The gentlemen in this store provided outstanding service. I needed a car inspected on a Sunday and they were extremely accommodating even though they were very busy!. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised of the amazing customer service by the gentlemen who helped me out today, his name was Raheim.He was thorough and explained all that I needed in detail. What else can a female ask for who knows nothing about car maintenance.Great experience!!! I will be returning for sure.Almost forgot, he even applied coupons for me to save some money from my visit today!Happy Customer I am!!!!!

East Norriton store - This place is an accident waiting to happen! Told me to make an appointment for 3 days later to patch a tire already removed from car! Associate doesn't answer phone and place is a dump. There was 1 clerk who didn't move from his seat andcdiesnt answer phone. Definitely not the Firestone I knew before.

I am a little late with this but wanted to call out the prompt service I received from your service manager. My car was leaking water inside. I thought it was a clogged AC drain line. I called two different places who couldn t even see me for a week. I called your shop and your service manager I don t recall his name, told me to come in at 2 pm. I showed up he got me in right away and less than 15 minutes said I am good to go it was a clogged line. I asked what the charge would be and he said nothing be on your way. I promised him I would give him and the shop a great review. Thanks for the prompt service!!Service: Air conditioning

Don't use firestone they're a complete ripp off they have alot of hidden fees my work was 564 for a thermostat I wound up paying 700 stay away for your wallets sake stay away I'll be posting my receipt on Facebook and ig and this was my first and will be my last time using this ripp off garage way to much for a thermostat and the big heavy guy with white hair told me 564 over the phone then switches it up when im at the store stay far away

Quick service.It was very near to my place. They take calls and ask you to drop by if they are available right away, which was cool.They offer state inspections providing vehicle stickers.Overall it s a nice place to go and get your vehicle checked. There is a small waiting area where you can wait for your vehicle delivery.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics. Quick job with pre-scheduled service. Reasonable service recommendations without sales pressure. Call 48 ahead for an appointment, or use their website, or you may need to wait as they get busy.FYI Waiting area is small, 4 chairs inside and a picnic table outside; a few fast food joints are walkable.

I was referred here from another location. When I arrived Dan was welcoming. He understood customer service, by explaining stock issue, cost and timeline. He treated everyone with the same curtesy and attention.Although there appeared to be a shortage on the "firestone all season" for my car, he assured me would try to locate it. He made some calls. Unfortunately the outcome was a tire suitable for my car. But not the same.Overall it was a good experience.

I was visiting from out of state. My first night in town, I got a flat(something punctured my tire). I get my car serviced at Firestone in VA, where I live so I looked for one near where I was staying.I called first thing the next morning and spoke with Dan. He was super friendly and communicative. He let me know they could get me in first thing the following morning. I arrive to my appointment, I'm greeted by Dan and he was helpful right away. He informed me they would be able to repair my tire and had me in and out within 1/1.5 hours. Dan and his whole team were really great and made me feel at ease with this unexpected situation in my vacation. I highly recommend!!

I visited this Firestone with a punctured tire on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fix it the same day. Could not be more satisfied with the service. Thank you Dan who removed the nail and determined there was no leak who also provided the service free of charge. Thanks again and will definitely go back!Service: TiresService: Tires

Was an unfortunate victim to the catalytic converter theft that has been going on. This shop took care of me. I heard horror stories of the part on back order for months but they found it for me and I had my car ready to go within a week. Highly recommend this location!

I've entrusted my car care to this location for about three years now. They have never disappointed me. Everyone is friendly and professional. My service has always been convenient, finished on time, and well done. Price has always been very reasonable including my last full set of tires. I'll keep coming back!

Came to this place from a different Firestone to get new struts and check the oil. They said that it needed an oil change and I explained to them that I had one less than one month and 1,000 miles prior. They did the oil change and said that they could not find an oil leak. This came out to a total of over $1,000. Two days later my car starts smoking after I drive. It is deemed beyond repair because I have been driving on it without oil. Wish somebody at this Firestone could have told me any of that before I put a bunch of money into a car that I couldn t even drive a week later.Service: Oil change

Made a reservation online to the Mavis 10 min away for Sunday 9am state inspection two days before and got a confirmation by email. Sunday, I drove an hour and arrived on time. Their receptionist pleasantly told me they cannot do an inspection because they ran out of stickers and suggested to reschedule. Why couldn't Mavis have called me to save me the time and frustration having to rush to find another place before friends arrived to pick me up? Luckily, this Firestone squeezed me in! The receptionist was extremely patient and friendly while I got my paperwork together. Was told I would get a phone call when the job was complete. They were able to complete my state inspection and emissions within 1.5 hours, finding no issues, with a phone call as promised. Thank you so much for booking me last minute.

Horrible customer service experience here. I travel nationwide and use Firestone for my vehicle maintenance needs. I have been to a minimum 30 separate shops around the country and this location is by far the worst. I had an appointment for and oil change and new tire purchase. The front desk attendant said that because of a fuel cell on the back of my pickup that made my truck too heavy for his lift. The same fuel cell that was present when I made the appointment, and the same fuel cell that was empty.The North Wales location took care of all my needs the very next day; no issues. Don't use this location if you value customer service, because they have not a clue of it's existence.

I recently acquired a job in the area and needed my car serviced for an oil change. I scheduled with Firestone, picked my car up, drove home, and the next morning in my way into work my check engine light came on. I stopped in and they told me it was due to a missing filter cap. Once I explained to them that they were the last ones to work on my car, they offered to replace the filter cap however, my car has never been the same since. The customer service was good though.

I needed an urgent repair before traveling a long-distance home with a car I had purchased. Sean went completely above and beyond in serving my needs very quickly and at a reasonable price. He sourced many uncommon parts for me from miles around. Would definitely recommend.

I trust this shop. I have never been up sold and they seem honest in their assessment of your vehicle's needs. Free Wi-Fi and a TV if you need to wait. Prices seem to be lower than other shops I have used. The desk staff is professional. Call rather than using website to schedule. It's much easier.

I had the bad luck of 2 flat tires in a period of 3 weeks due to debris on the road that ruined both tires. Both times they took me immediately in and installed the tires. Both times was during a weekday afternoon. My vehicle uses expensive tires and I felt as though they were reasonable with the price. Although I really didn't have a choice. I used this place simply because they were close and willing to take me immediately. I didn't have the time or patience to shop around and I don't like riding around on those stupid little spares that today's vehicles have

Made an appointment. Left work early to travel to get here. Called on my way, which double confirmed my appointment. Sat in waiting room for 20 minutes. Finally, i'm informed that the manager sent home the only guy in the shop that knows how to do breaks. After I left and took my car somewhere else for another opinion, I was informed that nothing was even wrong with my breaks. So either Firestone realized that and made up a dumb excuse as to why no other mechanic in there could look at my car or the manager here is really that stupid. How do you send someone home early without checking the appointment book and realizing, wait you're the only one qualified to do this job and this is who is on the schedule. Customer service and organization is lacking here. I guess everything happens for a reason though, because I was about to spend unnecessary money on another "made up" issue that these corporate places love to con you with.

There was a bit of a mix up ordering the tires I had asked for but man did they make up for it. Without any fuss or hassle they gave me the higher end model of the tires I was originally looking for while honoring the same quote and discount that I had seen online. They know how to take care of their customers. I will definitely go back to their store.

It was an awful experience. They guy at the front desk lied to my face multiple times and told me they ordered me a tire, it had to pick it up from another store, and it caused the delay with them putting on four new tires for me. After 90 mins I asked what was the delay and was told there was an issue with another car but the tire was there at Firestone. After 2 hours I left Firestone and went to Tires Plus who had my name in the system from when I was at Firestone earlier in the day. I asked were the tires ever picked up by Firestone and Tires Plus confirmed they had not been. Extremely poor customer service, I will never go back.

It was Sunday at 4:55 pm and my car had a bad tire and they closed at 5 pm i called and Kevin answered and he told me to come in anyway. I did and he took care of me installed a new tire and give me a great price on it. Thank you Kevin again. You saved my night and also my next day trip to work on Monday.

Ken and Sam were so helpful to me in a stressful situation. My car battery was failing and I didn't have anyone else to pick up my daughter from daycare. They were able to check and replace the battery quickly so that I could leave on time to pick up my little one. I appreciate their effort!

Terrible!!!They put the wrong control arm on my vehicle. Then, aligned it. It was over 4 degrees out.They never once told me about that. Never communicated about the vehicle work. Didn t do anything we discussed at initial check in. Never communicated issues that arose and were plain NASTY!!!My car is WORSE NOW!Thanks to Firestone s Expert Repair Team!!!How do you put the wrong control arm on with a bad alignment that the vehicle dives to the right while making a grinding noise.The vehicle is UNSAFE TO DRIVE!!!!
