Glenn went above expectation for me with my recent purchase of a new vehicle. I really appreciated his willingness to help me with every question and make sure that the purchase was right for me. I was not just another sale to this team. Everyone at this location was friendly and informative with every decision and detail. I will be recommending this location in the future to family and friends. You guys are the best!

Third new car we bought from here.Nice owner and staff! Good deals! The only thing I would tell somebody is watch the extended warranty you buy. The first two cars we bought we were in the extended warranty they offered us in which we had to drive it to the dealer for any warranty work.Their service shop would take a while to get us an appointment and to have things finished. It was inconvenient for us. Somehow we didn t read the fine print with purchasing this warranty! Also sadly my husband s beautiful pick up truck when he needed work done there they tore his beautiful leather seat and nicked some of the interior. That was pretty shocking. They did fix it for him thankfully! Just seems pretty careless! We also had to push for a rental car for these things. Not to mention our time.Especially living 45 minutes away but we were within the 40 miles of dealer which the warranty rule said we had to take it there. There was no way out of that rule even the owner couldn t get us out. This time I made sure I didn t get that warranty. I chose a warranty company where I can take my car anywhere for repairs! I m just mentioning this because I have bought many many cars in the past and many extended warranties and never had a rule like that! But buyer beware! I was prepared this time, and I made that known in the dealership.

STEPHEN KOTCH was wonderful!!!! I was waiting for my ride and I decided to see the show room and this beauty was on the floor !!! THE WAGONEER! I asked a sales person Stephen and he got the keys for me and let me see it and sit in it !!!! This is a tank and it s huge I love it !!!! Black on black !!!! He was very friendly and even got his card and waiting to hear back in the future to test drive one I wasn t going to make them take it off the showroom for a test drive that s not fair unless I was going to buy it there and then ! I look forward to working with Stephen in the future! Thanks for making a great impression on me! Whether it s now or later I definitely would do business with Stephen! Thanks again !!!! Keep up the great attitude!Update as soon as he got one in he texted me and I came in 3/16 and Stephen was so patient and understood my situation we even test drove 2 other cars I really hope one of these 2 cars works. I test drove a wrangler i loved it !!!! Also a grand Cherokee. Stephen is absolutely wonderful I m so happy I came here he is genuinely a good sales person and works with you ! Thanks so much I will tell everyone I know to come here and ask for Stephen.

Had an amazing experience with Chris and Steve! Chris was amazing in regards to his communication, availability, and expertise. Most of the work was done over the phone for an expedited pick up. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and also helped us breeze through the process. This is the second jeep we ve gotten from Chris, third through the dealership. We travel from NJ to work with these guys- they are the best!!!

after a horrendous situation that unfolded with carvana Terrence.( T'Artie B) here at NJDC was absolutely amazing! He helped me purchase this most beautiful vehicle I've ever owned! ! It's been one month since I've gotten her and I couldn't be more pleased! Steve came along and sealed the deal at the end and what a wonderful experience it was! If I could give 10 stars I would.. These guys know how to get it done! John Herbert and Steve the Finance Manager helped me get into my dream car and I never knew this process could be so easy and convenient. These guys did it all for me! I can t say enough good things about this car dealership.. I felt like I not only walked away with my dream car but also made new friends throughout the process. Roberto was my salesman. He was very accommodating as to the cars I wanted to see and test drive. He anticipated correctly the car id fall in love with. He kept his word and the car was ready when he said it would be. We also had open lines of communication and no question or request was too big or small to handle. The finance manager Steve made signing my loan and offering add ons an easy process. He was really easy to deal with and answered my questions without any issues. They both seemed genuinely happy to help me with my purchase. They WERE NOT pushy used car salesmen!!!!! I highly recommend them.

We bought our 2013 Durango here 10 years ago and after service confirming it needed extensive work, we bought a 2023 Durango this past Friday. Sometimes, service takes a little longer than I would like but they have an excellent team. Their sales team worked with us to get us down to a manageable payment despite high interest rates currently. They made the process easy and seamless.Edit: Service I think is still 5 stars because they tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle upfront. Sales leaves something to be desired. Noone called me to see how I was making out with my new vehicle. When I called and left a message with my sales associate regarding an insurance question, no one called me back.

I went to Norristown Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for a new car key. It was more on the expensive side , but I needed one so I purchased it for 150.00,then they have to program the new key to work that was another 200.00. Everyone there are nice and professional. The key works so I'm happy with the service I received. Hopefully the dealer where I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee will replace my money since my Jeep is under warranty. My next Jeep I'll definitely purchase from this dealership.

This place / location has no idea of professionalism. I made an appointment a week in advance, made all necessary arrangements to drop off my car first thing in the morning, and called later in the day to check in. They informed me that they were behind but that they would try to look at the car before the end of the day and give me a call then. No call, car was not looked at, the next day after a failed promise called again around same time as the day before - same story. I don t see the point of making appointments. I asked to speak with the service manager, and all he said were a bunch of excuses. it looks like they are really busy, I reiterated on why they didn t tell me this the day before, that they weren t going to be able to look at my car until a certain day with certainty but this selfish reason . My point is that they are really backed up, so after 2 days they couldn t look at the car, all my time and personal arrangements to drop off and pick up the car were wasted. Poor judgement and horrible service.

I had a previous bad experience at another dealership in person so I found this car couple days later and called since I couldn t make it and was able to make and close the deal on the phone! Steven and Glenn they made my process easy I recommend both of them or anyone in the dealer! Great service all around 5 stars with my XSE Camry!

Just purchased 2017 Jeep Wrangler. To start I live an 1 hour 45 minutes away but was referred here by a good friend and so I made the trip and was not disappointed. Mike Z and his brother made my wife and I feel as if we always knew them. The Jeep I wanted could not be found so they walked us through the ordering process. We got exactly what we wanted. Mike Z made sure even after the Jeep arrived (earlier than expected) I had the little things like straps and mats.At the end Steve S patiently walked us through the numbers making sure we were comfortable with the transaction. Of course he suggested an extended warranty, which puts a little more meat on the bone of an otherwise excellent deal for a fully loaded JK, we understand. Thanks Steve.Overall we enjoyed not needing to haggle. There wasn't any "Let me talk to my manager...". We were straight as to what were willing to pay and so were they. I have friends and family who I will tell take the trip to Norristown and be treated like family.

What can I honestly say!!! It was one of the greatest experiences being able to deal with Steve Martell. He took so much time out to make sure I left the dealership with the vehicle I wanted. Where to begin..oh that's easy! 10 Star Gerneral ROBERTO!!! Our salesman, that guy, was...is...and always will be #1 in our books. My husband and I, especially me, couldn't be happier with the effortless effects that Roberto put into finding my specific Jeep (gotta love that Earl) and not only did he find mine, but made it better! I am in LOVE with this Jeep...and we drove 2 1/2 hrs one way to meet and greet Roberto and pick up my new baby!!! What's better than one Willy?...lol... #nowwehavetwoWorth the phone call, worth the trip, and worth the entertainment (wait till you meet Steve, financial manager, he's explosive)! After several weeks of extensive on-line searches and disappointing visits with used car lots I finally found a used car that I was interested in purchasing. I immediately contacted the dealership and went the same day to check it out. The car was nice but needed to be cleaned up. After several communications with the salesman I returned a few days later. The car looked fantastic! Great job by detailing to make this car look great. The deal went pretty smoothly, although I believe it could have happened a little more quickly. During the final phase extended warranties were offered but there was no pressure to buy them. Overall a pleasant experience. Stay away from the corner used car lots with unsavory business practices. I recommend Norristown CDJR.

We bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee hybrid from Norristown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and had an excellent experience . The manager Casey was able get us the Jeep that we wanted , and it was a seamless transaction trading in our existing Jeep for a new one ! Everyone we interacted with was professional , knowledgeable and pleasant . Andrew Cychowski one of the salesmen could not have been more helpful and thorough as he explained and instructed us on how to navigate the Jeep s electronics and set up. He really spent a lot of time with us and was very patient with me ( electronically challenged ! ) Steve S the finance manager stayed very late to complete all of the paperwork/ forms to ensure we got the best financing and coverage so that we didn t have to go back the next day . He was also very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable.We would highly recommend Norristown Jeep and will certainly be going back again!

Bought used car just off a lease here they tried hard and got me exactly what I wanted for a fair deal. Took a couple days but it was worth it. First dealing with service was good as well got me in on short notice and got done quickly while I waited.
