There s a reason why there are soooo many high star reviews about Rafferty Subaru because Rafferty Subaru IS a 5 star establishment! The Rafferty family gets it . They understand their customers, they have been around the area for decades and they sell a great product. If you are considering any other brand or dealership, you owe it to yourself to at least stop over. I ve purchased 4 Subarus here - with my first real car as a teenager (used 1983 GL), a first gen Outback after first child born, then a WRX (2002 mid life crisis) and now just last week a 2024 Crosstrek Limited.Same experience since my first visit there in 1985, awesome. From their web site to the Internet sales consultant, to the service department, the finance dept, all the time working with one the best Sales folks around, Cory Sottanella.The product can be great (Subarus are), the building can be modern and deals fair, but it s the people that make the entire process great and Rafferty is that.Highly recommend!

This is the 4th Subaru that I ve purchased from Rafferty Subaru. The purchase has absolutely met a five star rating. Everyone is extremely courteous, fair and trustworthy. Which, in my opinion is extremely hard to come by in the auto industry. I have had Andre for all 4 of my purchases and will continue to come back. I referred him my mother-in-law, who has purchased two Subarus from him as well. I can t speak more highly of the experience, the service and the people. My experience was very positive from beginning to end. It had been 15 years since I purchased a car and I wasn t looking forward to it based on previous experience. But not once did I feel pressured. Jason in Sales, Chad in Finance and Zach who set up my tech in the car were all fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made the process seamless! Well done!

The car buying was easy but time consuming. the showroom is clean and neat with very polite and responsible managers and salesman. They matched the best offer I had with another dealer and seems to have impressive service for the car. They take their time with us to explain the car and how it works.

My service experience today was excellent. I had asked for a loaner but was informed that my car would be ready within in an hour. Therefore, I decided to wait in the expansive lounge area. It was equipped with many amenities. There was also a silent work area with cubicles which were both private and comfortable. More importantly all the needed work on my car was completed within an hour and was delivered to me fully washed I can t say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of Rafferty s service department.

The staff was courteous and professional, service was quick (less than the 45 minutes I was quoted), and the price was fair. I got my second Subaru in January('22 Outback less than 16.000mi), not purchased from Rafferty. My other Subaru '14 Forester I bought new from them. In February I took the Outback to them for a recall service & computer software update. When called that car was ready they said car needs an alignment & cabin filter replacement & they could do both in about 30 mins. Quoted about $150 for alignment & $70 to replace cabin...said filter was all twisted...REALLY??Did they actually remove the glove box to check. I replace the cabin filter all the time & it is an easy 10minute job. I can buy a filter for about $15. After I got home I checked the filter which was not twisted & looked almost new. Was the car put on the alignment rack & if so where's the printout? The people there are very nice & dealership is clean, however because of games like this I only go to the dealership for warranty work. I have my own mechanic for routine service.5 stars for warranty work & deleting 2 stars for the additional work they were pushing.

I was referred to Rafferty by 2 different people. I am so glad I went there to get my new car. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. No pushy sales people. Very knowledgable and helped me navigate something that can be rather stressful. I would highly recommend!

I have always loved Rafferty for their reputation for helping the community and non-profits close to my heart. When I made the decision to buy my first new car ever at the age of 65, Rafferty was where I was going. From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the wonderful receptionist to driving out with my new car, the whole experience was great. They taught me all the new gadgets, how to set things up for my comfort and invited me back 2 weeks later to review anything I forgot. They ve kept in touch to make sure I m happy. This dealership is like a warm hug. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Since purchasing my 2018 Legacy at Rafferty Subaru, I have been exceptionally pleased with their service department. Most visits are for normal maintenance but when something out of the ordinary happens, they fully take care of it and their pricing is not high. They truly are "customer oriented"!

Buying a car is stressful and not always the best experience but the team at Rafferty Subaru were wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Brad and Eli did a great job of explaining everything and making the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Rafferty Subaru and would go back there again next time I am looking to buy a car.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my wife. Especially my salesman. I was very comfortable with the deal we made. I was a previous owner of a Subaru Legacy and knew what I wanted. It was nice that they didn't try to force something else on me just to clear their inventory.

Went to buy a SOLTERRA with the Subaru incentives of $329 per month, $329 down plus tax, tags, etc. the price was advertised on line for the specific car I drove. Rafferty would not give me the deal and tried to give me some story of extras on the car, etc, etc. Basically the old bait and switch. I went down the road to another Subaru dealership got the deal and purchased. Sales guys at Rafferty seem like good guys but sales manager did not even bother to come over and explain. Left his guy Mike flapping in the breeze. Lousy way to do business.

I loved my experience at this dealership! I've had a lot of cars over the years and this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My salesman Owen was awesome...no pressure, he knew exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about 2016 Forrester that I bought. He showed me every feature on the car and went out of his way to get me an owners manual. The receptionist was very friendly and offered me a snack and a beverage. The finance department was excellent, it was a very smooth process and the agent was very courteous. I had a rental car to return and they helped me with that and Eben stopped by the gas station on the way and filled the tank. I am very happy with my vehicle and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Over the years I have the found the service representatives to be very through in making sure the car is properly checked over and they only perform repairs that are needed.When I leave the service area, I always have peace of mind knowing my car is safe for my family.

We recently purchased a used Honda from Rafferty Subaru and are very happy with the experience. The staff there was personable, competent, and professional. The purchasing process was transparent and there were no shenanigans or sketchy add-ons that are ubiquitous at other dealerships. We had a minor issue with the car but Bob Rafferty immediately made it right when we brought it to his attention. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Rafferty s if you are in need of a car. Special shout out to our excellent salesman Mike Magness, their fabulous finance specialist Jeanette Prestia, and the wonderful Bob Rafferty Jr. for their phenomenal customer service and support. A++

Ok, so I've always been a Toyota loyal customer. My husband has had Subaru's for years. He loves them and has convinced me that my next car will most likely be a Subaru. Rafferty is awesome. Low pressure when looking, easy in and out service station, friendly & knowledgeable staff. I see many cars on the street with Rafferty on the license plate frame. I can see why!!

Larry was wonderful making the process smooth from the beginning to the end. As a first time buyer, he was very thorough in explaining all of the things I needed before purchasing the car. I also admire the level of punctuality and patience since I did come in around closing time to make my purchase. Katy was amazing keeping it very straight forward of all of the finance aspects of the car. She was clear and transparent with the calculations and made the tedious process of signing very simple. I would definitely recommend a friend to Rafferty Subaru for the great service I experienced. Thank you once again for making my car buying experience comfortable.

I went to for oil change and annual car inspection which costed me for more than $640. The oil change and inspection was $242 and I was asked to change 2 frontal tires for $404. My car mileage odometer was more than 55,000 miles but the stick on the windshield indicates that I need do the next oil change at 31960 mile (I wish if my car could reach that number again). When I called and asked if the Subaru could mail the correct stick to me. But not. I would like to say, the service was good but not completely satisfactory. Thanks.

I took my car in for a state inspection and routine maintenance. Rafferty Subaru made the process easy and did really nice work on my car. A+ on the service itself and the friendly people in the service bay. I m deducting stars though for the woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the service Mon 2/19 at 2:47pm. Really rude and condescending attitude - seriously, listen to that call recording if you can. It is not OK to talk to customers like that. If it hadn t been for prior positive experiences with Rafferty, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

While I did not purchase a Subaru the staff at Rafferty went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was a positive one. I purchased my vehicle on a Thursday and by Monday, Mike was calling me to make sure I still live my vehicle. After one week the sales manager was checking one me to make sure I still loved my vehicle. The customer service was top tier. Mike Magness was my sales person and he did not pressure me at all. He made sure my wants were meet.

I am so happy with the new Subaru which I just leased from Rafferty Subaru. I think I got a great deal, with reasonable monthly payments. My Sales Consultant took the time to listen to what I wanted, and did everything he could to make sure that he provided me with all the protection options that were offered, and that I got the car that I wanted. The Business Manager was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the lease agreement and associated paperwork. An associate made sure that before I left, I was familiar with the workings of the car, and she sat with me and went over the features a few times before I left. Great job, Everyone! Thank you!

Brandon was very pleasant, unfortunately this dealership, like Ciocca managed to charge us multiple deductibles with no flexibility after all of the dashboard lights came on feet away from the parking lot. At this point, two years in, it feels baked in to the Subaru ownership process and I won't ever make the same mistake again. That or my car is a lemon, which might explain why it was traded in so early.

At Rafferty Subaru It Is All About You. Out of All The Subaru Dealerships I Could have Chosen And There Are A lot of Them Out There. In My History of Owning Various Automobiles Purchased From A Vast Variety of Dealerships. None of My Previous Dealerships Can Surpass Rafferty Subaru From The Showroom To Sales To Service To Body And To Parts Departments. Along With A Awesome Loving And Caring Staff In All Departments. Most Importantly The Family Embrace You Feel As Soon As You Enter The Dealership Showroom.They Made Me Feel Immediately Just Like Family From the Time of Purchase of My 2024 Subaru Outback Limited Edition SUV Ongoing To The Present. Very easy to buy a new car from Andre Tocci. All done by phone and email. Finance papers were ready to sign when I arrived, so I was in and out with our new Outback in less than an hour.

I have only had one single interaction here, and I was unimpressed. That being said, one experience is not the way to judge a facility like this.at first, I was incredibly impressed. The window on my mom s Forrester stopped operating. I called and they were very welcoming and had me come in, and they assured me they d be able to pull it back up again. I sped over towards the end of their service window, and they met me with a very friendly staff. It was an awesome experience, and would normally be a five star response.One of the technicians help me and informed me this was a very common problem and proceeded to push the window all the way down to the bottom. I warned him that I was unable to get it back up again, and I expected it to be a problem with the switch as everything else worked fine, I could hear the motor engage and click.Once the windows all the way down, and they verified they cannot bring it back up again, they said they couldn t fix it now and proceeded to wrap a giant piece of plastic around the door.They couldn t service me that day so we made an appointment for later in the week, but you can imagine what it was likt to drive home.I drove in to have a service tech make it worse.once I return back home, I spent a little time messing with a switch and got the window to go all the way back to the top. It clearly wasn t a broken motor, it was a switch.I ll certainly give the service team another try, but this was really annoying. if they would ve just spent 10 minutes diagnosing it a little bit better we would be in a very different situation.I appreciate your kindness, and willingness to help, but in the end things just got unintentionally worse.Everyone deserves another try, and I ll change my reading at that point.
