I highly recommend Caliber Collision if your looking for body work. They were easy to set up appointment with and get an estimate. They communicated the whole process with us. They cleaned the car, tires, checked air pressure before handing over the keys. It was awesome to see my car look like new again. Even if it's only a 2006. Thanks again Dave and Caliber Collision

Was able to get our vehicle in and repaired before other body shops could even look at it. Arranged rental through Enterprise and made it smooth and easy. Great work and kept us informed throughout.

Car vs garage insurance repair couldn t have gone more smoothly. Paint matches, the door is as good as new and the car was detailed before being returned.Minimal hassle as far as payment, left my rental car with them, flashed a credit card for the deductible and done.Not planning to do it again, but would return to Caliber.

This was the third time I ended up using caliber collision within one year(none of the accidents were my fault).I tried calling other collision shops and the nearest appointment they could give me was a month and half or longer. Caliber collision were able to accommodate my car within a few days and very courteous and professional on the telephone call. They also simplified the process of car rental through enterprise and that process was also very smooth. I kept on getting routine updates about my car through text messages but also whenever I called them, I was able to talk to the concerned individual very quickly and not having to wait forever listening to elevator music. Chris was very professional and explained all the repairs to me in detail and was very patient about it.I also wanted to mention that my accident was on the left side of my bumper but my trunk had some stains from a glue. I showed it to Chris and he said that he will look at it and give me an estimate. When I received the car with the bumper being repaired without any problems and it looked perfect, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Chris took care of that stain on his own without charging me anything.It is very clear that caliber collision want to go the extra mile to do a great job and they actually do care about customer satisfaction.As I mentioned earlier that this was my third time in one year that i needed body work. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and acquaintances.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely superb service, you are kept informed throughout the whole process, The only surprise is that they outperform. For example you'll find that your tires have been given a nice clean and a glossy coating, and the car is spotlessly clean outside and inside. We have used them a number of times over the years with different vehicles. They will work seamlessly with your insurance company to process your claim, you can also get a rental car if you need one.

I have done a collision repair 3 yrs ago front bumper of my Forester. After year and half paint started coming off from both sides. I tried to contact the customer service. I didn't even get a response from them. When I read through the warranty statement, it says just 60days warranty for their job. Painting should be for at least 5yrs if there is no collision or other kind of damages. Not a trustworthy repair firm.

Had a great experience. They are reasonably priced and friendly service. And good integrity. I had my mirror fixed by then. Gave me an estimate right away in a walk in visit. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule. But they were reasonable priced for an out of pocket repair. And convenient and helpful. Offered me a ride to work after I dropped off my car. It turned out to be less work than they estimated and they charged me appropriately. I m always cautious and suspicious that auto repair places trying to take advantage of me. This place did the opposite and earned my trust

Great customer service from providing a quote to final delivery after needing body work after a run in with two deer. The quote seemed reasonable, too. They were able to start the work a little sooner than other shops. Vehicle ready as promised. Tech reviewed all the collision work with me. Chelsea is great, very communicative, professional, and handled my claim in an extremely timely fashion. She was accommodating and very easy to work with. They do such a nice job of repair work and cleaning your vehicle, I would keep coming back here without a doubt. Caliber Collision was referred to me by Farmer's Insurance Co. I was pleased with the intake process and was glad to have a rental car upon dropping off my vehicle for repair after having had an accident. I was kept informed of the status of my repair via text messaging, which was great! When I went ot pick up my car, which was in only 10 days, I was very impressed with the quality of the work - my car looked brand new! I have since recommended Caliber Collision to others and, should I ever need this service again, will have no hesitation in returning!Service: Body & Trim

This was a insurance related repair. 2nd time we have used the Newtown Square location. Everything went smoothly. No issues with estimate, dropping off, picking up, rental was ready when arrived for my wife. Everyone was very professional and deliver as promised. My bumper and tail lights were a disaster, so I took it to the one in Newtown Square. Now it looks amazing. They also cleaned the interior, which really needed it. This is a very well run company with good people working there, from the receptionist to Tim the estimator to the guys repairing my car. I definitely would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
