I went in for an oil change. Service was quick and courteous. I liked how they also did a multipoint safety inspection and told me a few upcoming services I should look into. It was much better than my experience with my local dealership. They had a more personalized service! Thank you.

I love Vince s! The staff is awesome! They all care about the customers. Easy to make appointments, super easy night drop off (just park the car & put key in envelope with info filled out, then drop it in night drop slot). Vince's is proactive! They do requested service/repair and look over everything to give you a heads up on any future items that will need to be taken care of. Just had my oil changed, they told me tires are going to need to be replaced soon. They are giving me an estimate so I know what I m looking at and can plan when to set up that appointment. Everytime I leave them, I feel like my car is brand new. They keep me running well and safe on the road! Best place we ve ever used! You should give them a call .tell them Marianne sent me. I cannot recommend this car repair business enough! My friend referred me and I will say that this is absolutely the most professional and thorough service I ve ever received. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. They really know what they are doing. I ve only ever taken my Mercedes vehicle to the dealer for all services and they ve never come close to the quality of service that I received here at Vince s.They are organized, professional, and reasonably priced. More than fair. Do not hesitate to check them out. We are very pleased and will not use anyone but them going forward!

I have been going to Vinces for the past 6 months and this place is fantastic, I needed a back seat for my Subaru and Anna was working to find me one for 2 months . She finally found me one. They go above and beyond to help you. I have never gone to any repair job even the dealership that is so accommodating to its customers. The staff is fantastic.

Had to sing the praises of the fine people at Vinces Auto. I have been using their services for close to 10 years and they continue to impress me with their professionalism, expertise and Customer Service. Everyone there is so kind and also very concerned about the welfare of my car and keep it in tiptop shape. Three cheers for Vince s Auto in Newtown .

I can't say enough good things about the team at Vince's! After literally decades of using the same mechanic (I won't name them) I decided it was time to look elsewhere. Vince's provided exceptional customer service, and a clear timeline with updates as necessary. The women in the office were phenomenal, and always on top of their game. The mechanic(s) did a great job on the vehicle and the prices were very reasonable. The entire reason I chose to switch mechanics was the lack of true customer service representatives, and never provided clear timelines. Vince's went above and beyond my expectations in all aspects, even sending text links to read the diagnosis myself. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely recommend!

Trusting mechanics is like trusting doctors. Vince and his staff are honest, reputable people. They run fully informative diagnostics with pictures describing current conditions and offer recommendations as to when something needs to be addressed now or later. If there is a problem that cannot be addressed directly by their shop (bodywork), they have other resources to send you to. I trust Vince 100%. Danielle runs the office and does her very best to assist and make sure you are taken care of. I live in Hamilton, NJ and prefer to drive 25 mins to this shop rather than deal with anybody locally. Most people forget that as much as you should be a good business owner/operator, you should be a good customer. It is not difficult to be kind. Vince's Auto Service is a good business, with kind people. Highly recommended.

Vince's was the best experience; they were accommodating fast and kind. I was leaving on a big road trip and my blinkers died the night before. Anna and Tina ordered the part had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Vince's is the only garage I will use going forward, great service and the women in the office were amazing.

I have trusted Vince's Auto Service with my car for several years now and it's not easy to find a trustworthy auto service. Beginning with Danielle, who is very knowledgeable, they tell me exactly what needs to be done and don't push services I don't need. I was in the market for another car last month and used their services to make recommendations and check over the used car I wanted to purchase. They made the whole process much less stressful. I love my new car and will (of course) continue to have them service it. I highly recommend Vince's!

Vince's Auto Service has been my one and only go-to shop for over 16 years now and I would never go anywhere else! As a matter of fact, I first learned about Vince's not long after I moved to Yardley and one of my neighbors (who was another longtime Vince's customer) recommended them. I could not be more happy with their service. They are the utmost professionals yet still manage to make you feel like part of the Vince's family. We've been long-time and regular customers at Vince's, due to having "The Silver Fox," an 18-year-old car with 239,000 miles on the odometer . Danielle is always patient and knowledgeable when counseling us on what services need to be done. Repair recommendations are always reasonable without spending more than we need to keep that car running safely and reliably. Repairs are consistantly thorough and completed within the window promised. The team here is amazing. They explain everything they need to do find the problem. They ended keeping the a couple days to figure what was wrong. Sure enough they found the problem. Have gone to this shop for about 10 years ... Clear understandable evaluation of the condition of the car and alerts for future potential problems ... I really don't like to have to worry about my car and depend on Vince's. They are a quality business with a team of people full of integrity beginning with Danielle, the woman who runs the shop. She is extremely knowledgeable, and only sells you what you need. She explains everything thoroughly and the whole operation runs like a clock under her control. I highly recommend you check Vince's out!

Excellent service, accurate diagnosis, collaborative approach for issue prioritizing, unbelievable follow through!!!!!!!! Excellent, fair, honest pricing. Customer teaching as well. If I had a question, time was taken to explain and show me where the issue was. I'm a customer that wants to learn everything I can about car maintenance. Vince and the team treated me like a loyal, valued customer....even though it was my first time there, and I had traveled a great distance to have this wonderful experience!!The shop is modest and clean!!!! Everyone there, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After services were rendered to my meticulous satisfaction, mechanic Warren and owner Vince itemized concerns for the future and suggested timelines to help me save money and avoid potential vehicle safety issues. When I moved to PA, I went to an auto service shop who recommended several repairs. I wanted a 2nd opinion and a co-worker referred me to Vince s Auto. Vince credibly walked through the repair list and re-diagnosed/fixed the issue saving me $$$. That was 9 year and 4 cars ago. I have not left. Honest, reliable, trustworthy and a great staff! I have a 2008 Escape that I want to keep but wasn't sure how much longer it would last because of all the noises it was making. Took it to Vince's Auto and Vince and his team did a complete diagnosis. Told me what was important to do, what to keep an eye on and gave me peace of mind that I'll be able to stay in my car! I am relieved that I don't have to guess the lifespan of my car. Even better what was important was an oil change (not like the $900 estimate from another shop)... Saved me money, gave me peace of mind and I am for sure a lifetime customer! If you are looking for honest, reliable service I HIGHLY recommend you check out Vince's auto!

I have been going to Vince's Auto Service in Newtown since moving to the area about 1 year ago. I own two Acura's and have always had a great experiences working with Vince B. and his team. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. When I dropped my car off for service in the winter, they even offered to drive me to work a mile down the road so I didn't have to walk in the snow! Talk about customer service. I trust their knowledge, expertise and their pricing is very fair. In addition when you sign up for their mailing list, you will receive valuable coupons and reminders for servicing (very helpful). I'm glad that I found Vince's and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Vince's Auto has come through for me on multiple occasions. Most recently, I dropped my car off for an alignment, oil change and to check out a noise which occurred upon starting my vehicle. The mechanics were quick to identify the problem as a timing chain issue and rather than doing all the work and charging me a handsome sum of money, Chris instead suggested that I check my warranty and go to my dealer. This advice saved me a great deal of money. This was not the first time that Vince's had done this for me. I always find them to be courteous, respectful and informative. But most importantly, they are honest, fair, trustworthy and their work is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Best auto service business my family and I have ever seen. Danielle and the other woman who communicate on the phone are the most kind and caring people, and have gone out of their way to make sure we get everything we need for our cars to be in the best shape always, and what is practical and affordable at the time. I received step by step directions typed out to help figure out how to use certain features I thought were not working on my vehicle. I had a minor bump, and they help fix that. I recently lost my brother, and they left the most heartfelt note for our family. If you live bucks county, bring your car to Vince s and know your car will be very taken care of always.

Cherie recently spent above and beyond a reasonable amount of time with me, working diligently to find the best possible solution to get my car back on the road at an affordable price. I ve been using Vince s for over a decade now, and have been happy with the result every time. Highly recommended.

Talk about a team of people that I love! Seriously some of the kindest and coolest people to deal with when the frustration of a car repair is necessary. Danielle, the service manager, repeatedly finds the best outcomes for myself and the shop. Vince, the owner is one of the kindest people I ve ever met. And Mr. Frey, one of the veteran mechanics is extremely talented, and capable of finding a solution for almost any issue!

I used to go to Vince's all the time for my basic car needs, but probably won't anymore. They've become unreasonably expensive - they charge $50 just for the safety inspection (emissions excluded), while others in the area charge $30/35 for it. They were backed up with other service orders and asked me if I'd be willing to leave the car with them for a few hours, and they offered to drive me home and then back to their shop. That's great, and I appreciated their ability to do that. However, when they came to pick me up and drive me back to the shop, they showed up in my car. Nothing terrible happened, but no one even asked for permission to drive my car (for reasons other than testing). So I did not appreciate that, nor the overpriced service.

Have been bringing my Benz and BMW there for maintenance and state inspections for several years now. Not against the company itself, but an employee of them named Steve beat me for $500 on some rims and tires that he claimed were in good condition. Put them on my truck and it was wobbling so bad I had to take them back off, and he told me they might need to be rebalanced. The tire was so bad it started shaking the machine around.
