10/10! From my initial phone call with Erica, this was a great experience. She was able to get me in right away and said my car would be ready the same day, in about two hours. I brought my car in promptly at 8am for my appointment and my car was taken right back. I was able to get some work done while I waited in the lobby for my car to be finished, and it was done earlier than expected! I had my rear breaks and rotors replaced. I will definitely bring my car here for future work, and at a great price! Erica and Brandon go above and beyond!!

Last summer I put my key in the drop box and they lost it wedged in the box so I had to wait a extra day this time I needed the van by a certain time because I am on house arrest. It was explained to Jose several times. I had the van dropped off the night before to assure it would be done by noon on Saturday. Needless to say I was lied to and was almost arrested. They moved very slow I watch them from the parking lot it's very slow movement no purpose when moving just very slow workers. Next time I will go to the Mavis in king of Prussia.Listening to what the customer actually wants is important. Discounts are just a poor excuse for the work being done late because of laziness. Just call the customer and explain that what you are asking for cannot be done in that time frame instead of stringing people along just to get the business. I don't appreciate the way you do business. Working with a sense of urgency is very important. Being on time and just basic communication with the customer goes a long way but to waste a person's time is ridiculous. There are too many mechanics around for this.

Visiting from out of town and brought my dad s car in because I noticed a small hole on one of his tires. Dad wasn t worried but I wanted to be sure the car was safe. A very kind service person named Jose came outside to check out the tire. He assured me the tire was safe and not to worry about it. I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Will return back when my dad actually needs new tires.

Great customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my tire pressure was low. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to repair the tire quickly and my daughter and I were on our way again. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating they were.

I m not a car guy and my windshield wiper suddenly stopped working on of course a rainy day. My buddy recommended this place to me and they got me in without any notice. Turns out the problem was a quick 30 second fix and I was in and out. Thank you so much for helping me in a jam.

The staff is super friendly, but Jose was especially helpful. I came in to get a tire checked out which unfortunately needed to be replaced but he put up with all the questions my dad was asking through the phone and even offered to talk to him on the phone (which of course my dad didn't want to because he s a dad). I even got to see him interact with several different customers and he was so kind and patient. He really goes above and beyond!

My car was great. Just need to change my tires. They changed my tires and messed up my abs sensors. I was there 4 times and they couldn t figure it out. Took the car to a Nissan dealer and it s not gonna be cheap to fix it. The staff was great, but the service not.

When the Jeep dealer tried to sell me a battery, it did not need. I made an appointment, same day at Mavis on Egypt Road. Erica was AWESOME, she took my Jeep, ran the battery tests and told me everything was fine. If you need anything from tires to brakes, try Mavis. Honesty in the auto repair industry is hard to find, and I found it here. Well done Erica and crew!

I received the best service possible from Mavis and their employee, Jose. I had gotten a screw in my tire over the weekend and had multiple big holiday trips coming up the next weekend. I was worried I wouldn't get an appointment in time before the trips, but Jose took great care of me. He got me in the next morning at opening time sharp without an appointment. The service was so quick I didn't even have to leave the place or have a co-worker pick me up/drop me back off; I was in and out within 30 minutes. He also made sure to clear my tire pressure light. I felt I was charged very fairly for the service and the service itself was above and beyond in terms of my satisfaction. I will be coming here the next time I have a tire issue. Thank you Mavis, and especially Jose, for your service!

Really great customer service! They got my GMC in the same day and did a front end alignment. Super personable employees. Was ready pretty quickly. Didn t catch their names but the two guys were really great. I ll certainly be coming back here.

Erica and her team have gone above and beyond for my husband and I since day 1 of us walking in there, which is why we will always return to them. All of the staff members are incredibly friendly and genuinely want to help fix your problems. Our car has been seen by them 3 times since we bought it and each time they ve taken great care to fix the problems while trying to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They really are great people who won t let you down. They do a great job at Mavis tire. I much prefer to take my car to these guys over the dealer. They're a lot less expensive and do as good a job. Erica is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate her honesty and opinion.

Woman at the front desk was friendly. Wiper blades and an oil change was $120 which seems like a decent deal nowadays. Best part was they are open Sundays which is convenient. I will be coming back for other service, solid.

So I run Uber to make side money when the full time is slow and was in desperate need of an oil change. It was a Sunday morning, and nothing was open except Mavis. Now personally I do my own work if I can and this time I had the money and just fmdidnt feel like doing it. I walked in after giving them some time to get settled and set up and asked them if they had an availability for a quick LOF(lube, oil, filter). Erica said that they did and could get me done really quick. Erica's staff was excellent, professional, and courteous. They took the time during the LOF to do a quick look over and check enduring out for me. Erica brought some things to my attention but did not try to seel me anything that wasn't needed but made notes so that there was a record of everything. Erica and her crew were very honest and polite. I would highly recommend this Mavis to anyone in the area who needs some work done. Now I recommend a well that you call ahead and make an appointment if you can. I plan on being a frequent customer for any work that I need them to do that they can do. Keep up the amazing work, Erica and crew!Now I've read some of these comments, and when a mechanic shop become ds something, it's not always because they are trying to get a sale. For example, if you have an AWD car and they say we recommend 4 tires, it's not because they want the sale it's because it's recommended from the manufacturer that you get all 4. Getting all 4 tires will prevent you from damaging your AWD system. So if you only get 2 tires, that's on you, not the shop. It's ok to get a second opinion, or he even Google it.

Last Feb 17, I went to Mavis near Egypt Road in PA to get an appt for state inspection. I was told to come early morning of Saturday, Feb 24. So, I went to Mavis Saturday and told the receptionist(guy) of my appt. At that time, I had no physical copy of my car insurance but on my phone. I told him that I can email it and he can have it printed in his printer in the desk. The guy said he has no way of printing my insurance and wanted me to return as soon as I have a copy on my hand and they can do the state inspection. Long story short, I returned with the copy of my car insurance and another tall white guy with slightly long curly hair told me that he can not do the state inspection because they have a lot of things to do. I tried to explain that I was in the shop and just returning for the car insurance copy. Instead, he continued to tell me that he can not do the it. It was very frustrating because the staff was not willing to listen and very dismissive.

I recently needed to get 4 news tires for my CR-V. The Mavis team provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I especially want to give a shout out to Jose who was extremely helpful through the whole process. He was very kind and had answers to all my questions. 10/10 will be back.

Needed a new bearing along with other items . They kept me up to date through the day on the part that was needed . Guys explained all charges and were very nice . Car was promised by end of day and was ready !

Highly recommend going here for tires and any other automotive needs you may have. I had a price from a big box discount store and Jos� was able to price match and the added benefit of being able to get an alignment done at the same time was awesome. We needed to finance the purchase and again, Jos� was patience and helped us work through the process of applying and paying for our purchase, even staying past closing time. I will go back when I need repairs not covered by my warranty.

After several attempts due to convenience/location, I will never take my vehicle here again. Every simple oil change there's a problem, every time something "goes wrong or pops up". From cross threading bolts in the oil pan with an impact wrench, to improperly installed gaskets, etc. do not go here.

Came here for front brakes and they took a look at the whole car and told me that I needed brakes and rotors all the way around ..very prompt service and they were very knowledgeable and communicative about the process and kept me update as the day went on. Erica at the front desk was very friendly and talked to me the whole time which made the wait go by faster! Highly recommend this location for all my automotive needs! I will be bringing my card here

Called about a tire repair and was able to bring it in right away and was in and out in 30 minutes! Grateful to Jose and the Mavis team for working quickly and keeping me informed the entire time. Will continue to bring my car here!
