint. It looks great, and the tint I chose didn't match the factory, so I was upgraded free of charge. With customer service like that, I'd come back for other services and refer them to anyone. Also, the tint has a lifetime guarantee.

They did a good job on my truck but the owner was extremely shady. I went 2 years ago and I still think about how sketchy this guy was. He also was very short with me and just rude. Won t recommend his company for those reasons

I'll try to be as fair as possible with my review but I can't honestly say I had a good experience at Sunsationall. I recently took my Porsche Cayenne GTS here to have the front windows and windshield tinted along with my roof rails and window trim covered in black vinyl. The communication was poor, I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and followed up at 2:30 pm to get an idea when I should come pick up my car. I was told 5:30 pm and when I arrived it wasn't finished which wasn't a huge issue and was asked if I could come back at 6:30pm. When I arrived at 6:30 pm the car still wasn't done and I waited until about 7:20 pm for it to be complete. As soon as I got on the road home I noticed about a 3 inch scratch through the windshield film right in front of the steering wheel. The next morning I called to address the issue and made an appointment to have the film corrected which was offered to me right away. Upon further inspection of the car I noticed the wrap was done very poorly on the roof rails. There were multiple points at the seams where the chrome was visible and multiple cuts in the vinyl where the installer had cut too deep while trimming the vinyl and cut the layer below leaving chrome exposed. When I returned to have my windshield film replaced I addressed the issues with the roof rails. Again poor communication, I called around 2:30pm for an update and was told I would get a call back in the next 30 minutes with when the car would be done. I heard nothing and ended up just showing up around 5:30pm to pick up my car. The windshield film was replaced and was done well but instead of fixing the vinyl wrap they simply cut patches of vinyl to cover the exposed chrome pieces. This prompted me to do a full inspection of their work and I've come to notice a 3 inch cut in my paint below my rear passenger window trim where the installer cut the paint while trimming the vinyl. At this point I have decided to cut my losses, I paid $1000 for this service and other than the tint they installed my experience was overall very poor. I'm very active in the surrounding car communities and can't say I will ever recommend their services.Service: Vehicle window tinting

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. Prices have doubled. Services have gotten worse, didn't replace my headrests, and left trash and towels all over the place. I've had 5 vehicles done here. My last one was my 50th anniversary, Camaro. There were so many bubbles; it was horrible. They won't give any discounts for loyal customers. I mean, seriously, $200 for 2 small door windows. The only discount you can give me is no tax, if I pay cash, really. I won't be back.

This is my 2nd time sourcing SUNSATIONall for tinting my vehicle. As if my first experience couldn't be topped, they were even more inviting, friendly and professional the second time around. Drop off/pick up process is always buttery smooth and they are quite fast considering they offer a variety of services, in addition to window tinting. This time around I wanted to go a bit darker with the window tint, so I called prior to scheduling an appointment and they invited me to come over to test the current window tint % and recommended the perfect shade for my personal taste. I went to get my back windows tinted on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. When I picked up my car the next day there were air pockets on the windows. When I spoke to the young man at the front, he was very rude and told me to deal with it. I asked them to fix it and they told me they would but would have to charge me again. Do not use this company

I had tinting removed from the rear window of a car. They provided a price before the work started then finished on time and on budget. All around great people with great service. They share a building and waiting room with an insurance agent. It seems like an odd mix but both companies are super nice. It really was a positive visit.

When I made the appointment 2 weeks prior, they asked for cash so I prepared a stack of bills for the occasion. I arrived for 8 am Saturday appointment for window tinting. I am extremely happy with my new tint. I had my windshield tint removed and two front windows redone. They came out perfect and definitely 100% professionally done. Employees are great, very helpful and honest. Greatly appreciated will definitely go here from now on!

A little while back I went to Jim's Liberty on Johnson Highway in Norristown, PA. I had a minor issue and had a Civil Discussion with the owner about it. I will never forget what he said. He said I want you to leave here Happy. I would not want you to walk out of here unhappy because you won't come back and you will tell other people about you had a bad experience. He made it right on the spot and I will never forget that. He wanted to make it right. I left with a smile and thought he is a decent man. I say that to say SunsationALL does NOT follow this philosophy. If you are unhappy with their work EXPECT an argument, no accountability, hassle, lack of customer service and disrespect. When I went in for my consultation they were as nice as nice can be. When I picked up my vehicle it was not what I thought it was going to be/what I was advised it would be. I was told in a week the tint would meet my expectations. A week passed, and there was no change. I went back and nicely tried to explain that. One of their workers came out to look at my car and said this was one of those rare occasions the tint would not meet my desired look due to the manufacturing style of my windshield. I was advised I would get a refund and they would remove it. The owner was in the process of writing me a check. When VERY RUDELY the other owner who stays in the back over the intercom system says "if she wants this removed ; it will come out of her refund; she will have to pay $25.00. He never came out to speak with me directly. Did not address me by my first name. The owner who handles the front desk looked at me and went to the back. I assumed she was going to speak with him and tell him how unprofessional he was. I was Wrong. She came back and it was a day and night experience. She told me they did quality work. They don't refund just because it did not meet my expectations/don't like the way it turned out. I said what about the person who said give it a week? Her response he's just a 19 year old kid who does not know much about the business. I said what about the person who said it's one of those rare occasions the tint wont meet my expectations due to my manufacture style, she said he's only been with us for 4 years . We went back and forth. She said "Look! you have 2 options pay to get it removed or leave it as is." So much for respect of the customer. I walked out. About 25 minutes later I received a voice mail from the front desk owner saying she was sad to see me leave that way. She wanted me to call her back to discuss things. ABSOLUTELY NOT! You showed me no respect while I was there. You did not try to make it right while I was there. All of this over $40.00. So the moral of the story, if you're happy with the services you should be fine. If not, BUYER BEWARE!! You will be in for a ride you don't want to experience.Service: Decorative window tinting

Very professional and clean. We planned to drop off the jeep for front window tint and we were asked if we wanted to wait while they did the job. We were blown away they could do it that fast. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend

I have had work done with these guys on multiple cars from back in the day when they were at Bridgeport location. Always extremely meticulous, detail oriented, and explain to you how what can/should/cannot/should not be done. Had a Grand Cherokee in for paint protection and tint match. Car looks better than off the showroom floor. Quick note for those doing paint protection: bring with you touchup paint for your car's color code so that these guys can do any paint/chip correction if needed.

This is a first class operation !! I ve used them for years. They are true artist !! Best materials available. Never had a window peel or turn color, over 30 personal cars done. Win Win. . Al & Midge you are the best !!
