My car almost died on me last week so I googled mechanics in my area and found these guys. They made this agonizing process extremely easy and almost painless. I am not an auto girl so I had about 1000+ questions and the owner answered each one and made sure I understood absolutely everything that was going on with my car and how to handle it in the future. These guys do trustworthy work, and are extremely kind & knowledgeable. They will be my new go-to mechanics in Newtown Square.

Absolute 10/10 if I could give more then 5 stars I would. I had an issue with my car spoiler I had been calling around for weeks to get it looked at before I drive on vacation. JTC answered me right away I was seen in a quick manor and taken care of where all the other shops told me "oh that is cosmetic so you need to handle it yourself" please choose this location you will never regret it

They did a great job with my vehicle, very easy to work with. Jason went the extra mile and contacted Mercedes and was able to get a large portion of the repairs covered by them. An honest mechanic and I will definitely be back

Jason Is The Best Mechanic I Ever Met. My car needed a full diagnostic test. Not to mention, he takes very good care of your vehicle. He explains to you step by step what the issues are and what he recommends for you to do. Then he goes from there and does great work. I told him that he would be my mechanic forever.

Jason went above and beyond to help me with my car. I had two flats and he made sure they were safe for me to get the rest of the way home. He dropped what he was doing to assist me. You don't find customer service like this anymore.

Great customer service, high quality work for reasonable pricing! He came into the shop on his day off to work around my busy schedule & did an amazing job changing the grill on my AMG Mercedes. He also was very knowledgeable of different modifications I was interested in.

I had flat tire on my way to work at 7a. Called triple A, was told it would be an hour till I was picked up.Jason, the owner arrived right after I made arrangements and was able to order me a tire, drop me off at work so I wouldn t have a loss of a work day. I canceled AAA, and he had it fixed before 2 and dropped my car off at my office. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!Service: Tires

Had a flat tried getting roadside assistance from gieco but they were playing games and taking hours I said forget that called this guy and he was there within ten minutes took the old tire off put the donut on payed with card or cash but I did card and he even informed me why my tool wouldn't work great expirence next time I have a flat I'm calling these guys first

Jason is an amazing mechanic he replaced the timing chain on my Cadillac xts. It was hard to find a shop capable of making the repair and Jason was able to get the parts and make the repair within just a few days and it has been driving great since. every other shop just wanted to replace my engine because they were worried to dismantle the engine. Thank you I will be bringing all of my vehicles to you and you only.

Jason the owner at JTC Auto in Newtown square is probably one of the only guys within a 100 mile radius that I trust with me and my families cars safety on the road. Of the 30 years that I've had sports and luxury cars/SUVs, he's the only one I've found that sincerely cares about the customer, outcome and quality of his work.He's a car guy at heart and it shows. He knows every inch of every car I've ever brought him and knows what the problem is and how to diagnose it before I even get done finishing my sentence. A true car wizard hiding in plain sight at the Liberty in Newtown square.He's not showing up to work everyday just for a paycheck. He's extremely knowledgeable and has been able to diagnose and maintain every car I've ever brought him from Mercedes S63 AMG, to BMW, my wife's Tesla Model 3 all the way to my nieces 1999 Honda Civic. The best part is, he's the most competitive shop in town price wise and does not charge me extra just because my car is considered "Luxury" vs my nieces Honda civic. We've all also taken advantage of his free brake pads for life deal as well. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now.I would not hesitate to reach out to Jason and his team for any job big or small. I'm there every 6 months for a full synthetic oil change and yearly for his $50 full State inspections(every other shop charges over $120 for the same inspection). Even if your considering using someone else in the area give them a call first and ask for Jason, get a quick over the phone quote ran by him first to make sure your not getting ripped off by going somewhere else. I'm usually pretty busy traveling and him offering pickup and drop off services from my house and the office has been a life saver, I cannot thank him enough..I will never set foot in another local Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Ford or Chevy dealership again after the horror stories I've personally experienced, from week and months in the service center to abusive joy rides and extra parts and labor being charged that weren't necessary. I don't stand for it and will no longer support mega corporate "stealerships". When supporting small business's I feel as if I'm actually cared about and the attention to detail is incomparable. Jason and his team are truly a white glove Top talent experience when it comes to anything car repair or maintenance related. Thanks for the complimentary interior and exterior detail as well! Jason and his team are the best! I ve needed services for my Hyundai Elantra three times in the past year (alternator replacement, battery replacement, inspection, and oil changes), they always with my schedule to get an appointment quickly (usually the next day). Their work is always done timely and you can tell they really care about their work. Jason always follows up after my appointment and willing to answer any of my questions. I travel to Delco to see family, and rely on JTC for my maintenance, and repairs when needed. He is reliable, honest, fair, upfront, and in today's environment it's difficult that build that kind of trust.

This location goes above and beyond to accommodate. I often give referrals. Jason is easy to communicate with- quick to respond and always charges a fair price.When our daughters have questions about their cars- Jason and the crew offer their knowledge and suggestions at the drop of a hat. JTC helped me out when I found a nail in my tire. Were able to get me in and patch up the tire quickly and priced fairly. They also replaced my windshield wipers about a month back and gave me a good deal for the higher quality ones. Can always rely on them and will be going back there for any car issues. A great caring staff of employees i have to admit, you got to love the attentiveness of the staff at all aspects of inspection and customer care. They really will go the extra mile to help improve you vehicles maintenance and will do so apon arrival. Jason and his crew will put you vehicle first at the top of the list to ensure quality and customer satisfaction for sure!!
