When you need a tow, you are already at an incredible disadvantage. It's stressful. Your vehicle is out of commission, but you need your vehicle for the normal functions of life. You don't have tons of options, and tow operators know this. They expect this. They will take advantage of your situation. They will exploit you. You can practically hear them salivating that the dollar signs that your misery means to them.So imagine working with a tow operator who genuinely wants to do a good job. He quotes his prices up front, shows up on time, takes considerable care in how he gets your vehicle onto the flatbed, ensures everything is just right, and delivers your vehicle to where it's going to get fixed, right away. You can tell he's seen it all, and he's calm about the entire situation. He's not quietly judging you for driving a European car. Above all, he doesn't rub his hands together knowing that you're probably out of options. A tow from someone who cares. Imagine it.You have just imagined working with Bob at RJT Trucking. It didn't matter that I'm from out-of-town, driving a fancy-pants car, and essentially stranded. I'm easy pickings for a shady operator. But I got to work with Bob, and it was like if one of my brothers rolled in to bail me out of a bad spot. He took his time, he did the job, he protected my car like it was his own, he got me out of a jam, and he charged me a fair rate.You need a tow? Ray is the best! Super skilled, friendly, professional. I had a car wedged into a small garage on a narrow street with locked up wheels from not running. The wheel bearing was going out in my truck as I was climbing the mountain and it was grinding too bad to go on so I called these guys to tow me. When I explained where I was located he told me if I could make it another 1000 yards I would be at a recommended garage. That s a stand up business when they help you get to a garage instead of come out and tow you for a thousand yards and bill you. Thank you for your help!!

Bob got me out of a stuck-in-the-mud situation through an insurance roadside assistance policy. Wow, he was kind, and he even took a look under the car to make sure everything was intact. What a nice guy! Thanks a lot, Bob!
