These guys are simply awesome. They offer quick service. No appointments needed, just Walk-in and your service will be done.I m so surprised that other auto service locations have a very long wait for getting oil and filters change, these guys are so quick in allowing us to walk-in and get the job done. It s that s simple.I would highly recommend this place for any vehicle service because they allow you near the working area to see what going on with your vehicle. Very friendly to explain each task they are doing and also making us feel comfortable to get a knowledge about few basics of car mechanics for quick fixes. Appreciate these guys for quick help and efforts.The quote I wanna give to these guys is - Simple things have to be dealt simpler way and these guys do it that way kudos to the team

Make sure if you go here for inspection don't let them fool you and tell you your car fails for broken boots or broken axle or anything with your suspension because there's only a few reason why your car will fail for suspension so read this before you go so your informed about everything that really fails for inspectionAlso none of this fails either look at these pics cuz they will try to tell you it fails but it does notDownload or read this section of how inspections work 67 Pa. Code � 175.80 because these guys are ripping ppl off saying that boots on axle fails which does not so you wanna know what really fails on your car and not get ripped off then read this pa code. The only reason they fail you for all this stuff that doesn't fail is so that you pay for lunch that day but not one of these fail for safety inspection. The only way it would fail is if it wiggles or shakes or has some type of movement but if it doesn't move it doesn't fail. They really only fail all of this to get $1,000 ticket so they can get lunch but just be mindful that none of the stuff they fail you for really actually fails. They can recommend but not fail you

I came in at 0830 for an oil change and state inspection. Around 1030 I asked for an ETA when my car will be done. The mechanic informed me that they had an issue with their state inspection materials so they drove my car to Collegeville for their inspection materials with an eta of 25 mins until he gets back. An hour goes by and I ask again about my car and they say 15 min. Around 1210 I go to checkout and find that the price is too high for an oil change and inspection, they ended up charging me for 2 wipers costing $27 each. The guy checking me out recognizing how long I was there for and gave a discount which was very nice considering it had been 3.5 hours and was charged for wipers I didn t ask for. Plus they wasted 45 miles in gas driving to Collegeville without informing me they even needed to take the car anywhere.

Had an oil leak on my truck. Took it to them, they said they had to pick up a specialty part to fix it, but that they would be able to get the part the next day. Called the next day and was told I d be called be back in 15 minutes because they were locating part. Never got a call. I called them back twice after that and was told both times they were working on locating the part and that they would contact me back. I m still waiting on there call back 2 weeks later. In the meantime I took my truck to Midas down the road and they fixed it fast and efficiently at a good price and I will be using Midas for my maintenance services for now on.

I should start by saying that I am a long time customer, but have never seen service so bad as what I witnessed today. I sat in the lobby for an hour, watching other people who came after me get addressed. When I finally said something I was told the oil type had already been chosen by the service person and I had no say in the matter. I tried to object but no one had the time to speak with me about that or any other recommendations. I asked for a manger but was told that he was in the "pit" and they would not get him.

These guys are simply amazing! I can not say enough about the service I recieved when I had recent car troubles. Putting the pedal to the metal and putting gas in my car is pretty much all I know. When something goes wrong, I just cross my fingers and hope those dealing with me are forgiving!My car was making horrible noises and limping down the street- I was not near my home and found myself at this Jiffy Lube. My unexpected trip to the auto mechanic just restored my faith in humanity- Bryn and his team were the entire package. They went above and beyond in my book.I swear I thought I was kissing my car goodbye- instead these guys got me back on the road within a few hours. Bryn was incredibly smooth and patient when explaining what was going on with my vehicle, walked me through my options in a way I would understand. The knowledge and talent these mechanics have are top notch.Perfect Star Rating from me!! 100% would visit this group again in a heartbeat :)Appreciate you guys! Happy New Year :)

The wait was a little long , but I was told it would be when I pulled in. I had my headlights cleaned and was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and courteous the whole time.

When it was time for an oil change, I knew where I was going to go; same one I went to last time! This location is incredible because of the staff. They are all so friendly and capable. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and escorted into the waiting area. Everything that was being done and checked in the car was explained to me in understandable language. And it's not just an oil change! I forgot about the vacuuming and the cleaning of all the windows, among other services. I cannot rate this location highly enough. Came in really needing a tire rotation along with oil change. Called to ask if they could do the rotation and confirmed again when I arrived, only to be told at checkout they couldn't do it. I would have immediately went elsewhere if it couldn't be done. Very poor communication.

I'm regularly pleased with the service at this Jiffy Lube. Good group. Fast turnaround. Costs could be a tad lower, but maybe with the state of the economy and inflation, prices are now more appropriate. Only issue was that this last visit, I had asked for a tire rotation as well, but they forgot or it wasn't communicated appropriately, so I told them not to worry about it. They would've put the truck back up if I asked, I'm sure.

Best team around. Management or owner should be very proud. I got it. Technician was very proactive. And I was in and out for about 10 minute. Great people.

DO NOT take your car here! HIGHLY deceptive. One of my drivers only went in for an oil change and state inspection.They sold our Fleet company on needing all new tires & brakes, rotors all the way around. This was inspected by a manger recently & tires were fine.Brakes felt fine. Over $1800 later the vehicle done. They wouldn't give the Fleet company the brake pad measurements which tells me, they're adding brakesthat weren't needed. They also tried charging a higher than normal amount for some of the items. The fleet company had to go back & tell them to come backwith a better price because it wasn't in line with the general cost.Service: Oil change

Came in for a oil change. Left out with a cracked oil pan. Day later there's quarts of oil in my driveway. Went to dealership and had a new oil pan installed. $555 dollars. Contacted Bryan with the issue and he denied it. Wouldn't give me corporate information but thanks for Google. Filed a complaint with corporate and was reimbursed for the cost of the repair. Not saying that all Jiffy lube's are dishonest but I advise you all not to use this location

The customer service was grade A. The gentleman educated me on everything that was need for my car. The best place to get your oil changed and brakes. 5 stars for this Jiffy Lube. Took me right in. Extremely friendly service. A full staff. They offered me additional services but didn t try to guilt me into paying for anything I didn t need. Sent me home with a list of other items that need attention on my car. Bonus points for them for being open on Sundays!!! Will come back here for service in the future. Update: I started reading other reviews (mostly positive) and read one about their car being vacuumed. I hadn t looked down when I originally wrote this review because I typically try to avoid looking at my messy floors, but did after reading the other review, and sure enough my car is vacuumed!! Pleasant surprise! Thanks team!

Service was horrible...Lost a part on brake replacement..Took 3 days to replace. Staff was ignorant, uncooperative, had to threaten report to State to get the inspection sticker on the car. Incurred additional expense for alternate transportation due to their poor and careless work ethic. will never return, or recommend them for any type serviceServices: Brakes, Oil change

Don't go to this jiffy lube unless you want your driveway to look like this. Oil changed 8/28/21 for routine maintenance. Car has been leaking ever since. Has been back 3 times. On 3rd time back told it is from a turbo leak unrelated to the oil change. When asked why no one saw the turbo leak before the answer was "no one probably looked up there before" thanks for nothing James. That is not ok. On my first time back after oil change someone should've actually checked the car thoroughly. Instead I was asked if it could have been water. Because I guess I look too dumb or too female to know the difference between water and motor oil. I pay $90 for oil changes at this place and I have a leaking car with no help.Service: Oil change

Been using this location for my son s car over the last couple of years and have been very pleased. Decided to use for mine and couldn t have been happier! The guys were super friendly and made sure to walk me through all options available for my car and went a little above and beyond when I jokingly asked them to vacuum my inside carpets! In addition to the oil change, they replaced my windshield wipers and very nicely scraped a college sticker off my back window - what service!! You can tell they take pride in their craft as they protect the car from scratches or such while working! I almost wish I had more reasons to take my car to them!!! Great service and friendly staff! Came in on a busy Friday afternoon and had a headlight out. I was able to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently with no trouble! The experience was a joy and I would absolutely come back here and recommend my friends /family . This location is the best! The prices are not outrageous like some seem to think pretty comparable to other places in this area. I would definitely give them a try!

Failed state inspection bc of rotors on a car with 50k miles. No squeals or anything. Was first told I failed bc of rotors and brake pads. Told them brake pads are less than yr old. They said just the rotors then. Quoted $650 to pass + inspection fee. Asked why so much. Labor. I made the wrong career choice.

Bryn the service writer is a rather cocky fellow that decided to embarrass me in front of other customers about what my car needed when all I was there for was an oil change and inspection. One establishment I won't be revisiting thanks to Bryns people skills.
