I purchased a valve body from Prussian Motors off of EBay. In their listing they guaranteed the part would work. They shipped me an incomplete valve body that can not be used and you can not purchase the missing part without buying a COMPLETE valve body. When contacting the company and advising of the issue they informed me the valve body is sold as is and abruptly stopped responding .well as it is it s a paper weight. You guys suck.

Bought a part from them on eBay part was sent broken unable to use sent back and they only returned 50% of my money very shady practices. Highly suggest do not work with this company. Don t be fooled by their response. Yes they sent the part which they miss described broken in bubble wrap. I took the broken part to a UPS store where they packaged it up and returned it. I was also told they were going to file an insurance claim on the part that they sent to me damaged. My response would be do buy from a dealer like this. Had pay to ship it back just to get 50% of my money back. Shady Shady Shady!!!

I own a BMW shop & we always check out Prussian Motors ebay store before buying from unknown places. Parts ship fast & well packaged. They have saved my butt many times.

Bob was extremely helpful and patient when ordering a part for my M3. His recommendation literally saved me thousands AND got 3 guys working on the order to have it out same day so that I could get back on the race track ASAP. A big THANK YOU to the team at Prussian Motors!!!

This place only deals and BMW parts hoods Wheels any BMW part that you can imagine various years from new to antique when I say this place has everything this place has everything you must look at their online catalog plus you're dealing with experts that won't steer you wrong they really take pride and their business.

We purchase parts from Prussian Motors regularly. All parts arrive clean. Properly packaged and are usually shipped out same day. Grateful we don't have to carry inventory of used cars and there's someone local we can rely on business to business.

Brilliant service and prompt replies, easy dealing with them internationally from Australia. Were more than happy to help out when a part went missing in transit and very helpful in matching ebay's sale price. Can't recommend them enough

These guys are great and very knowledgeable. I m new to the BMW world, recently picked up an E70 X5d. I m a newbie still learning about this vehicle and while most typical bmw owners would make me feel like a newbie, these guys made me feel welcome. Good people good vibes. Just so happened a few of them daily E70 X5d s and were able to help clarify my understanding of a few different things. Also they have just about every part under the sun. I will definitely be back! I found Prussian Motors on eBay. They were selling an electronic component I needed for my car (A MINI Cooper). I gave them a call when I noticed they were in PA and I was only a few hours away. I decided to make the trek there. There was a lot of traffic and I ended up getting there a little bit after they were to close. Merritt stayed late to meet with us, on a Friday night no less, and had the part all queued up and ready to go. The price was great, quality was near new, and the transaction was smooth. Also worked with Bob during the day to source. Also very helpful and accommodating.Bottom line, if you are a BMW enthusiast and you work on your own cars, you owe it to yourself and your machine to work with Prussian Motors for your parts. It is owned by BMW enthusiasts who appreciate what it means to work on these awesome cars. They will have me as a life long customer.Going above and beyond for a customer like they did even when you don't have to is rare in this age.

Had to get a part and was so happy to meet Bob and part of his crew. I saw Thacher on the truck doing his thing...I met Chris and Bob and i must say they run a tight and tidy ship. I got a tour of the place and i did not want to leave... Will definetly be doing more business with them..This place is a HAVEN for E39s amongst other things.. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Great service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, and great prices. Everything is organized beyond belief, I was impressed. Will be going here for all my BMW parts needed in the future. Excellent service, super-prompt response, lightning-fast turnaround. The multiple high-resolution, high-quality photos on the website convinced me and my mechanic to pull the trigger on a used N52 camshaft. Bob had a set--intake and exhaust--but was willing to accommodate my need for just the exhaust. The part description was very conservative; the listing mentioned minor wear, but my mechanic remarked that the cam looked and fitted like new. Paid just over 1/3 of list price for a new cam at the dealer. Dealer required 3-4 days for a new cam to come in; I had Bob's cam in hand the next day. If you're a BMW enthusiast that cares about keeping your ride for the long haul, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Huge shoutout to Prussian motors, I was having trouble with my e92 m3 sound system and they allowed me to come test out there speakers to see if my subwoofers were my problem and I was able to replace them on spot and now have working speakers without having to waste money and time. Big thanks to them definitely recommend shopping with them and don t hesitate the products they sell are %100 as described.

Was able to swing by and check out hitch I needed. Owner offered me a very fair price and I took him up on the offer. The facility is very organized, and clean. I would recommend them in the future to anyone needing parts.Top notch parts and service.

Bought a rear bumper. Employees were very professional and knowledgeable. Even let me use the microwave to heat up my lunch. I will definitely be making the 2.5 hour trip again if I need to. Extremely pleased with the service and facility.

Found an E39 rear M5 bumper on eBay that was located an hour away from my house.The price was very reasonable and Bob was an awesome guy to deal with. He's willing to stay past closing time and wait for me to pick up the bumper as the traffic to his location is crappy. Other than the crappy traffic,,, the trip was well worth it. So worth it.His shop is soooo organized and full of BMWs and parts (Bob gave me a tour)... beautiful shop that I actually want to live in it.If you're a Bimmer heads like me,,, (e36,e39,e70),,, Prussiamotors has all the parts you needed. It HAS EVERYTHING. I will be a lifetime shopper there.

Worst company to deal with!! Bought a part on ebay from them and it was damaged. Returned part and have confirmation of them receiving said part. They refuse to refund my money. I've reached out several times but still have no response from them. Do not waste your time or money with these people.

If I could give 0 I totally would. Bought a transmission from here traveled almost 2 hours one way to get this transmission. And it was supposed to be in working condition with no fluids in it. Fluids in it were so bad when I got it home and the transmission is trash. Paid around $400 for trash.

The worst customer service ever .Poor attitude gave poor description on parts selling bad drive shafts etc . I would not recommend
