If I'm not a regular customer and you never seen me before. If I have an 8am appointment then have the common courtesy to ask me if I want my car early. Instead they took endings that were after my appointment. Don't show me your appointment book like i supposed to have known that everyone that was highlighted which was after me except for maybe 1 or 2 people wanted their car by noon. Don't have my car sitting outside all morning and then bring my car in for the inspection after 2pm and call to inform something needs to be repair. If you took my car in at the scheduled appointment time maybe you would have received more than what was paid.

My husband and I have been going here for years now. They are always honest and do great work. Oil changes, brakes, tires, and my husband had a bunch a thing go wrong with his Hyundai in a short period of time and they were great about getting to the bottom of it. They knew him by name by the end of that! They also helped me out one day when the bolt holding my spare tire in my trunk wouldn't come out and they ended up having to cut it out. And they did that without an appointment. They were also honest with me when I had a broken window after a run in with a deer and they told me they weren't able to do it instead of trying and doing it wrong. We trust them and will keep coming back.

This was my 2nd inspection for my 2014 Camry. The car has over 145K miles. Many repair places would probably try to sell me on some unnecessary repair but Jim's never does. I had a regular service, oil change and inspection, with my headlights cleaned like new to pass inspection. What ever was done my car has new pep! Driving real good. Thanks Jim for the excellent service.

I have been a customer of Jim s Liberty for several years, I only have gone here for gas and service to my vehicle. I never had a bad experience, until last week. I had dropped my car off for service Wednesday, I didn t hear anything all day so I called to see what the diagnosis was, they hadn t gotten to it and asked if they could keep it until the next day? I agreed it was not a problem I understand. Thursday I do not get a call again I called around 2:30 pm. I was told it was being looked at and I would get a call. At 4:50 pm 10 minutes before the mechanics leave Jim the owner called me and said he cannot find the problem I brought it in for and I was confused because there is a fluid leaking from under the care power steering, antifreeze or something else, how can t you find the problem? He said oh it s not leaking inside the car? I said what? You e been looking for a leak inside ? The writer JC wrote it wrong so again I was out of a car for yet another day. Friday I received a call from Jim again at 11:16 am saiid tou need a new radiator I guarantee it will be done by the end of the day today, we have had your car for several days, I go to pickup my car and the paperwork could not be found by the young man who works the evening, I was upset, he called Jim and I was told the radiator was wrong, ok I get it, new one came but 5 mins before the mechanics left ok however it would have been good business if I had received a call about the situation with the radiator however I did not, Jim the owner told the young man to tell me the mechanic was coming back to work on my car at 6:50 on a Friday night who was he kidding . I know better, it was 96 degrees he was not coming back, but I gave benefit of the doubt and waited until 11 pm for. Phone call it was finished cause again I was told he was gonna have it done that night because I m a good customer. What I had was smoke blow. Up my butt, my car was not compete until Saturday afternoon I was out of a vehicle for 4 days , I go to pick it up and nothing was taken off my bill due to the shops error. The original error of JC not writing the proper info down and not receiving calls. I requested for Jim to call me Monday when he came in. I also requested by email for a phone call . I got nothing from Jim Sullivan the owner of Jim s Liberty, he treated me like I was a stupid girl and he is a poor business owner for not returning my calls or making it right by me, I will not return and clearly he doesn t care about his customers.

I 10/10 recommend these guys here, they are respectful, honest, and very professional. I came to get my brakes and rotors fixed and these guys went above and beyond to get them done. They are not out to kill your wallet either. Their prices are reasonable and they re eager to work with you. They will always be first on my mind when it comes down to it. I had a fantastic experience with Jim s. They had immediate availability for me. I actually forgot about my appointment because it was scheduled so quickly and I didn t have time to enter it into my calendar. They were very accommodating and rescheduled me just days later relative to my schedule. Staff is pleasant and accommodating and have great attitudes! This is the best service station. I travel a bit to get my car fixed, general maintenance and any repairs. The best mechanics, honest, nice and knowledgeable. Always know they will fix car correctly the first time,,unlike most mechanics. Been going there for years, can t compare to any other place. Worth the long drive for me. I was driving had a problem with battery draining, just made without appointment, within the hour I received a call as to what was wrong, the price ( which was great) and told would be ready in the morning! Staff was very courteous, polite, and professional. They advised me that they had to order a part, but I could have my vehicle back and just bring it in the next day. Instead of charging me for service done on one day and then again the next day, they only billed me once. So when the ordered part was installed, I just picked up my vehicle and left.Unfortunately, I had to return shortly after due to a screw in my tire while driving home. I drove back and immediately resolved the problem.

Local auto shop that was able to quickly get an inspection and oil change on my vehicle completed. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have been using Jim s shop since... 2006? I can t say enough amazing things about these guys! Staff/mechanics have been there forever, always so nice and helpful. I just had to change my previous review rating down to 2 stars. The Price is Right here but what a waste of time to show up when their hours online say they are open until 10 p.m. but they decided to close at 9.The attendant claimed that they have winter hours. What a waste of time and a total risk because I was riding on fumes. I don't normally run my tank that low but I was coming back from a far trip and just wanted to get as close to home as possible before stopping.Please update your hours on Google and I will update my review. Guess Sunoco gets my money tonight.

With the exceptions of the gas price, I enjoy going there, u pump your own gas,but the attendants inside are very friendly,sorry to hear of the passing of the night attendant he had a terrific personality also, will continue to go there

Great service! I took my car here to get work done that was needed for inspection. Jim and Rich were helpful and answered all my questions. This was a better experience for me as I was used to taking my car to a dealership to get work done.
