* I attached both before and after pictures.Note, there were no new parts needed in this repair.I had the BEST experience with this auto body shop! They gave the most professional and attention in detail to my car than I have ever experienced when using an auto body shop in the past! I feel they truly fix your car as if it were their own.Staff were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. Another nice touch was that they delivered updated communication on their progress via text message.From Debbie at the front desk, to the men in the body shop. All 5 stars!Can you tell I am very pleased and satisfied?! Lol. Because I am!Do yourself a favor. Make this business your first choice when shopping for auto body repair work to your vehicle. :)

The staff here were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout my entire experience. They provided a constant line of communication and were prompt with all inquiries regarding the work on my car. The repair work on the car was impeccable and the car is like new. Great repair process from start to finish. The stress of getting into an accident, thoughts of costs, insurance, all of that is not fun. This shop makes the ordeal less stressful by being upfront, communicated at every step, and even finished a week early. Will use again should the need ever arise.

HORRIBLE, the worst service I ve ever had!!!Where do I start? . It took nine days from the date of my accident, (which was not my fault) I was rear-ended on an exit ramp.To get an appt with Carstar. The guy who did the estimate was great. Talked and explained what he was looking at and thought needed repair. Said there could be more damage behind, which I knew but was not expecting since it was minor damage already. Said he would write up the estimate, send me a copy and order the parts. I would get a call when the parts were in to bring my car for the repair. Took another two wks to get that call asking if I wanted to come on 2/14. I said absolutely not. I have dinner plans after work. So I was given 2/19. I said sure. Dropped off after work at 4:30 pm. When I called the next day to ask approx how long would they have my car, I was told, oh, a couple of wks . Parts have to be ordered . I said, wait what?? I was told the parts were being ordered when I took it for the estimate. She then says well yeah, but there may be more parts needed once they take it down. I said fine and hung up. 3 days later I get a call at end of the day(an hr before closing) that my car is with the tech being taken down and is right on schedule.to that I reply right on schedule?..for what?? You could only tell me a couple wks for estimate time so how is it on schedule and 3 days after I dropped it off?? I then said, don t call me with this stupid stuff. Just call me when it s freaking done. I was off work on 3/13. Decided to take a drive to see if my car was still actually being worked on. I drove all through the lot and couldn t see my car anywhere. As I go to exit I then see my car sitting in a parking spot just across from the office. Drove behind it and saw it was completed. This was at 2:18 pm. Never got a call that day that it was completed. Went to the store later that day, car still sitting in the same spot. Never got a call. In the morning I called the ins company. The app says Friday 3/15 to be completed. Ins co says they were told 3/14 it s completed. Oh that s when I get a call later that day. 3/14 just before they closed. I was never told what DID HAVE TO BE DONE TO MY CAR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR REC. THIS FACILITY.

This is the first time I have used CarStar Fred Beans and I have to say from the estimate to customer service and the total repair, everything was excellent. They communicated on all aspects of my repair and it was completed on time without any issues.

Absolutely amazing!I am not the person to normally write reviews. But for my very first time having to have work done on my car - CARSTAR was wonderful. Dina coordinated everything for me, from Day 1 through completion, she was the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They even complete my car two weeks earlier than originally planned.I hope I never have to have a car repair again - but I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable repair shop. They were easy to work with and each associate was nice and when I was coming to pick the car up and was running a few minutes late due to traffic and they were closing they accommodated me . I would have work completed with them in the future!

This place is a scam they give you an estimate and then they try to charge you way more than what the original estimate is for the work provided. Exuberant fees of 100 an hour for labor. Horrible manners from service and from the highest management. This place will rob you blind go elsewhere for affordable service.

Car was finished in 5 days, not the estimated 3 weeks! Everyone was very nice & accommodating. They coordinated with Enterprise Car Rentsl & handled all insurance matters. CARSTAR handled our extensive repairs to our new car when we were hit by a deer. The work was outstanding, the service excellent and professional and all the insurance claims were handled by them. Patrick at AutoRent in the same building got us a rental and handled all the insurance claims. Easy, efficient and friendly at what was a stressful time. The staff of Carstar were excellent to work with throughout the entire process of my repairs. They kept me well informed during all times and provided status updates of the repairs. They were even able to complete my repairs earlier than expected! Really nice friendly customer service and prompt repairs/return of vehicle! With constant reminders all through the process! Even returned the rental car for me. All personnel associates were extraordinarily friendly and walk me to my vehicle before and after service- letting me know what specifically was being discussed be and showing me afterwards ! Awesome Team!!!

I have to say Hope was the best. When I went to pick up my rental car and the only available vehicle was a minivan and I said I didn t wanna minivan Hope jumped on the phone and within five minutes she had another vehicle there waiting and ready for me. Thanks Hope

I would definitely return to CARSTAR in Newtown for body work. (Although I hope not anytime soon :) The process was easy and pleasant. Dina Bicakcioglu is amazing!! She kept me updated on the status of the repair. She is very helpful, thorough and competent. I ve never seen worse work ethic on both the car star and Fred beans side anywhere in my life. To say I m dissatisfied with how everything was handled is a drastic understatement. Not once but twice they told me my car would be ready for pick up on two consecutive Fridays and was not. For minimal damage to my car and to replace keys it took well over a month. In fact I wouldn t have had keys if I had not done my own due diligence and found a locksmith right away to handle it same day. Interesting how I was able to find one in 5 minutes and they took two weeks and told me it would take another week to find one. It would ve been way less time and money just to buy a whole new car after that as well as rental car charges I needed while not having my vehicle. I unfortunately realized this place had a 1 star rating too late, but I can easily see they live up to this reputation. Never take your car here, and I ll be sure to look anywhere else as well in the future. At least the car was finally fixed and returned.Service: Body & Trim
