Jim Winn VW service department has given my cars superb care for many many years, but this week Allan and Tyler went above "above and beyond". I was locked out of my VW Eos and Allan provided "comfort" and "cognitive therapy" in addition to expertise, to help me locate my extra key. What a lovely, gracious, kind, skilled man. Thanks Allan, Thanks Tyler.

It s my pleasure to have 2 VW Tiguans that are serviced at Jim Wynn VW in West Norriton. Always polite and efficient staff and I know that the vehicles are safe and trusted.This 5 star review goes to the Parts and Service members and the Sales Team. Earlier this week, while checking out after a scheduled oil change, the entire Jim Wynn staff came to my aid after I felt lightheaded and needed assistance. Even the customers at the dealership, one of whom was an EMT, came to help immediately. I was overwhelmed with the support and genuine concern from all of the men and women at Jim Wynn. They are truly a caring and community-based group. Just another reason to trust and stay with the West Norriton Jim Wynn VW dealership. Thanks again to all of you!
