I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from New Concept. Mike was very helpful to me in finding a car among their inventory that fit my budget and need. Mike and Nick are very professional and friendly and value their costumer a lot. New Concept would be the first place I would go if I need to purchase another used car.

New Concept is a fantastic place to take your car for repairs or purchase a car. I bought a used 2016 Toyota Corolla from them a while back and have had no issues. Great customer service!

Been buying cars from this fine gentleman for over 25 years always allowed me to sell me what I wanted. Never disappointed and he bends over backwards to get you the financing! Mick is awesome

Nick claimed all of their vehicles on the lot for sale are been inspected but I noticed that when I got the vehicle got some issues. To all who scouting for a car I like you all to look somewhere else. Skip this dealership

Been coming to New Concept for car maintenance and repairs for more than 5 years now and have never been disappointed. With other mechanics, I've been cheated to thinking State inspections cost over $60, oil changes for $80-$100, and simple repairs for many hundreds. Mike, the mechanic, has never tried to sell me anything that was not immediately necessary. In fact, Mike is the only mechanic I've ever encountered who has told me on multiple occasions that things were OK and could wait. Honestly, just ask for Mike. He is the only mechanic I trust, so much so that even after moving to Drexel Hill, I still go to Mike for everything.

This is one of those dealers that buy broken cars and try to fix them and sell them. Problem is they don't fix the cars at all. Bought a used 06 Nissan Sentra and right off the phone I was lied to. Nick tried to sell me another car for more and I didn't want that, then he lied about how much the interest rate was going to be after running my credit 3 times.Then finally I did the biggest mistake and still bought it since it was cheap. Not even a month later the motor mount and axile broke leaving me with $1000 worth of repairs. Nick of course does nothing since I was foolish to buy from them.If you still need proof of this take a look at the dealer for yourself and see the junk cars in the lot waiting to just get clean and sold. Avoid this place please or you will paying for repairs.

Worst place ever they sold me a Nissan Murano 2015 and in less than a week it had all these issues I kept calling them and they told me to bring the vehicle they would give me a loner this is the loner they give me I uploaded the photo of the cars they gave me

I went here d/t not so great credit. Found a 2004 Hyundai Sanata that looked in great condition. $7500. during the negotiating processes they hid the fact that they were throwing in a $1542. 2 year warranty, and a $2000+ fee "from the bank" ... and the numbers weren't adding up. Got ride of the warranty sucked up the "fee from the bank", left. The next day putting gas in it it wouldn't start. Got it to start and 4 days later, it developed an exhaust problem. Also, the inspection stickers expire this month!! I am now taking it to another dealership, to have them inspect it and tell me what ALL is wrong with it. and paying them $105.95 to do it. I will keep you posted as to what I find out. Please don't buy from here!! Have someone check it out, or go to any other place else.11.26.13 Update, They did say it "wasn't covered" but since I had just bought the car they would fix it for the deductible. They also said they would inspect it. They did not inspect it. So now, 5 days before the month ends, I now have to find someplace to get it inspected and pay for it!! Also, we've discovered that the "not starting when you put gas in it" is because the purge valve needs replaced. And yesterday it started starting on its own, after I get out of it!!

Be careful of this dealership, they were very very happy to take my money but do not stand behind their cars. I was looking for a vehicle to purchase for my wife to drive the kids around and I found the vehicle I was looking for at New Concept, after agreeing on the price I agreed to come down (I live out of state) and buy the vehicle. Upon arrival the car wasn't 100% clean, I noticed some bolts that were loose and was a little nervous but decided to take it for a short test drive. I test drove it and it seemed ok, so I ended up purchasing the vehicle but halfway on my ride home the check engine light came on, which after getting my mechanic to diagnose the issue, is going to cost me over $500 to repair. Weirdly, the battery literally died the next day in my driveway (I didn't leave anything interior lights on or anything) also, while my mechanic was checking the engine light he said the vehicle had been in a front end collision which wasn't disclosed. After contacting them several times they said unfortunately there is nothing they could do. If you go visit them, PLEASE TAKE THE CAR TO YOUR TRUSTED MECHANIC 1st BEFORE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE!!

5.0 star rating6/10/2013One of the best shops in Norristown. I won't take my Dodge Ram anywhere else. Always takes care of me. Whether it's a oil change, alignment or something Major. I highly recommend this shop. I've heard Kear helping customers out numerous times. Honest, hard working and just a great place to take your vehicle.

Brought a 04 vw Passat from them and then my engine started to cut off, so I took it back multiple times for them to assess the problem, they told me they can't find anything wrong with the car 2 months later my transmission goes out and I also have 3 piston misfires and now my car almost over heated. Don't ever get a vehicle from them. It's a mom n pop business

DO NOT buy a car, finance a car or don't take your car for repair. Do not believe a word they are saying. bought a car from them and in 6 months i had so many issues that i had to traded to another car dealership down the street (battaglia auto) for different vehicle.

Wow where do I start? If I could give 0 stars I would please don't ever shop for a car at this used car dealer I bought a truck from them years ago it was a good truck Ford Ranger I came back and bought another car it did not have air conditioning it did not have he it did not have oil we did not have breaks horrible place to shop for a car never go there please heed my warning don't ever shop for a car here

DO NOT PURCHASE from this place. They took 10k from me and the car ran for only 2 weeks. They told me they couldn't do nothing for me if I can give no star I would. This place should be shut down. I made reports to the better business bureau. Low down dirty bottom of the barrel scums!!

I've purchased 4 cars from them and I have never had any issues with them. They are extremely helpful and I will always go there for uses cars.

CHEATERS!! I BOUGHT A USED LEXUS FROM THIS DEALER. NICK DID NOT GIVE ME GOOD KEY WHEN I PURCHASED 15000$ CAR.NOW ASKING FOR EXTRA $100 FOR GIVING ME KEYS. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER.THEY ARE NO 1 LAIRS & CHEATERS.NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM. I AM THINKING OF FILING POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM.
