Had a great experience at the Enterprise in Newtown Square and will definitely use them again for any future rental needs. Any staff that I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. The process for pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

I rented an F250 from enterprise because a tree hit my work truck. I delt directly with Nolan and he made the process extremely easy. The truck was ready in less then 24 hours after I requested it. Nolan scheduled a pick up from my home and was flexible with timing. Drop off was super easy. I highly recommend this location.

This is my second time renting with Enterprise in Newtown Square, PA and I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous on both occasions. They made the whole process smooth and easy, and I was not hit with any surprise charges. My only minor disappointment this time was that the vehicle I received for my second rental was a bit smaller than my first, even though I rented the same class. However, it ended up being perfectly adequate for my needs and I didn't bring the matter up with the staff there. I just wanted to be on my way, and they helped me do that without any hassles. I would definitely rent a car from the Enterprise team in Newtown Square, PA in the future.

Not happy with them at all I have a 2023 loaded ram Laramie that was in an accident .. when I first received a rental it was a work truck and I mean a truck. I specifically asked for a larger vehicle because I have an injury.. they gave me a work truck too high to get into and dirty, I returned that and they gave me a small SUV that the brakes were rubbing on The rotors, returned that the next day, and they gave me another SUV, small SUV, that when I got on the expressway, the oil temp light would come on at a certain speed, at this point I just kept it and stayed very local because I was tired of trading vehicles, and rental cars have went down a lot. Lastly, when I return the vehicle, they charged me for gas that I had not used because I had to return to level that it was at when I picked it up and they charged me taxes that should not have been charged that they quoted me less than a dollar a day after the $50 a day a allowance I was given for my rental when I called, they said the charges will be taken off of my card and they haven t been as of yet I don t have the fight in me to deal with this right now, so I just let it be and will never use this company again as I have options with hertz. I gave 2 stars because the people were pleasant.

Good guys in Newton Square. They made sure I was happy with my rental. First car was way too big for me so they switched it out for me the next day. They contacted me several times during the 3 week period to see of everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them.

Booked a car online 25 days in advance.Decided to actually show up just to make sure everything was ok and no hidden surprises. Guess what! Hidden surprises!!If using a debit card there are several unreasonable hoops to jump through. 1: You MUST provide a utility bill in your name that matches your license and must be issued in the last 60 days! Are you joking?? What a crazy requirement! I sold my house and moved in with my girlfriend and the bills are in her name. 2: you must have a declaration page from your insurance company. 3: You must have a paystub no more than 3 weeks old. Really?? 4: Your bank statement address must match your drivers license address.I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND WALKED OUT. Rent elsewhere

Great Service!Probably one of the best customer service experiences you can have... period especially the Newtown Square team. They are courteous & accommodating professionals that have given me A+ service no matter what the situation. I usually rent a car once or twice every 3 months, and I've always had a pleasant experience from the time I get picked up to the time I get dropped off without excuses.I don t do this often especially with online reviews but I d definitely recommend this office to local residents. Keep up the good work.

The employees at Enterprise in Newtown Square PA were very nice and friendly. They had everything ready to go when we got there. Check in and checking out was very quick and painless. Everything was ready for us when we got there which made it even better, you just sign and go. Thank you again...

The entire staff at Enterprise is fantastic. I have only had excellent service from start to finish each time I rent. They are flexible and understanding, and will go out of their way to find the vehicle you need. This includes making trips to their other locations to accommodate you. It is a good feeling to know that when I walk in the door I will be dealing with polite and professional individuals. Good customer service seems to be less and less common, but they have it figured out at Enterprise to be sure. I look forward to my next rental experience!

I would to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at the Newtown Square Enterprise car rental location.Grant and John and the entire staff are very professional, caring and always eager to meet the customer's needs. I'm always greeted with a smile, handshake and asked if there is anything I need after asking how am I today. They've given me rides to and from their location and are always prompt. I spend minimum time in the office because of their understanding of the customer's need to get going.They deserve to be honored for their efforts, and I must say that they deserve the highest rating possible.Corporate needs to support them more by ensuring that vehicles are available to them based on the online reservations made. It's very difficult to give what is not made available especially if the airport doesn't provide them. But somehow this team of fine professionals always come through.I hope that corporate will hear and support them more accordingly,I would be sure that if vehicles are available based on reservations, that all of their customers would be as pleased as I am with the Enterprise Rent A Car Team at Newtown Square location.Thank you for a job well done and continue being done!L.Ashe

Great bunch of people that work there. Very knowledge and fairly quick service. Rachael was on top of her game,, had everything set up and ready to go and even picked me up. Mike also kept things in line and knew exactly how to handle things. And we cant forget Sidney,,very polite and informative ad high responsive to the situation.NEED TO RENT A CAR SEE THE PALS ANDS GALS AT ENTERPRISE IN NEWTOWN SQUARE

This is my favourite location to pick up rental cars.Grant , Joe are doing great job in helping customer like me. They always provide the best cars and best price. Great work !!!The staff changed and the new manager rose , she was excellent in service . I waited for almost for an hour for the car to arrive as i required sedan but she made sure to compensate it ..

Excellent customer service here. They carefully showed me everything about the controls when I picked up the minivan, as I have only driven compact cars in the past. I didn't have to wait at all when I picked up, even though there were other customers there, due to their efficient use of ipads. I had a couple questions when I was on the road, and I when I called, people answered the phone in a quick and friendly way. Even though I returned the car on a holiday, there were clear written instructions posted for dropoff. Thanks, Enterprise!

The Customer service at the Newtown Square location is excellent. The employees are friendly and professional. If my experience was based on that I would give 5 stars however, I had a horrible experience after I returned the rental. I happened to look at my bank account a week after I returned the car and noticed a deduction from Enterprise. I called the 1-800 number (the local branch was closed) and was told it was for unpaid tolls. Since I have an ez pass I knew it was a mistake. The representative sent me an email of the unpaid tolls and I realized it was from the person that had the car before me. I called the violations department and spoke with a representative who gave me a ludicrous explanation as to why I received the bill and stated it was my responsibility to pay or take it up with the toll department. I called back and spoke to a supervisor who saw the error and was extremely apologetic about the situation.Here s a suggestion, before snatching money from the wrong account reach out to that customer and find out what happened. If that was done in my case the proper person would have been charged for blowing through tolls daily causing a $61.90 fine. That one mistake caused so many problems however, Brandon from the Newtown Square location was a big help. I also want to thank the supervisor from the violations department.

Do not agree to their collision policy if you have your own insurance, I had to rent a car because of an accident with mine, I was already stressed out enough and was convinced by the salesman that the damage waiver at $35+ per day was a good idea. I wasn't thinking at the time how long my car would take to get back from repair, or that my insurance company would cover this and agreed to the fee. It didn't occur to me at the time that the total would be over $700.00 just for the collision waiver. I won't be using Enterprise in the future as I feel they should have recommended I check with my insurance first and were more concerned with the extra fees and not what may be best for me. A costly lesson learned that I will remember in the future.

Horrible. I was not going to leave a bad review, but 2 weeks later(today), I received another surcharge... The 1st car they gave me was broken and I had to return it. They nickled and dimed me for everything. I used their EzPass, instead of the one I own and Enterprise surcharged me for using it. Too many other problems to list.

I reserved a sedan. An agent called me to ask if I would take a bigger vehicle because they only had one small car left. I told the agent I did not want a bigger vehicle. I called the 1800 number so they could find me an enterprise location that had a small car available and that's why I reserved at that location. The agent reluctantly agreed. While in route to pick up the vehicle, about thirty minutes after the first call, the agent called me back again to say that there were no more sedans. He said that I would have to take a mini van. I was upset because he rented the car I reserved. I still had 45 minutes before my reservation time. The agent told me they don't reserve cars. I had no choice but to take the mini van and although my reservation was for a sedan they made me pay the extra cost for the larger vehicle that I did not want. I had the car for a week, and despite me asking for a call when a customer returned a sedan, they never called so that I could switch into something smaller. Two of the agents lead me to believe that I could not use my own insurance and that I had to use theirs. Once I learned that was untrue I went to the location and had them switch to my own coverage, by then I had already racked up a nice bill. My experience was terrible and cost me more then what I would've had to pay had they practiced good customer service.

Although it is not the cheapest option, i am very happy with my experience. We made a special request when making the reservation and it was accommodated. You cannot beat their convenient "neighnorhood" location, it saved us from going to the airport to pick up a car.

Maybe I'll get a phone call if I put a review online... Here's my terrible experience. I rented a vehicle to take down to Florida to take my 2 and 5 year old kids and wife down to Disney. The ride down was fine but on the way up the rear bumper of the vehicle just fell off on the highway and was dragging behind my car... no, no one hit me (as I showed the 'manager' at enterprise with the pictures I took) and no I didn't hit a pothole on 95 as I have been asked several times. Whether I was given an unsafe car that was not properly inspected, or a freak occurrence does not matter to me as I was stranded in the middle of a highway for 1.5 hrs with a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old in the car on my vacation. This was 5/28/16Upon my return (with a different vehicle and my 5 hr detour) I was told my payment would be suspended as the incident was investigated. I asked the 'manager' to call me when everything was investigated. I received a phone call 6/9 at with a message that asked for me to call back to discuss the details and was promptly charged nearly $800 without communication as to why, despite me having insurance on the vehicle, above an beyond the fact that I got sold an unsafe vehicle, I was charged. I called 6/10 and was told the manager was to call me back in 5 minutes. I called 6/11 told he was not there and he would call me Monday. No call monday. I called corporate on Tuesday and they "passed my concern along to the region manager who would talk with the branch manager and give me a call within a day or two. It is now Friday.Someone please call me to explain this to me. Explain to me how your unsafe vehicle that cost me 5 hours of my vacation cost me $800.Maybe, now I'll get a phone call...

I appreciate Enterprise Rent - A - car. They have always looked out for me. This time I really needed them. My Truck was struck by a tree and my insurance company and collision shop aren't willing to pick up the tab, so I'm paying out of pocket. But, Enterprise rent -A-car had a full size vehicle for me. No windshield wash, but No Worries. Keep up The good work .. in God we Trust,. Amen

This location in Newton Square was awesome. Great friendly and fast service. Pick up and drop off was very easy. I will definitely rent from them again. Everyone I came in contact with in person or on the phone was very helpful, professional and extremely nice.

Every one at the Newtown Sq. office was professional, helpful and courteous. I was there because of a lengthy, expensive, but necessary repair to my car, and during a stressful time, it was great to have a no-hassle experience renting a vehicle. I was very happy with the service and the car.

I called Enterprise to make arrangements for a rental after my car was totaled in a serious accident. The manger, Drew Mervin and his cracker jack staff: JW, Yani, & Katheryn could not have been more sympathetic or accommodating in getting me in the safest car on the lot. I really appreciated their efforts and would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to rent a vehicle.
