Exactly 7 months ago I bought a Honda accord 2008 EX-L from this place. With 122k miles on it. Drive smoothly, was inspected, actually just passed inspection again the other day! First thing I did was install new headlight lenses! I wore my back brake pads down too far and ruined my rotor so I replaced both back rotors, calipers & brake pads. And did 2 oil changes myself . My driving habits & it being a higher mileage car it tends to burn oil a little faster but still passes emissions! Recently got it tinted! About a month and a half ago I installed a cold air intake, best decision ever! Also just got all 4 new tires for it!! Thank you ARS for giving me a very reliable car!

Went to ARS to look at a vehicle I had my eye on, after speaking to owner he assured me he could hold the car for me until the following day so I could figure out my financial situation. Less than 24 hours went by i called to make the purchase and they told me it was sold already to another customer. Don't waste your time coming here this seems to be a reoccurring problem.

Sold a car out from under us. Said they didn t call because they didn t think the guy looking at it would buy it but had promised to call before selling it to anyone else. Shady. Won t be going back. They ve done this to other potential buyers as well, check the reviews*****had we been informed to leave a deposit we would have*******

So I needed a used car for a good price. It had to be dependable and in good shape. The problem was that I had a small budget for this purchase.Initially the guys at Affordable showed me almost every car they had, telling me all the info they had on each, and let me decide which was best for my situation. I wasn't pushed into a car they wanted to sell.I was very happy with the car I chose. They gave me a good buying experience, they made me aware of any issues there may be on a used car, they offered me a warranty, and gave me a great price.I'll will definitely be back for my next purchase.

I've lived across the street from these guys for 7 years.I've bought a car from them previously...no issues.They got a BMW I was interested in and wanted me to take a credit hit before even driving it.Sorry guys, I'm not taking a hit on my 795 credit score to drive your beat BMW because you think you have something special.It's only 12k I can pay for that with just one of my cards without approval.Lost a potential sale today and every day from now on.

I have purchased all of my vehicles from Affordable Auto over the past 7 years. The staff members are always extremely pleasurable and helpful. They not only helped me find a vehicle to fit my needs each time, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They have helped me with financing, detailing, daily maintenance and even decorating my cars to my taste. I have sent a decent amount of friends, co-workers and family members to Affordable Auto and have always heard nothing but good feedback.

Don t waist your time with this dealership! I seen a car they had for sale on their website so I called to make sure it was still available before I made the hour and 45 minutes drive. The girl I talked to assured me the vehicle was still available and even confirm it with multiple people in the background when we were on the phone. I took off work to make the drive and when I arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be seen. When I inquired with the salesman as to what I was there to see he told me that the vehicle was still available but they took it somewhere to get the tires balanced and that they would take my number and call me when the car is back in the lot. I left to go get a bite to eat and wait for their phone call. I finally received a phone call that the car was back at the lot and ready to be looked at. When I arrived back at the lot I spent the next 45 minutes looking over the vehicle and taking it for a test drive. I liked the vehicle so I entered the office and told them I would like to purchase it to which the salesman that I have been talking to all day replies to me that the truck is not available for purchase as it has been sold since Saturday. (Two days prior to me calling about it) I left there without so much as an apologies for wasting my time. This place is joke!

worst rental experience ever. gave you a pos car that had a dead battery. towed the car back with their own tow truck when the car was not running since the battery has been dead and then took the whole $500 of your direct deposit for towing fee , key fee and etc They are gonna scam all of your deposit money. Highly not recommended.now they saying that i didn t pay for an entire week. they should really check themselves before lying and accusing customers. my rental was paid till Mon the 10th and that s when the battery started to be dead.they towed the car with they own tow truck Tues the 11th. they are also saying they shut down the car. but the rental was 1999 kia pos. they would have never had the posibility of turning the car off from a remote location

I bought a car in May 2018 from Affordable. I did my homework, took it to a mechanic to have it checked out, did the carfax, everything I could. Still I knew buying a 14 year old car that there would be issues, so I bought the aftermarket warranty-- huge mistake. The warranty company only allowed for used or after market parts. After the warranty company denied the 1st two claims, the guys at Affordable did what they could but I ended up only getting 7 months of use before there was an issue with the engine. I ended up cutting my losses and selling the car for $1200. If you're going to buy from here DON'T get the warranty...it's not worth it.

Bought my last three cars form Affordable Auto and couldn't be happier. The salesman there helped me out tremendously with what I was looking for and the prices. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a greatly priced used vehicle. They will find you whatever it is you are looking for. They are the best around hands down.

Went to look @ a suv Cadillac srx when I arrived suv was damaged glass was shattered on the lot. Dealer stated they would hold the suv for and would call me once the repairs were done. Unfortunately that never happen i called back after a week or two and a member at the shop said it was back from. Repair a week ago. So I asked why wasn't I called? They tomd me to co.e up when im ready it wa a Thursdy's when i called. When I called to ask them to have the truck ready for Friday Im coming for the purchase. The man then said that thw truck was sold. Im not at all confident on this business. They arw a little unprofessional. They don't have good customer service and they don't honor their word. I was ver disappointed on the service that I didn't receive. I do NOT recommend anyone to do business with them. Unless your uncouth yourself and don't care about professional and great quality in customer relations.

The staff at affordable auto have always been very helpful, friendly and pleasant. They listened to everything I said and found the perfect vehicle for me. I've always returned for routine maintenance and they have always been very clean, with superior service. I would not consider going anywhere else.

All I have to say is get the car checked out and trust what your mechanic 100%. I didn t, I payed way too much and they turned off my engine light. The light never came on even when my engine started ticking. It died just 5-6 months after I bought it.

Had 2 cars from them, ran pretty good had to replace and repair some parts but not too bad for a couple of cars under 5K both ran about a year or two you get what you pay for. They will work with you and they're understanding just give them a try and see for yourself.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS ! I've purchased a car from here less than 60 days ago and the motor went, after they assured it was a great running car. TOTAL RIP OFF'S!

be real careful buying anything from them bought a car from them and they said there was just a little patch needed for rust when i took it to welder they said whole floor was so bad it was beyond repair.. so these guys sell u anything to make a quick buck.

They rented a car with no inspection it was about 20 years old and over 300,000 miles on it engine light on it broke down that day they didn't have another one to give me I had to wait until they fixed that one they promise me for 3 months that they would have a different one in a few days but never happened Rick is never there when you ask to speak with him but at 8am when rent is due he calls you harassing you to come in right now and pay him no card no check CASH ONLY he argued with me wanting me to leave work right now to pay him saying he is going to turn off the car ,that car is lucky to have electric windows let alone a tracking device with a switch to turn it off they won't take a payment over the phone I think that this so called rental business is highly illegal those cars are definitely not dependable when cash is the only form of payment that means no paper trail there has to be something illegal about that I'm now going to report this company to law enforcement and the IRS rude people trying to intimidate me its 2019

They lost my credit application & would not admit to it. They told me my credit was denied when they lost the freaking paperwork. They never called me for approval. I will never trust these peaple with my information. Scammers!!

I have bought at least 4 vehicles from Tom and Rick in the last 17 years and i swear by them and their care and cars i have sent my brother and sister to them and their still driving their cars 10 yeas later. I HIGHLY PRAISE AFFORDABLE AUTO
