I brought my 2017 Sonata to Edgemont just off the cuff. I m so excited that I did because they did an exemplary job repairing my car and the service was excellent. They stand behind their work & that s old school hard to find these days. If I ever need work in the future I will not hesitate to use Edgemont as my go to repair shop.I without a doubt would highly recommend Edgemont Automotive Repair Shop to anyone.Thank you for for great service and an excellent repairs.Beverly

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a car accident where I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. Dealing with the at-fault party's insurance, Progressive, turned out to be a challenging process, but my experience with Edgemont Auto Body Repair was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I walked in, Bob stopped his lunch to greet me and introduced the repair process including getting Progressive estimator to complete the initial inspection. Bob exhibited a level of professionalism and compassion that eased the stress of the situation. Not only was he highly knowledgeable and skilled, as recommended by my dealership, but he also went above and beyond to prioritize my repair, after my car experienced difficulties starting a couple of days post-accident.What truly set Edgemont Auto Body Repair apart was their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. This is the best place to take your car in the area!!! Extremely worth the wait if they re ever busy. They took care of my car as if it was their own and ensured I had the easiest experience. I m always looking to support our local businesses and the people here are talented and professional yet so personable and friendly they truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I picked up my car today and it was the 3rd time I ve had them work on my car and it will NOT be the last! Thank you everyone at Edgemont Autobody for all your hard work to get my car looking just like new. What makes them different from any other place that your insurance might recommend? They care about what decisions are made for your car. I had 1 bad experience with a shop my insurance recommended with a different car I owned at the time where they put cheap parts on my car and only a year or 2 later I had to replace those parts with my own money. Ever since I decided to do my own research on where to take my car for repairs and now I m set for life! If I ve come back to this body shop this many times and can still rave about this place, then you should understand how grateful I am to find the best place in the area to take my car! Highly recommend to put Edgmont Autobody on your list for go to places in the area.

Bobby, Patty, and the rest of the crew at Edgemont Auto Body are hands down the best of the best! From the moment I first walked in the door, to my final time walking out I felt cared for, appreciated, heard, and safe. Navigating the world of car repair without my dad anymore can be a scary and uneasy experience but they all went above and beyond to look out for me, keep things easy and simple, and communicate effectively. Everyone at Edgemont Auto Body went above and beyond to help repair my car from a minor accident. When it first happened, it did not seem to be a lot of damage so I thought I could possibly avoid using insurance. I called 3 local places and Edgemont Auto Body was only place that told me to drive it on over and they would take a look. Dan informed me that it would definitely be in my best interest to use insurance. He also used duct tape to secure my front and side panels. Although Edgemont wasn't in my list of my insurance company's preferred providers, I asked to send my car to them as they went above and beyond to help me on that very stressful morning! They were caring, honest, and professional so I really wanted to use them for the repair. I am so happy that I did! The repair was done very well and done quickly. The communication was great during the whole process. I didn't have a ride on the day that my car was ready for pickup so they dropped off my car at my house. The team at Edgemont Auto Body made this whole process easier and less stressful from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

Best auto body shop in the area. Not only do they have amazing customer service and communication skills but Bob and his team did an impeccable job with my car. The finished work was beyond my expectations. My car had some serious damage and they finished the job in just a span of 2 weeks. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Bob and his team did an amazing job with my vehicle yet again! Bob at Edgemont Auto Body was recommended to me by a family member a few years ago for some minor cosmetic damage on my previous vehicle. They did such a wonderful job they were my first call when I did pretty sizable damage by introducing my 2 year young SUV to the telephone pole at the end of my driveway. I was heartbroken because my car is still practically new. Bob, Michelle, and the team were honest, professional, and even coordinated with my insurance company. My car was done in less time than expected and looks better than new. They even detailed my interior! I was able to leave my rental with them to have picked up which made the whole thing extremely convenient. I am hoping to not need them again for a while but will call if I do and I will definitely recommend them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I Called Bob from Edgemont Auto Body after a scumbag backed into my truck at a Home Cheapo! Bob and his staff were extremely professional and accommodating! They set up for a rental car and everything. Dropped my truck off on a Monday and had it back Friday morning! I would highly recommend them for all of your Auto Body needs!

Never met a more honest guy in business. Helper inadvertantly cracked the windshield looking for a leak and Bob took full responsibility. Could have easily claimed it was already broken.already

Would highly recommend using this business for any automotive needs, there are not many shops around like this on any more. Very customer focused and do fantastic work.I hit a pot hole right outside of their shop and got a flat tire. I walked into their shop to ask to use some tools to get my tire off and put a spare on. Bob, who is the owner of the business, did not hesitate to lend a helping hand. He had also said that if I couldn't get them off, drive over and he would take off my tire for me. I couldn't get the Lug Nuts off by hand so I had to drive over.Bob could not get them off even with his Impact gun he had, he had said in 42 years of experience, he had never seen a Lug Nut so tight. Bob, then went out of his way to go to another Local Shop to borrow their more powerful Impact Gun to help me. There are not many people who would do that nowadays from knowing a person for less than 5 minutes.While waiting for him to get back, I was able to observe his highly skilled mechanics work. I must say, the level of craftsmanship and detail I witnessed was unmatched.Even though this was a very small job for them, the level of attention they gave me was more than enough for me to say that this business is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would trust them to do any automotive job that is needed.Keep up the great work!Service: Tires

I damaged my new truck and didn t want to use my insurance so I got a few estimates and was surprised at the cost and the poor service. I happened to be getting my car washed and I was speaking to one of the employees and he recommended Edgmont. So I called and made an appointment.They were great. First they were friendly and forthright. They went over the truck carefully and pointed out all the small details and what needed to be done. Second their price was very reasonable.When I got the truck back, it was done on time and everything was done beautifully. What can I say about this family like business? NOT ENOUGH! They are AMAZING! I have to start off with giving props to the young college lady that hit my sons parked car, knocking off his driver side mirror and stopped (YES, you heard me correctly she STOPPED) to leave a note with her phone number and information along with an apology. I want to first say thank you to her (again) and thank you to her parents who raised an amazing honest young lady! When I called her to exchange insurance information she immediately said she will pay and take care of everything and gave me EDGEMONT AUTO BODY S number. Sometimes you can be skeptical about going that route but I thought, hey she was honest enough to stop I will give it a chance. And boy am I glad I did!! The owner Bob called me back personally to discuss everything in detail, he didn t rush me nor did he push me off onto a staff member to answer my questions. I was contacted throughout the process being updated when the part came in, the next process etc. Not only did they work around MY schedule, not their s, they made sure the part was ready when I could get a ride there to drop it off before work. While I was waiting for my ride to take me into work, Bob came out and asked if I needed a ride. He wanted to make sure I wasn t stuck and then just stood there talking to me like he knew me for years! He also offered to drop my sons car off to me when it was done. All around every staff member was extremely friendly and their work IS top notch! I truly appreciate talking to them as they do not make you feel like a customer but a long time friend!!! YOU DON T FIND THAT KIND OF SERVICE IN THE LARGE SHOPS! I 150% and more recommend them for anything you need !!!Service: Body & Trim

I was turning in my leased car. I had a scratches on the back of my car. I came by several bodyshops in my area including Edgemont Auto Body. Dan suggested me only touching the scratches with paint and buff it a bit. He also ask for the lowest price. When Dan finished and the result was not so perfect as he thought initially, he simply didn't take money. Nevertheless when I turned in my car later and the leasing company charge nothing. I came back to Dan and tried to give the money for the work since it was completed successfully but even that time he take nothing from me. I recommend to everyone doing business with those guys. They are great, quick and fair!

Recently needed the side mirror repaired on our SUV. Edgemont was able to give us a reliable quote, get the part ordered ASAP and work around our schedule because it was the vehicle we use to shuttle our two small children back and forth to school in. Have you heard businesses say that they are committed to make customers happy? Well, look no further. If you are in need of auto body repair in West Chester, Newtown Square areas, Edgemont Auto Body is it. I recommed them 100%.I managed to rearend my wife's '09 Murano with my '09 Pathfinder on wet pavement at the light one day. Skipping the details of the accident, I took my Pathfinder to Edgemont Auto Body first as it was not driveable from transmission fluid line damage along with front-end damages. Murano has some bumper and hatch damages, but perfectly driveable. From the beginning, they tried to make the entire repair process as easy/simple as possible. I stopped at their body shop from time to time, and called them often as well. They were willing to show me the progress in the shop; they were happy to update me with the status on the phone. It was the same with Murano's case. They cut no corners. They worked with the insurance appraiser and made sure that all affected parts were replaced with best parts available (in this case, factory parts), instead of less expensive aftermarket parts. Once the repairs were completed, they told me at the time of pickup to come back any time if we found any areas/parts that they worked on were not right. I did go back to them a couple of times for some minor adjustments, and they were more than happy to take care of me immediately with smile on their faces.If you are concerned that your car will not be the same after repair, don't worry. Just take it to Edgemont Auto Body. They'll take care of you and your car the right way.

A HUGE thank you to the guys here! I got a flat tire on Route 3 on my way home today and was lucky enough to have pulled over right next to Edgemont Automotive. They right away took off my flat and put on the spare at no charge! I was on my way home again in less than an hour just after walking in! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

Called and made an appointment , went on the appointment day and was promised a feed back within a day or two, but nothing happened, Called multiple times and was given bunch of new promises and nothing happened again,.Very unreliable and irresponsible business establishment.Will report to BBB
