I had scheduled the appt for later in the day, so they weren't able to get the engine air filter in. I have to go back since the technician left a screwdriver on my passenger seat. They were all very nice and helpful.

This is our second year with Firestone and I love them. They are honest, do what you ask, don t make up what s wrong with your car when you come in go one specific thing. Most important to me is their customer service. They are always friendly and recently exceedingly helpful. My key fob broke on the way to my appointment (you know that s $$$) Dan took his time and fixed it for me. I really appreciated that. I will be a repeat customer. #customerservicestillmatters

I came in for an alignment adjustment that I knew needed to be done. They treated me like I couldn't possibly be sure what needed to be done to my vehicle, presumably because I'm a woman. After telling them I only wanted the alignment adjusted and waiting for it, they come out with a clipboard and tell me that my inspection will be due next month, so they can do it now for me. However they claimed a tail light was out and needed to be replaced before it could pass inspection, and that it would be $250 to pay the mechanic for the 1 hour minimum of work it would take to replace a tail light. I declined this offer, and asked for my car alignment report.Shockingly, the exact adjustment (toe on my passenger side front) I claimed needed to be done (and was told there is no way I could know) was what was adjusted. I also checked all my lights after the appointment, and NONE of my headlights or taillights were faulty. I am confident they thought they could make some quick money off of me and were very condescending - avoid them at all costs!

CAN T RECOMMEND. I took my car in for an oil change, they convinced me to do a state inspection as well. For some reason they had me move my car to a different place (out of my sight) for a few minutes before they got to it. Then, before they brought it into the garage, they asked me to come out and see where my tire was punctured. There was a flimsy wire sticking out of the side of the tire (how is that possible?). They said they would look into it. Later, they reported a slow leak in the tire. They said they could not sign off on the state inspection unless I replaced the tire. I had them order a replacement, expensive as it turns out. It took a couple of days for the replacement to arrive, so I brought the car back to the dealer that sold us the four tires, they tested all the tires, and there was no leak at all. We drove 200 miles on a mini vacation, and there was no leak. Also, after being in this shop, the left headlight was suddenly faulty, BROKEN FROM THE INSIDE. They have not signed off on the safety inspection even though I have notified them repeatedly at the email address they gave me that there was no leak. I told them I hated to think that they took advantage of me because I shared with Dan before the work was done that I am designated by the VA to be 100% disabled with PTSD from the Vietnam war. It is very painful for me to deal with this, more than with most people. Please disregard the insincere comment that they will write following this review. I have told Dan that I will begin today by contacting his district manager, then the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, the Pennsylvania attorney generals office, the Pennsylvania professional compliance office, and if necessary the police. All of these were recommended online. I m sure I will get help from one or more of these offices that track alleged fraud.PS. As of January 3, 2024, Firestone complete auto care is refusing to respond to my complaint thru the Better Business Bureau. Interesting what a missed opportunity This kind of review stays here for a very long while. It would have taken very little to make this right.PPS. As of Feb 23, 2024, this business has failed to respond to any of the complaints I have filed against them. Besides being a 100% disabled veteran, I am also a Christian minister who had to retire early because of PTSD from the war. I m not going to pursue this further. I have simply tried to tell the truth of what happened here. Do business with Dan and the rest of the gang at your own risk.PPPS. Today, 27 February 2024, the attorney general's office of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania sent me a report indicating that this firestone complete auto care business has refused to participate in the mediation process. That is their right. But it is also a sad way to do business.

I just called this shop to check on the status of my car which is with them for state inspection. The person who answered stated that "it is not his job" to provide status update to customers only the manager can do it. At 3pm on Monday, the manager is gone for the date and cannot be reached until the next day. This is no way to run a business! I will escalate to both the franchise owner and to the brand / franchisor.

I made an appointment online to purchase tires with a confirmation for the appointment, AND my tire selection and price. I receive a call the next day informing me that my "appointment" was changed to 4 days later!!I take my car in on that day only to find that the tires that I selected were not available to purchase at all. Why have the option to select a specific item if it is not available? Also, I was given a quote for the price of a part for a different repair that was over 3 times the price of the same oem thing I found elsewhere.I'm finished with the chain repair shop scene!! Those credit card "discounts" are a mirage also, taking advantage of folks with good credit!!!

I originally purchase tires, firestone all season, from this establishment years ago. The were great tires and durable. Naturally when there was a problem with the tire, did not hesitate to return.Unfortunately on this day, as a walk in, was not welcomed.The attendant explained, they were busy, only 2 technicians, 6 cars ahead, about 3 hour wait.I explained issue with the tire, my concern and was there another establishment close by? The attendant responded "I am new here, look it up on your phone." Then I mentioned about purchasing the tires there and again my concerns about the tire, willingly to wait.The attendants tone changed. He spoke to a coworker, who made a phone call. He returned to explain it would be a 4 hour wait and handed me directions to the nearest Firestone establishment with assurances they were expecting me. My only option was to take the risk and drive to the next place. Maybe they should have put up a huge sign : "No Walk-ins", "Appointments or drop offs only".

For me and my family this is our most friendly, reliable and price reasonable auto care service. We trust them now for many years, and will keep using them for many more.They keep our service records, and it is easy to access to them online. That was a life saver for us then we had to file a extended warranty claim in one of our cars.

Loyal Firestone brand customer. First time coming to this location. I'm impressed. I had a check engine light and dropped it off before they closed for the day, and they serviced it the next day. Held good communication on the phone to provide the quote after thoroughly diagnosing problem. Main thing I'm happy with them for is this Firestone fixed my car's canister purge valve problem when the other Firestone from my old hometown couldn't find the problem and fix it. I can say they are knowledgable and professional staff that work here! Thank you, thank you!

Had stopped to check tire pressures at Wawa down the street and discovered that I had a broken valve stem core. I called several places first & those places wanted to charge me $30 for a core replacement. Tim & the crew replaced my leaking core rechecked all my tire pressures and sent me on my way for nothing. I m so happy there are still good people around working in the trade that I left. 10 out of 10 on a customer service level.

My newly purchased car needed inspection and I wasn't given the key by the car dealership to unlock the wheel locks. The Dealership wouldn't return my calls but this Firestone had a tool and was able to remove locks no damage.

Always liked this place until recently when I felt completely scammed. Not sure if it's because I'm a young female or what, but I was given an estimate of four hours of work to be done on my car including an alignment. Well suspiciously my car was done immediately. I checked the invoice and they had charged me for said alignment. As soon as I started driving I could tell they did absolutely nothing to it. My car was immediately veering right same as it has for over a year. Went back a week later when I had my day off again and told them I'd like them to do what I already paid for. Well, guess what.. now my car drives perfectly straight. Makes me wonder what other things I have been charged for that they didn't actually address and I just didn't notice. Shouldn't have to leave my car at the shop for two days for one days worth of work. Will not be returning.
