Came to the shop, because they were recommended off Advanblack website. After speaking to Steve, all my questions & concerns were answered, and I ordered a King tourpak. Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for parts for any kind of motorcycle to them.

Horrible customer service I bought a battery charger for my bike and the charger needs a grounded outlet. My home outlets aren t powerful enough to make it work. I wanted a refund he said all sales are final but this product doesn t work for my home. the shop has a lot of power so the charger works for the shop but not at my home. He didn t let me return I won t be back in this shop ever again. it keeps blinking it shouldn t blink.Service: Battery

Just got a few things done to my bike, inspection, oil change, and battery checked. I called and they put a mechanic on the phone, asked him when my bike would be done and he yelled at me for asking. Only called one time. He called me a liar and yelled the whole time. Then to my surprise when I got back home. My lights on the bike won t work. It seems when they were cutting my battery case they also cut some of the wires attached to the battery. Not happy with my visit. My dad and I have been going there for years . Recommended by Kevin Burk at 11 East Motorcycle Exchange when my 2014 Yamaha Roadliner with 1,200 miles wouldn't fire. The next day, I got a call from their mechanic, Mike, who works on the metric bikes. Mike treated me like a family member in that he didn't try to sell me anything other than getting my bike running. Mike installed two new spark plugs and some fuel additive because the bike sat its whole life, and sent me on my way. Because of Mike, and his fast turnaround, this is the only place I will take any of my bikes. And this is coming from a guy who has done his own auto repairs for 45 years. This establishment is staffed by people who feel like friends from the first moment you walk in the door.Service: Engine repair

I bought a 2004 Road King over the winter from a private seller. Took it for inspection, and not only did they inspect it, but they gave it a once over at no charge. They gave me a heads up on a few things to keep a eye on. They were 100% on point with their assessment. I just recently went back in to get a estimate to address the issues, and not only did they go over several options, they also took the time to explain the reasoning for the recommendations. While preparing a estimate, they gave me the high end and low end of the parts. We settled on middle of the road. They said they would run the same parts in their bikes. 1 down, 4 up, and the oil goes here is in my wheel house. Not sure if anyone knows how hard it is to find a honest mechanic, but these guys are the real deal!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Hard to find a old-school shop that deals with old and newer bikes. It's got a old school vibe. Very knowledgeable Mechanics. The owner is very impressionable. I would recommend this place over and over. My bike will never go to another shop as long as I own it!!

I was quoted a fair price for changing one tire so I had them do it. They changed the valve stream without asking adding $10 when the one on the rim wasn t even one year old. They also left the old weights on and just added a new stock in a different spot which looks horrible. I m glad I just had them do something small as I would say this was poor service both from a business and technical standpoint. I definitely won t be returning.Service: Tires

Had a legitimate question as a costumer and instead of being helpful, the manager himself laughed at my question, did not help me at all and overall was being extremely disrespectful to me; it is disappointing that I had been servicing my bike there for a couple years and had never had this experience until now. If the manager himself treats costumers like this, I am no longer doing business with them. Unfortunate, but being disrespected and treated the way I was treated, is not acceptable. I truly hope everyone else has a better experience than me and does not get treated like I was.

My first ever inspection at their place that place about 2 years back even though failed due to pulley not being available readily for them to replace it due to my motorcycle being really old and rare however even after spending a couple of hours on the motorcycle checking everything else, they said, we are not going to charge you if we were not able to get your motorcycle fixed. Get the part from other shops they recommended and enjoy riding. This is business ethics and very few people have it these days. Thank you so much. Long due review but you guys deserve it. Moved back into the area and will start coming to you guys now.

Bob and Mike at Cycle Stop are pretty much the only guys I will trust to work on my bikes I've had over the past 8 years since I began riding. I'm a 3rd generation customer and never once had an issue after getting them back from bringing it in for maintenance or other work. I couldn't recommend them more if you're looking to get work done on your bike or simple maintenance.

Great service and value! They made a suspension recommendation for my Road Glide that was right on point! Made a HUGE difference! I highly recommend Cycle Stop! Mike is a Yamaha GENIUS! The owner is very experienced and has been in business there for over 30 years! They gave my bike an extreme level of care and attention... It's running better than it ever has. They are some of the best!

Great no BS shop with good rates. Lots of bikes in the showroom. Mostly Harleys, they work in anything. I own a BMW, no hesitation in helping me. Judgement free. Bring them some work, you won t be disappointed.Service: TiresService: Tires

It was my 2nd experience with them and i am very happy withe the service. This time I went there for state inspection. It was a very busy day for them and due to covid 19 and state laws you cant just stay and wait in stores any more and i did not have a ride back to go back home and wait for them to finish the job. I told the owner that i dont have a ride and have to get an Uber ride... anyways he was kind enough to expedite the service so i dont have to deal with u er ride (and all the waiting to find a ride,health hazards...) and i waited outside for a little bit and they finished the job ASAP. It meant a lot to me that they even cared about that. You cant find many business owners these days that care about their customers...they service all kinds of brands. I definitely recommend them for any type of service you may need for your bike.

Once again I had work done here. And with excellent results. As usual. Carb was leaking gas. Gas in the oil. Fuel sending unit. Replaced. RoadStar Silverado. 1700. 2005. New plugs. Oil change and filter. Air filter. I can t say enough about the quality of work here. Always better than the stealership. My bike is running better than new. And the cost is so much better for the work done. Bob and Mike. Thank you again. Great work. Great price. This is what a repair shop should be.

I do all my inspection and tune up with them. Its not easy to find a shop where you can just completely trust that they will do a great job with a competitive price. I can easily spend my money on stuff from the internet but I can't get the great and rare customer service I get from bob and his staff. I am one of those people that have low tolerance for impersonal service meaning that bad service like waiting, bad parts, wrong advice ect. I go somewhere else. this is the "somewhere else" love the place. They take good care of me, my wife and our two bikes.

There are a lots of places where you go and people try to rip you off..this place is not one of those. Bob's experience and Mike's expertise makes this a comfortable place for my motorcycle. There is an option to store your motorcycle for winters which is a big plus.

Bob and the gang are very helpful and knowledgeable. Limited selection and supply in store but they can always order when needed. Pretty quick turnaround for work and they don't do work that is not needed.
