I was in a real pinch and the nice folks at the hardware were not only able to find me my parts but the owner Troy personally delivered the parts to me. Very impressive. Don't see this kind of dedication to customers much anymore

Newville area is lucky to have such a nice hardware + auto parts store. I have shopped there over the years for things like motor oil, oil filters, metal fasteners, rope, string trimmer line, metal posts, mulch, ice melt, and more. Staff is very friendly and help find what I need. When I bought new windshield wiper blades they offered to put them on without even asking. That saved me from accidently breaking them into pieces

Amazing selection of hardware, home improvement, garden and outdoor, household repair and general DIY and project materials, along with all kinds of other stuff. Top-notch customer service, too - they treat you like family and make sure you find what you need. Truly a perfect small-town everything store.

They always have what I need. Very friendly, and knowledgeable of their products and what you need. I am always down there for propane, which is a great price. Definitely would recommend them.

I always get great service when I go to Bender s but today they went above and beyond. I called to ask if they had a supply I needed, I was told they were out. No big deal. But then less than 5 minutes later they called me to say that they had what I need! Always friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful! Great place even better people!

My Husband and I were traveling from Tennesse to New York for a work trip & we were on our way home and the dust cap came off one of our trailer tires. It was 4:00 on a Friday & happened to be 4th of July weekend. They had exactly what we needed and they were so incredibly helpful! We will forever be grateful for their help & friendliness. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much! Y all are AMAZING!!

The employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a hardware as well. Reasonable prices and you can find just about anything you need for around the house work and repairs.

Awesome auto parts store with a wide array of automotive parts tools etc. I just bought a battery for my car here and they switched out the old battery and put the new one in while I waited! Now that's service!

Hardware, auto parts, auto wiring, torches, bungee cord... These guys have about any conventional tool you might need in your shop. They're a general tool store.
