The best experience never let me down at allRecently, I have been using Mobile1 is the best, I do Uber/Lyft everyday from a customer's perspective view. This place does not overcharge on the good oil blend at all. To be honest the milage is higher and my car last a lot longer from every interval oil change. The cost is way cheaper than outside source. I highly recommend this place, coming from a uber/lyft driver I put easily 5,000-7500 miles every month and I still go to this place every time. Cost of Mobile1 still cheaper Labor and service is still adorable compared to other outside source Parts very cheap here

I've been a loyal customer of Car Car Center for over 30 years. There's no other auto shop that I trust more with my vehicles. Despite moving 40 miles away, I continue to bring the cars and SUVs of four family members to Hai for any necessary major or minor repairs, including inspections and oil changes. Hai only fixes what's necessary, and you won't find a more fair price for excellent work anywhere in the surrounding areas...

Over charge, oil change he charged me $95. I highly don t recommend nobody going there.

My wife s car broke down near this place. We live out in cherry hill, NJ. It was late at night she was able to pull into the nearest parking lot. I picked her up and the next day I started looking up places near the parked car to see if they could fix it. I called couple u til I got this place. The person that picked up the phone was very understanding, helpful and walked me thru it all. Even recommended a towing service which was affordable. He was able to work with me because it s an older car. He initially mentioned that it sounded like the car had an alternator issue. That s exactly what it turned out to be. He fixed it at an affordable price and also changed my oilI highly recommend this place as they are impeccable when it comes to communication, professionalism, helpful, friendly and more importantly very trustworthy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, Oil change

I come here for a inspection every year. They are very nice here. All tho I feel like I was over charged for the nail in my tire

I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 10 years. This place is great. They review everything that is wrong with your vehicle before working on it. The rates are better than anyone I know. They are open early enough and accept walk-ins. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced.

Car Care Center has the best Customer Service. I've been coming here for about 2 years. They are trustworthy, reliable, and fast turnaround time to get my car back. I recommended them to a friend and they gave her the same great service. You won't find a better place!

Have been going to this place for years now along with my family. I have tried many local shops around as well as chains and dealerships. This has always been the place I come back to and my #1 place to get work done on my cars. The guys take a little getting used to, and mistakes or misunderstandings occur once in a while. But once you get the pace of them and understand how they do things, you can always get the best deal from them and a very honest opinion on what needs to be done on the car. These guys will do the cheapest jobs for you if that's what you desire, or the biggest jobs. It isn't like other shops out there that have so many policies and will only work on a problem a specific way with specific parts. Here, you can buy your own parts, you can ask them to do very specific tasks, and they will be very open about what the results and effects may be. Love the guys here and they can do just about anything you ask them! Just as a side note, keep in mind that this is a small and hard working business. These guys get busy. So unlike other shops where you may be expecting a call for when your car is done. Here, this can be a hit or miss as they get caught up fixing so many cars that they forget or don't have time to call certain customers when the cars are done. I have simply gotten used to this and make the calls myself when I would like to know how things are going. I am usually not in a rush for things either, so I just let them do their jobs and they make me a happy customer!

This is what happened to me today, I had called a day before to get an appointment for today's morning. After I reached, he asked me to leave the car and go and he will call me when he gets the time, I told him to let me show him what the problem is and he rudely told me to leave the car and go. We had a bit of an argument and I decided to leave. My point was let me show you the issue and you fix it when you get time, I planned to leave the car anyway so I told my wife to accompany me in her car. If you don t have time to see the customer's issue, I guess that is not a good business practice. I love my self-respect so not going to him ever again.

Courteous and always try to fix your car the cheapest way possible. Never have had to get a repair redone. Little markup on parts, and labor is very reasonable. Been going to Hai for 4 years, and he has kept our 1999 with 225k zooming off on another road trip. Many dealers use him too.

I had my rear brakes replaced for a very fair price ( much better than the dealership). Mr Vu actually did them on the same day I called. The price was quoted over the internet and was the same after the job. Straight forward honest work of good quality

Car care center is the best! I have a dealership across the street called Mancini Motors and I am there every single day. Hai always goes out of his way to help me! Even when he is very busy. Pricing is always fair and service is prompt. Ive been coming here for 12 years and still very happy. That says a lot as repairs and service is not always easy. Hai will save you money when he can. Give them a shot.

I have been to CCC twice now. Both times I have been treated fairly. The work on my vehicle was completed faster than promised, and the charge was reasonable. They are great there. The only work they don t do are transmissions

The owner and staff are very competent to handle imports. Quality of work is very good. Costs more than a regular garage but less than dealership. Trust and recommend for imports.

Would rather give zero stars. I took my car here to get serviced and left with a completely different issue. They are EXTREMELY rude. My A/C is now broken in 90 degree weather I have a 6 yr old with asthma and a 1 yr old. I have an hr commute to work and they blatantly said they would not fix my car. I had 2 other mechanics look at my car and they said the cause is from tge belt that was changed by car care. DO NOTGET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.

Really bad service. Be careful this place. I have 2 car need to inspection. They said need to change the light bulb for brake light. And they charged $80 for inspection + small light bulb changed without asking for acceptance. It was happened to both car. Unbelievable!!!!!

Mr.Hai ,the owner is very competent and he listens to what you are describing about the problem on my Mercedes Benz.I like that he takes care of my inspections and I don t need to come back the following month when it s due to do it.I will be coming to this place from now since this is my second time I was dealing with them.He is trustworthy.

Great place to get the car fixed but can be real busy on weekends. Really inexpensive, no need to hunt for coupons. I would not recommend for expensive cars though.
