My car got towed from Trenton to this location, anyways my car got towed and they refuse to give any information despite being with the owner and having all the information, i also called 2 times from my phone and 1x from my bf phone. first call was on my bfs phone and we asked what we needed female on the phone let us know that we needed the owner or else she wouldn t talk to us. called them again on my phone ,first time on my phone they did not answer so i left a voice message with my aunt(the owner) second time i called the owner of the car was still with me but the female on the phone answered and asked all the same questions again i was trying to let her know that i was with my aunt but immediately the lady on the phone started catching an attitude and saying if i call again she will put a $75 aggravation fee like ma am???? how else am i suppose to get info about the car like i the owner was with me and all , and this lady just is so rude and reading the other reviews on this site just make sense. also they messed up my cars trim in the back and the mudguard.EDIT : i never said i break laws if i m tryin to translate for the owner who is my aunt how is that breaking the law??? maybe if you would ve heard out our situation yk but y all apparently always gotta be right all these reviews not one do y all actually take accountability.i hope the customer service has gotten better but thanks to whoever the lady is at the impound lot she said she read my review

So one of your tow trucks was on the Pennsylvania Turnpike today going south. The most erratic driving I ever seen cutting in and out of traffic almost causing several accidents while having a Jeep with a bumper hanging off. Y'all really need to do better with your drivers you could have killed people

Absolute worse towing company. Beyond unprofessional.Put fake address on their site then gave second fake address which goes to another company that is a design company. After 10 more phone calls got actual address on other side of town. THEIR ACTUAL ADDRESS IS 1125 Conshohocken Rd. Showed up then had to call and wait. Waited 30 minutes for them. Called asking where they were and they kept hanging up on me being disrespectful as hell. Finally she showed up in pajamas And we got the car. They give you fake addresses so you go all over town and can't find the actual place so they can say you took to long and have to pay for another day.

Straight scammers! They really want to make it hard for you. They will hold your car an extra day, even if you have provided all proper information. Purposely no signage at the actual location so you can miss it and become late, to charge an extra fee. Make up rules on the spot, just nasty rude people. Avoid doing business or dealing with them at all cost.

If I could zero stars, I would. How do bust some one's doughnut, tell them at the last minute and then upcharge an extra 75$ just to tow them to the street. Only for after 35 min realize that you have no tow staff on hand and have the person call ANOTHER tow company to retrieve your car. Total incompetence.

Perosonally found staff quite rude and unpleasant. As if me paying them happened to be an inconvenience to them. I was picking up my personal property. Which they packaged up for me to find my unopened cigarettes were missing as well as brand new flip flops, and tide laundry detergent. Seriously? Do better as people not just with customers. Look at the tone of their responses. I can't make this stuff up. You should at least try to seem professional.

SCAMMERS. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. First they couldn t process my paperwork until the next day and caused me to have to leave my car there over the weekend. & THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND!!!! I was unnecessarily charged almost $1000 by the end of the weekend when I was told that I was not going to be charged over the weekend- SCAM. THEN They had all types of BS rules once I arrived with the money to pick up my car. Couldn t pick it up without an appointment .okay so I asked to be set up to make an appointment. Can t set up an appointment over the phone. WHY DIDNT THEY SAY THIS WHEN I WAS THERE FRONT OF THEM - SCAM. I set up the appointment. GET THERE WITH CASH and was told I could only play through money gram? -SCAM. .THEN I manage to get through all that NONSENSE just for my car to have a flat tire AND for them to then CHARGE ME TO MOVE MY CAR OUT THE LOT. -SCAM.

The rudest people you will ever meet. They are completely miserable and unprofessional. As well as took my belongings out of the car and completely ripped the wire out of my childs car seat monitor so now that is completely broken. Seriously disgusting people.

This company enforces a parking restriction for the lot of our landlord in North Wales.Given the nature of their business, I'm not at all surprised at the comments I've read here. I get them in real life in our parking lot from people who didn't realize they couldn't park in our lot (despite the many, MANY signs stating so).Sorry to the people who have had their vehicles towed from the lot, but this company is fantastic for our needs. They are responsive, courteous, and professional to us.Five stars for sure

ok so my car totaled and my insurance was supposed to come for car but these guys came first.. i was honestly shocked since my insurance will be paying off my car.. but i missed a payment and figured it would be fine since i was totaled out and my loan company would be paid.. i carelessly had left things in my car like my identification and personal information and i know i really shouldn t have left anything like that in there but i did when i called their company they made me an appt to get my things for monday morning and they seemed very reasonable (request wise) although of course id much rather go through it myself grab my items and call it a day i do understand their safety issues and the girl on the phone even said shed reach out and ask them to make sure they get my important stuff bagged up for me and to look out for it so ill update monday but i don t anticipate an issue she genuinely seemed to care about my anxiety over my important documents so thats comforting

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. The Dispatch, the driver, are the most unprofessional tow company ever and let's face it, how professional does a tow have to be. My coworker had the absolute worst service by phone and driver drops car at wrong locations. There was another time where we went to the location to have the car towed and driver left as we pulled in to greet him by the car. He never gave us chance. We had to call for another service. All reviews speak for themselves and it is sad because it seems like the staff is miserable. It is a sign of the service when an owner's response claims a bad review is a "competitor". My post is a review from a disastified customer . Myself and coworker was involved with this towing headache. We had to call for additional tow. We worked 5 minutes from car location, pulled in and driver was gone. Had to call for another tow. Needless to say, another bad review for the business for this terrible lack of ownership response.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! They are beyond unprofessional and very rude. They talk at you. I got into with a tow truck driver who call me out of my name multiple times. Would not Listen kept talking over me. Even went as far as to say my credit was bad because of my car. I do not recommend this business at all. Terrible and I don t know how they are still in business.

My insurance company unfortunately requested this company for a roadside assistance pickup and they didn't show up and were unresponsive to calls. When I finally got a hold of them the woman who answered was rude to say the least and they couldn't have cared less about the fact that I had to request another tow service. If you're like me then you'll likely find out how poor this company is after your insurance company has already requested them, but if you happen to read the reviews then I'd recommend you call your insurance back and ask for a new service to come out and get you.

The driver tried to illegally tow my car. He was also very rude and lacked proper communication and comprehension skills. Carmen is a thief and was 100% in the wrong!**The car is mine and according to the OWNERS of the complex , tenants are allowed to temporarily park there which I was, which also was NOT a handicap spot. You and your company are no longer welcome at that establish so try again. You re a bored low life thief who can t even admit when they are wrong. I have receipts from my building stating I can be parked there to move things in and that during office hours , the towing rules don t even apply. Try bringing your company back to this place , because the police will be called

If I could rate this company as a 0 I would. My son had his car repoed. Yes, it was his fault that he didn't keep up the car payments. I also understand that they are there to do their job but to say that they are $50 daily when clearly the sign that the gps directs you to say 25 daily. The people are rude and try to shove fishing poles into a trash bag. Very disrespectful of personal property. I have called my bank to make sure that they knew who they were dealing with. They told me that they have so many complains against this towing company that they will now, most likely, be blackballed off of there list. I know life happens and these people are trying to earn a living but there is a fine line between doing a job and being straight rude. It seems to me that they don't want to give the car back they want to be able to sell your car straight down to whatever is in your car, I'm sure your underwear would be included in that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE USE THEM. I wish I could give this company less than one star. They have been absolutely horrible. They refused to give my insurance my car but then continued to charge fees. They do not answer their phones and are rude when they do callbacks. I received a call back from a man named Carmine. He gave me a number for the main office. When I asked for the name of a supervisor or manager, he refused to give me on and stated "I am choosing to not give you this information. I am clocked out and that is above my paygrade, and I don't want to." Who does that?? I am currently looking into legal action as well for the situation.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!! Unfortunately I had the bad experience of dealing with this rip-off towing company!!! Even the Norristown Police Dept. Doesn't like them. They towed a car and charged the person extravagant prices. They never gave the person an estimated price before towing and after taking person and car to car owners home said they couldn't leave the car, which was in an accident at the owners home... The owner and it's female companion are the worst excuse for human beings!!! They couldn't give a rat's ass for anyone broke down or in the need of a tow!!! All they care about is putting money in their pockets. I've been in the towing business for over 15 years and after reading the reviews people have left, I don't know how they are still in business!!! They are what gives other respectable towing companies a bad name... I work for a company that does police towing, unfortunately police towing takes precedence but we never leave a customer waiting for HOURS!!* NEVER!!! THE truck dispatched takes care of that customer, theirs no excuse for leaving someone stranded for hours...or not answering your tow phone line!!!! EVER!!! And if for some reason there's a truck problem or an accident, that customer is called immediately and informed of the situation and another truck is on its way*!!! That is, if the company has more than 2 trucks to take care of its customers!!!! And on the criminal aspects, the two owners have spent time behind bars because of their questionable business ethics!!! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO TOW MY WORST ENEMY'S VEHICLE!!!! SORRY ASS EXCUSE FOR A TOW COMPANY!!!

Terrible experience. My insurance company called them the day I broke down. After waiting for several hours and hearing many excuses from a rude person on the telephone, I had to cancel them because I couldn't wait any longer as I was leaving to go on a trip. After returning, my insurance company called them again. After waiting several hours and hearing the same excuses, someone finally came and jumped my car and got it started. The service man told me that my car was safe to drive assuring me that he knew what he was talking about because he was a certified mechanic. I started driving home and broke down again about 4 blocks away. I called the man back about 3 minutes after leaving him and he told me that he had just closed the case and I would have to start all over again with my insurance company. Service could not have been any worse.

** DO NO USE ** TOW CAUSED $1,000 IN DAMAGES ** DO NO USE **I was scheduled to get my car picked up between 6:30-7am at 5:50 I got an update their ETA was 7:50. At 7:50 I called and they said they were running a few minutes late. They didn't end up arriving until 9:20 later; they did not provide an update on their delay I had to call at 8:50 and received this update. They dropped my car off at the dealer and the dealer found $1,000 in damage. I had my car inspected two days before and did not drive it the day before. When I called to discuss this with Giannone they said the damage was not possible whereas the dealer said it was 100% from the tow.

I called my insurance company for roadside assistance at 1 PM, because my check engine light started flashing on my way to take my husband to work. Luckily, I was able to make it to a mall parking lot, so at least my three and five year old children would not be sitting in a car on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck with me. The insurance company contacted this place and I was told that they'd be out within an hour. An hour and a half later, there was still no tow truck in sight. The insurance company called them to get a new ETA for me and after a few unanswered called, finally received an answer that they were running about 45 minutes behind. They said it wouldn't be more than an hour and a half at the most to come get me. When the insurance company asked if I'd like set up service with another company instead of waiting, I said no thank you. I'm at least somewhere safe and it'd probably take the same amount of time for a new company to come get me. I called them at 4:30 (three and a half hours later) a woman told me that their driver was involved in an accident and was running behind. At 6:30, after hearing nothing from them, I called back and was told that my call had been cancelled. I asked when it was cancelled and who had cancelled it, but he wouldn't say at first. When I mentioned that I had called two hours before, he said my insurance company cancelled the call. I called the insurance company right away and they said the call was not cancelled and still showed as pending. She even had to manually cancel the service while I was on the phone with her.Luckily, they got another company for me and they were much more professional and concerned that I had been out there for as long as I had. Needless to say, if I could give zero stars, I would. I think it's a horrible way to do business and apparently, I'm not the only one who this has happened to in the past. Thank God I wasn't on the side of the road somewhere and that it was not that cold during the day. My children and I made it home safely, after about eight and a half hours, most of which was spent waiting for this company to not show up when they were still trying to get paid for this call.

My husband was driving our truck when it broke down. We called our roadside assistance and they contracted Giannone Services. They said they'd be there in an hour. An hour later, no one had arrived. I called again and was told the driver was stuck in traffic and would be there in 45 minutes. Another hour later I called again, and was told they had to go to an accident and will be there in 5 minutes. Another hour later, I called again and was told they were having repair issues with the trucks but would be there in 20 minutes. Guess what? 5 hours after my first call they still hadn't arrived. They left my husband sitting on the side of the road IN THE WINTER for 5 hours. Had they not kept giving us excuses, we would have gone with another company hours ago. As I am typing this my husband is still sitting on the side of the road waiting for another truck to get him. How can you possibly run a tow company but leave you customers sitting on the side of the road for some many hours? When I called them to make sure they were coming out about 3 hours after they were supposed to get there and asked them if we would be compensated for the ridiculous amount of wait time he hung up on me. Imagine if this was me or another young woman stuck on the side of the road. 6 hours stranded is unacceptable and frankly, reckless. I feel as though the validity of their license should be at question.

I almost didn't call due to reviews but my experience reminded me that people who do reviews rarely do them as a pat on the back.I'm glad I called. The woman who answered the phone Angie was courteous and helpful ; I was freaking out and her assurance calmed me down. They arrived in approximately an hour which was in my opinion acceptable. The new owner Sergio went above and beyond for me, even helped with suggestions for repair places. Hopefully I won't need a towing service anytime soon but if I do.. this is my go to.Thanks Guys!!

SCAM of a company. S/O went to pick up her car and was told on the phone they were cash only but when she arrived they didn t have change. They drew up an invoice for their $225 tow fee and pocketed the change. This was around noon on a Friday - not first thing in the morning. How can you be a cash only business and not have change?? Scammers. Pretty sure this is illegal. Angela was extremely rude. Really really slimy & shady experience.

Called Roadside Assistance today when my car broke down at a very busy intersection (Butler Pike and Germantown Ave.) and these clowns were dispatched with an ETA of 9:52 AM. I read their reviews this morning and went against my instinct to cancel the service request so another towing company could be dispatched after reading not only terrible reviews but disrespectful responses from the company itself. I left the car unattended so I could go to work (assuming they would be there by the ETA) and when I called to check up at noon, they had "truck problems" and still hadn't picked up the vehicle. My car has since been towed by the police department and now I have to figure out how to get it out and to the dealership since both Hyundai Roadside Assistance and this hack of a company dropped the ball on me. Please do NOT use these guys if you are looking for quick reliable service. If I could have given zero starts, I certainly would have.

Rude, disrespectful and horrible customer service. The moron I spoke to on the phone was so unbelievably unprofessional, I felt the need to warn people to stay away from this place. I had some simple questions and upon answering he said, "if you have a problem with any of that, call your attorney and they can go after my insurance. Doesn't hurt me at all." Stay away. They have no morals or ethics. I'm really not even sure how they are still in business. They don't even know how to fill out a simple parking violation sticker. And their responses lack the truth, including their response to this. So on top of everything else, they lie. No wonder their ratings are as low as their "intelligence".

Towed my vehicles from my place of residence because of non visible parking permit. Which is not the problem. Did visible damage to 1 of my vehicles and mechanical damage to the other. To boot has a terrible business practice of not owning up to their gross negligence and incompetence from their employees. Stay clear of these hacks. They have no business towing vehicles. Or touching other people's property for that matter.

Giving this place one star is a compliment. I apologize that I'm working days and nights to provide for my daughter's chemo sessions that I, the car owner, was not able to pick up my impounded car. But your receptionist has the audacity to mock her AND hang up on her when she was nothing but cordial. I'm disgusted at the company and its employees. For now, I'm without a car and I must depend on my daughter for rides. I hope you never have to experience what I'm going through as a mother but I'm so upset right now that I'm wasting my energy writing this. Not surprised when I saw the reviews. Absolute trash of a business- if you can even call it one.
