For past 10+ year's, I take my car to K&K Auto. There is no difficulty in getting appointment. The repair cost is reasonable and they put quality parts. Thank you K&K for your wonderful and trustworthy service to the community.

Keir, Anna, and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, professional and always willing to work us in their schedule even for last minute requests. Had such a great interaction. Got my inspection done and I loved how detailed and thoroughly my car was checked. They made sure I knew exactly what I needed to get done and I would use them again.

They are so truthful and precise. He does a thorough check and diagnosis.They did not treat me like a new customer. It felt comforting to get a sincere mechanic. I will recommend this store over and over.

I can honestly say that I am very happy that I chose K&K as my personal repair shop. After seeing the business sign from rt 202 for many years, I finally decided to give them a shot in 2016. I was fed up with the "chain" repair shop rip-offs.The owner, Kear, is honest about his suggestions for solutions to auto issues. He doesn't bite his tongue with his recommendations and won't add unnecessary repairs. His prices are very fair when compared to what others charge out there.Kear and his business partner/wife Anna make my visits a blast!! I'm waiting for their reality show in the future!!

I was in town for two nights for meetings in King of Prussia. Finished my last meeting around noon on Wednesday and found out my truck would not start. I called a tow truck through my insurance company, but the tow truck didn t arrive for over three hours. I had the driver tow my truck to K&K Auto Repair, which was closing within an hour. I figured I would probably have to stay another night and pick the truck up in the morning. Kear and Anna said they would do what they could to replace my starter, even staying late, in order to get me back on the road. Kear did a great job, and it was clear from the steady flow of customers and phone calls that they have a very loyal customer base for good reason. I live four hours away, and really wish I could use K&K Auto Repair as my normal mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I cant believe I haven't left a review after being a customer for a few years! I love Anna and Kear. I have now sent my family to them too!! So honest and SOOO funny. Its WORTH waiting for your car just for the comedy show!!! They make you feel so welcome and I just saw them helping a man who didn't speak english. Anna did her best to speak to him in Spanish to get him what he needs. She was so good to him. I don't usually write reviews. I have been coming to K&K for 6 years (time flys). The people here are so friendly, and I always feel welcome when I come in. I have come to trust the people here to take care of my car with care and a good competitive price.

Really excellent service! Despite being short staffed, they were able to slot me in for an alternator replacement and wrap up the entire repair in just a couple of hours. Had to get my tires changed in a last minute type situation, owner is very charismatic and upfront about any repair your car needs. All Said and done perfect place for a family owned mechanic shop if you want to have a good conversation and get your car repaired at very fair prices!Highly recommend!!

I will no longer bring my car here to a business and owner who is flat out rude and disrespectful to their customers. I had a concern about smelling burning oil as I parked my car and he would not take a look and was very rude even though I said I didn't care about him charging me, just because I want to make sure my car is fine. Doesn't matter where I took my car to get it done it's about showing respect. Will continue taking my car to a BETTER mechanic who shows respect!

K and everyone who works with him at the shop is everything I look for in an auto shop. They're friendly, fast, low prices, most of all extremely through and go out of their way to provide good service. My bill was around half the cost of the dealer. Treated with respect as well which was priceless!

Love this place! Often I have trouble trusting mechanics but never here. He s always honest and never pursueds me to purchase something I don t need. Every single time he shows me what s wrong, what needs to be changed and makes sure I understand why. Prices are always super reasonable and they work to get your car out as fast as possible. The owners are the sweetest - love chatting with them every time I come in! Definitely recommend K&K Auto. Thank you guys for being the best!

My boyfriend and I have been going to K&K since we moved here in 2020. I cannot say enough good things about Kaer (hope I spelled it right) and his wife Anna. Truly a mechanic that you can trust & feel good about doing business with - they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys for everything!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. 2004 Cavalier needed an alternator on a Saturday. Pep Boys King of Prussia treated me like a piece of trash. $700+ for the job and no promise they could get it done in one day. I remember reading the reviews of K & K online and gave them a call. He said $340 and it would be done today. They had the car 3 hours and called me back saying it was done. The owner and the one employee I met are amazing, down to earth, good people. Thank you very much K & K, I will be back again and recommending to friends and family. You are exactly what you promised, honest, reasonable and affordable.

Made an appointment on Friday to have my car looked at for the following Wednesday morning before I went to work. I brought it in Wednesday had somebody follow me so I could drop it off for the day but when I got there at 8:00 a.m. when they first opened the mechanic said there's no guarantee he can look at it today. What's the point of making an appointment. I like to think my time is valuable also. Not the way to treat a new custome and great way to lose one. I won't be going back.

I have been taking my car and my wife's car here for about 2 years. I won't go anywhere else. Most honest and fairly priced shop I have ever been to. They are always quick to help whenever I've found myself in a pinch. They always explain and show you what they've found and give you options for repair. Can't beat it. Very well deserving of all the 5-star reviews.

It was a pleasant experience. I went for a PA inspection and it was smooth and he explained me everything quite well. He and his wife greet and treat their customers with a personal touch. genuine and honest workshop. would recommend to my fellow friends.

Awesome service. Great work. Great prices, somehow always lower than you expect. Kear (owner/top mechanic) can be loud; ask Anna (his wife) to translate. Sometimes gets EXTREMELY busy, might cause delays near holidays, yet Kear always fits urgent requests into the schedule.

Called to try and schedule an appointment to get my car inspected, I have a check engine light on and have put $100 worth of repairs into, I know I have to put at least $150 into it to qualify for an emissions waiver. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and polite, but she then handed the phone to someone else when I began talking about the check engine light and he instantly was raising his voice asking who did the work on my car. I calmly replied my father, who has been a mechanic for over 40 years I may add, and began yelling at me telling me to get it checked by him again and for him to do more work on it. Didn't offer any other solutions, just raising his voice and telling me they couldn't do anything. It literally has auto repair in your name! Guess I'll go somewhere else.

My car was acting like it had an altenator problem. Called K & K on a Saturday morning asking if he could look at it. He quickly diagnosed it and had me back in my car by Saturday night. He could have easily charged me for a repair I didnt need, but he didnt. Honest, professional service with good prices. Great place.

Honest, personal service. Friendly owner.I was last here to have a car inspected. Didn't have to wait long, either! (No issues with the car.) As with any repair shop, for best results, call to schedule an appointment.Find them conveniently near 202 and Main Street in Norristown.

I love K & K Auto! This husband and wife team is so friendly and I always feel welcomed. Their prices are very reasonable and I always feel taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!
