My car was making a crazy noise so I called JS Auto Repair. The owner told me to bring the car in. Got the car there and within 10 mins not only did he know I needed new brakes he took the time to show me the difference in wear on each individual set. He told me to leave the car and I responded how will I get home. He said I ll take you where you gotta go and I ll pick you up when I m done with the car. Talk about customer service. 2 hrs later I had my car back brakes good n with no noise. Oh btw he took the liberty to rotate my tires and also plug the one tire he noticed had a screw in it. Thanks Justo.BEST MECHANIC SHOP HANDS DOWN!!!

Very professional!They take time to answer all questions and responsive. I called this shop and they were closing soon because I got a flat tire on the side of the road and didt know what to do they were concerned for my safety and was there right away to help me.And they do damn good work and dont rip people off like other shops. Highly recommended!

Horrible place! No customer care, arogant workers. It is shame on how people come yo work and treat customers disrespectfully.
