Top level, thorough, honest mechanic in the Shippensburg/Carlisle/Chambersburg PA area. Even have several loaner cars on site to use while your vehicle is repaired. Highest possible recommendation.

You can't do better these guys know how to fix your car so that it doesn't break down if you let him do what needs to be done you can keep an old car on the road for a long time I really like their work and I have two pretty ornery old cars and I drive really far away I'm an out-of-state driver and I can depend on them

Very satisfied with the service at Blue Mountain Car Care. My wife and I were heading down the highway, 4 hours from home when we heard a strange sound coming from under our car. The next exit we pulled off of happened to put us right in front of Blue Mountain car care and they couldnt have been more helpful. Even though they were short staffed they took our car right in and fixed it. We were in and out in under an hour. The office is nicer and cleaner than your average doctors office and the staff could not have been friendlier. Don t hesitate to go here for any of your car care needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the unfortunate experience of my car breaking down 2 hours from home on the turnpike. I unknowingly lucked out when deciding to just have it towed to the nearest shop which was Blue Mtn Car Care. Communication was outstanding and they were so flexible and accommodating with me being far away. Truly wonderful people. Wish I could find a shop like this near me

We hit a tire on the highway and were barely able to make if off the road. Blue Mt Car Care was like a miracle to us. They were friendly, kind, and fast. Their waiting room was perfect and welcoming. At the risk of sounding corny, when we got back on the road, our family felt that our lives were improved beyond the mere car repair. We are most grateful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you to the crew at Blue Mountain Car Care. My husband & I had a flat tire on the turn pike. Their location is GREAT!! Right off the exit. We were able to purchase a tire from them and they had it mounted and on the vehicle within minutes! Very kind and professional. Wish I lived closer to be able to use them as my regular mechanic!

What a class act these guys are! I was traveling from out of the area and had a major failure in my cars coolant system and these guys went above and beyond to source parts to get me back on the road. Excellent service. I was cruising out the turnpike and my rear tire vibration was terrible. I called these guys and they said stop on in we will take a look at it. They rebalanced the rear tires and I was good to go. Thank you.

I was in the midst of my 10hr trip. I blew my right front tire and I had a nail in my left front tire. I pulled over to this location right next to the I-76 exit. It was 4 o'clock and these people were my only hope of finishing the trip that day.The mechanics were able to fix my issue within a hour. They even stayed a bit overtime after 5pm to finish the work. Very nice people and very nice work. Saved my life.

We had to stop on an emergency, at this auto shop. They greeted us with open arms, very concerned with our problem with our jeep. They dropped all of their work to help us out. We told them were traveling home from New Jersey and what our problem was with our jeep.They jumped right on it, it was late afternoon and wow they got our jeep running safely, the expense was so reasonable. Because of their dedication we were able to drive safely home. May God bless these wonderful people. So if you are traveling and need emergency help, i recommend them to everyone....thanks you sodee and Larry

My son broke down out of our state and Blue Mountain Car Care was AMAZING! They put my mind at ease knowing that his car was being taken care of. Not easy when it is your child, a different state, and a BIG job. They were in constant contact with myself and my son; they identified the issue, gave an accurate and fair estimate and came in under! I highly recommend!

This is an excellent auto repair shop. Not only do they do great work but they are pleasant to work with, always nice respectful and organized. The prices are reasonable and they do what they can to accommodate the needs and schedules of the client. I took my Toyota Prius here and they had no trouble fixing the hybrid engine. They were careful to ask me if I preferred Toyota certified parts but also sourced appropriate cheaper alternatives. I would recommend this shop to anyone. 5 stars!

Had transmission problems. Corey took my 2011 Honda Pilot & had the problem figured out in just a matter of minutes. Ordered parts; put it in the shop; got it up & running in just a few hours. So far, everything is WONDERFUL. The estimate he quoted me turned out to be higher than the job cost. They performed a check to see what preventive maintenance should be done in the future. Gave me an estimate for future work. Very reasonable. I will be going back there for all my work. COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. (AND THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT 1 1/2 MILES FROM HOME)

While my husband and I were driving from Hatfield, PA to FallingWater our car started to dramatically overheat. Fortunately we were able to stop at the PA Turnpike Blue Mountain rest area. Two very helpful baristas at Starbucks directed us to Blue Mountain Car Care one mile from the rest area. When we arrived at Blue Mountain Car Care we were warmly welcomed. The staff made sure we were comfortable, offered us beverages and snacks as we waited in the comfortable and beautiful waiting area. The mechanic on duty quickly looked at our car, offered us options and repaired our car as per our request. The cost was fair and reasonable. If you ever have the misfortune to have car problems on the turnpike, I do hope it is in the vicinity of Blue Mountain Car Care at PA turnpike exit 201. Thank you to the staff for your may kindnesses which definitely reduced our stress level.

I got sleepy traveling on the PA Turnpike, pulled off in a parking lot near Blue Mountain Car Care and fell asleep for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I left my headlights on and my car wouldn't start. I walked to Blue Mountain Car Care and the owner very kindly jjump-started my car for no charge and wished me safe travels. Such A blessing! If I lived closer I would definitely bring my car here.

Knowledgeable, family operated business that knows their stuff! They work us into the schedule quickly with our 2014 Ford Focus and 2009 Honda Pilot; we always get a call explaining any work that needs done; we're given the options of needs done immediately or just keep an eye on it and there is a loaner car to boot if need be (we've never used it but other family members have). My dad and my entire in-law side of 5 cars bring their cars here. Mary provides great customer service and she's actually quite knowledgeable herself! So thankful to have this company around.

Emergency tire repair. I had a tire puncture and was driving West to East on the PA Turnpike and needed an emergency repair since the leak would not get me the 100+ miles home. Corey and his team quickly got the tire repaired with an hour. I think that was pretty darn good service :)

Every time I ve had my car serviced here Kyle has been very transparent and trustworthy, sending me pics of the things that need replaced and the prices are very reasonable. Came in because I had a blown tire on the turnpike. When I asked if they were able to replace it, they happened to have a spare used one and put it on for me. Very friendly and professional not to mention quick service. 10/10 would recommend.

Stoped to get inspection sticker because I just got my windshield replaced. I had my old ones with me and was told by safelite that all I had to do was take the glass with the stickers on them to any place that inspect vehicles. I stopped at blue Mountain because it was close to my house and was told by the owner to take it to where I got inspected that he couldn t give me a sticker unless I made an appointment to get my truck inspected again. I said forget it. I went to total lube and didn t have any trouble. Not a very nice way to treat people!

Always nice to go to a car shop that feels like family! They're not too far from Newville. Definitely worth the scenic drive annnd they're like 2 minutes from BB's grocery outlet. literally, like half my family-in-law goes here and has for years; they know their stuff! #trustworthymechanics

Vehicle Stalled early on a Saturday morning. Had CDC tow me over to the garage, caught Corey on site and INSTEAD of procrastinating the diagnosis until Monday, he dove right in and discovered the problem quickly.Proved to be very knowledgeable and extremely caring and cautious.
