Great discount on parts and free shipping over $50. I ordered nine parts for my BRZ with this dealership. However, when you email their parts department/specialist (technical or issues with your order), they are not responsive and could take weeks to reply (with a few resents). This is frustrating as their sense of responsibility in communications is low.

I ordered a new High mount brake light today. Ordering parts was really easy. The price was way better than my local Subaru dealer. They said it would ship in 2 to 4 days, I just got an email from UPS, it will be here tomorrow! What more could you want?

I ordered cross bars and a kayak holder from these guys, and the accessories were delivered quickly with no issues whatsoever! The price was great, and the website very easy to navigate to ensure the parts would fit the make/model/year of my subaru. I highly recommend going through Rafferty for accessories!

The part I ordered was in stock and a very reasonable price. It shipped the same day, too. Shipping price was OK, but I was irked that an additional Handling Fee showed up on the final order screen. Overall, a good experience, and I'll order from them again, esp as they are the closest dealer to me that participates in Subaru's online parts program.Thanks!

I needed some OEM parts in the Philly area quickly. Of the local dealers, Rafferty had the best online catalog (complete with parts diagrams), lowest prices, and actually had the parts in stock. I placed the order, checking the "Pick-up" option and received an email saying the parts were ready -literally- eight minutes later. They were sitting on the counter of the parts department when I picked them up during my lunch break. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great Service! I actually ordered the wrong part (Manual cargo cover instead of the Power Gate cover) and the Parts person caught it. He called and verified this with me and the correct part arrived.

I have been doing a STI drive train swap into my 1999 Subaru Impreza RS and I needed a good amount of random parts, from bolts to brake lines to cooling to suspension component. Rafferty's online parts website has all the diagrams with part numbers that you will need to get your specific part. This was especially useful for me since I needed parts from several model years and not necessarily tied to my VIN. When one time, I couldn't figure it out myself with diagrams, I came in person, and they were able to help me out then.On top of that, almost every dealership nowadays offers OEM parts online, but they all have different prices. Sometimes they price match to other dealers, sometimes not. With Rafferty, however, there is no need to any of that hassle, because they literally have the most discount of off MSRP to have the lowest prices from every other dealer that I have looked.I am definitely recommending them to my local Subaru buddies.Alex

My husband and I have bought/leased a few cars from Rafferty Subaru. Most recently, we bought a Subaru Forrester. Dan Bechter spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got the car we wanted. We tried the Crosstrek out first and liked it but decided we were looking for something a little bit bigger. Then we found a Forrester we liked on the website but then decided on a different Forrester listed. It wasn't on the lot that night we were in but Dan got all of the paperwork taken care of and had it ready for us the next day! He was so patient with us as we searched and changed our minds. Great sense of humor and a pleasure to deal with! He made the usually painful car buying experience pleasant. We will definitely be returning to Dan and Rafferty Subaru when it is time for a new car.

Shopped online. Most diagrams were complete although some were not. For example, I had to locate the part number for the front suspension end link nut on the rear suspension diagram. Overall though, a solid 4 stars.
