Be advised they only work on snowmobiles during snowmobile season which is already short enough. I understand that they service and sell more then sleds but come on not sure how Polaris honors this service. That s odd because I was informed by the service person you only started on snowmobiles 3 weeks ago.

Very friendly and easy to work with dealership, no nonsense, courteous, and reasonably priced atvs. Highly recommend looking here if buying an atv

Bought a brand new 48 zero turn, used it twice have 0.8 hours on the mower and the bracket and screw fell off to be able to move the deck up and down. John Deere will only cover the part and want me to pay for labor and traveling costs after I just spent 3400$ on the mower and is broke in less than an hour. Watch where you spend your money with this dealer.

Fair no nonsense straight up talk without beating around the bushes in service and or sales. Very informed of all products that they sell and service. I work in information technology, electronics, and mechanics so you can imagine the questions I asked also I bought a John Deere d110 and could not be any happier with it.Three year update:Never had a problem with my d110 so far and very pleased with its operation and ease of maintenance. I will definitely be visiting again.

Great staff very understanding to my needs, and I can't wait till my new Gator comes in. Thanks again for your patience and keep up the great work. I received my Gator on 7/25/22 the pandemic can't stop the Kistler team from delivering a beautiful and powerful Machine, it's a pleasure having delt with professionals from beginning to end. Great place, had issues with my John Deere tractor not starting so service rep Shawn provided over-the-phone assistance thus avoiding the need to haul the unit in for repair. His step by step guidance helped identify and fix the problem. Thank you!!

Good store but awful hours. I work in Schnecksville and drive past this place twice. But they are closed both times because their hours are awful. So I have to take 2 hours out of my saturday to go BACK down there, making a special trip to get my part.

No nonsense - old fashioned business. They know their products and are willing to listen to the problem and story if needed to get your problem resolved. They went beyond what I thought any co. would do for me. Most places today are " take a number" kind of places. This is a refreshing and wonderful place to do business.

I have been quite satisfied with all my dealings with Kistler. They're quite knowledgeable and to me very fair. I don't think a 2 star review is at all fair. this is an excellent operation run by good and descent people .

Over the last few years we've bought a side-by-side, a Ranger & a ATV. We're considering a riding mower and a snowmobile next. We'll always be a return customer. Great neighbors!!!

Lying salesman Rich made a deal with me yesterday on a mower then sold it before I could get there today. I even called TWICE today to CONFIRM the appointment and he did not return my call or give me a courtesy call to tell me he already sold the mower. He let me drive all the way down there, THEN he told me. I already contacted JD corporate and I hope JD strips their dealer status. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A DISHONEST SALESMAN.

I've had my ATV here for 10 weeks (I was told the work would take 3-6 weeks) and they haven't even put 10 hours of work in. The only time work as gotten done is when I have called.

They sell Polaris Atvs, Rzrs, Rangers & Snowmobiles. Also John Deere riding mowers & compact utility tractors. Family business

Ridiculously over priced and very slow repair work. No follow up when the repair tech was done with diagnostics. Tech went on vacation mid-repair and my machine was put on a shelf until he returned a week later.

Only took 3 attempts for them to get the correct belt in for my tractor. Guess because it wasn't a high end model or a snowmobile it wasn't a priority for them
