We were just in for a nail in our tire. They definitely had a packed Saturday of work and still took us and put a plug in for us. Amazing service, I can see why they almost have 800 5 star reviews and are super busy with work! Great experience and we will now be continuous customers.

I made an appointment to have my brakes checked, and assumed that I'd need an expensive brake job. Dennis checked out my car and told me that my brakes were fine!Less scrupulous mechanics would have made a quick buck by performing a service I didn't need, and I would have been none the wiser.Honesty is good for business. I am now a customer, and I will recommend this shop to all my family and friends!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are knowledgeable, and professional, and not only seek to get to the bottom of your car s problem but also want to educate the customer. I was a new customer, but Kenny treated me like I had been coming there for years. The bill was also less than the estimate, which is a rarity. Great crew, a very honest shop. I ll be back.

The dealer for our 2005 outback was asking an outrageous price for our car to pass inspection,more than the value of the car. We took it to Meineke Car Care Center in Newton Square and they did everything it needed at a reasonable price. They were professional and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitey use them again.

I had a good experience with my service work at Meineke. I liked the pictures texted to me after the inspection. Very professional and the repairs were completed in one day.

The math was just not adding up on recent work done here. Finally did the research. Looked up exact parts they used to do job. Their labor rate is on par with other shops but the parts prices are crazy. $200 over retail if you went in a store. $300 over warehouse chain that sells to public. Look at your work order, they are price gouging their parts.

Ken and his team were kind to fill my low pressure tires and reassured if it doesn t hold they will help take care of it ASAP & they did!! So glad to have Competent & Helpful team of car technicians in our neighborhood- truly appreciate it They also inspect Electric Car- that was new find for us:)

Would give zero stars if I could. Can t speak on the quality of work because we didn t get that far. Made an early afternoon appointment for a state inspection and emissions test a few days ago. The appointment was accepted. I show up 30 minutes early to wait with my vehicle as noted in the online appointment. The waiting room is practically nonexistent so I put my baby in a stroller and proceed to go for a walk while waiting. I get a call an hour later asking if I have another way to get home just in case my car needs any work. Huh? My vehicle is a 2020 model with less than 50k miles. Why wouldn t they just do the inspection and if it needs something, we can talk about it later? When I get back to the center they let me know that the inspection hasn t even started even though it s well past my appointment time of 1:30pm and they don t close until 5pm. I declined their offer to come back on another day as though I m going to give them a chance to pull this nonsense again. I m thinking they either overbooked or cars they inspect tend to need a lot of work to pass inspection. Either way I saw the red flags, grabbed my paperwork, and left.

The business is clean, efficient and in an easily accessible location. They are fairly priced. The people are friendly, funny and always willing to be honest about their assessment of your vehicle. They are a rare find.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. This Meineke Car Center is totally wonderful. Have been servicing my 2008 b Ford Escape for many years and, to me, is the best car on the road, thanks to this Meineke dealership.

Great work, prices, honest, they know what they are doing and they go the extra mile to get the job done, they are all pleasant to work with, Tom made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and the communication between employees is wonderful!Nice to leave, picking up my car, stress free! If you re on the fence! Jump off and leave it with them.

I had an outstanding experience here. My car had a few issues with emission leaks, and tire sensors, I needed two new tires, and a few other minor issues. They had everything done pretty much the same day. I got photos of everything, and was in the loop through everything. Really nice group of guys that make sure to take care of you, which is always appreciated when you are having car issues.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

As good as it gets. Clear communication via text and email through their system where they clearly illustrate the problem with highlighted photos. These are followed up with a phone call, explanation and estimate. Their solutions are as creative as possible to help with cost. The work is done in record time and is excellent. Welds look good, parts look good, results are great. Real pros.

We needed emergency service, so Ken and Dennis squeezed us in although they were VERY busy. Add to that kind of compassionate, personalized care work being done at the highest of quality and reasonable price and you can see why going to this Meineke is a smart idea - a "no-brainer" to me.

I called on a Saturday morning to try and get my car in to repair a flat tire (from the night before) but also I needed an inspection and an oil change and Dennis said come right in and did all three services within just a few hours for me!!!!! I only trust this team with my car. They know me and my vehicles. They take the time to explain repairs needed and why. They have several times showed me under my car so I could see issues. They work with me to make timing of repairs work. They are honest about severity and what can wait and what repairs cannot wait. I don t trust anyone else with my family s fleet

Amazing, honest, reliable service! After having our car (mis)diagnosed as having engine failure, we came here for a second opinion. They took their time, did a full evaluation, and determined it was the timing belt! Fixed the issue quickly and saved us a lot of stress (and money!). We've found our new place!

We discovered Meinike Newtown Square several years ago and take all our vehicles there for service. They are extreemely competent and fair in their pricing.
