It s always been hard for me to find an auto shop I can trust as a woman who knows literally nothing about cars. I would like to find a business that doesn t try to lecture me or overcharge me for services. When I picked up my car I was greeted with a snide comment about my dirty air filters and a very high bill. I know times are hard for everyone right now but if you re going to overcharge me, spare me the lecture at least. Overall, I was very disheartened by my experience.

I've taken my car there several times now. There has been no issues with the service. The prices seem fair and they are fast. Also, usually my husband speaks to them, but when I have been called for pickup they've been nice and professional. Ladies, I think you know how important that is!

My experience with Feinour s has always been extremely positive. I have found them to be personable and professional, thorough and reasonable. They have always gone above and beyond, not only expediently making needed repairs, but also letting me know about upcoming issues that will need attention/repair in the near future. I completely trust them with the maintenance of my mother s 2008 Accord, and my 2007 Eclipse, which I drive back and forth to/from Maryland regularly. Thank you to ALL at Feinour s!!!

Very knowledgeable and experienced at great prices. I trust Feinour's with all of our vehicles and know that they will not look to spend money on fixing a vehicle if it's not necessary. I was recommended to use them about 8 years and I haven't used another garage since. Can't say enough good things about the owners or how the garage operates.

After purchasing my first car, one of the most valuable pieces of advice my father ever gave me was to find a reliable auto mechanic. Luck somehow led me to Feinour's Automotive some 20 years ago. They've been my go-to mechanics ever since. State inspections, routine maintenance, new tires, brakes, transmission replacement, new timing belt, etc... they've done it all for me. Super friendly, great service, honest and reliable. Highly recommended!

I first was introduced to Feinours when I met my husband. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Honest, punctual, kind and priced extremely reasonably. Just unbelievable how other garages nickel and dime you, I NEVER felt they were trying to add on anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my vehicles to Chris and Steve for years. They provide honest and reliable service at a fair price! Steve will frequently call to inform me of a potential issue they found as part of a courtesy inspection, explain in detail what they discovered and why it may have occurred, then ask if I would like to have it addressed while the vehicle is in the shop. If it is something I choose to delay until the next service or repair myself, it's never an issue. No pushy sales tactics! No doubt the reason they are the 'go to shop' in the area.

Don't live in the area and never had a vehicle serviced by them. However I had a tire blowout on my semi and the guys working there were nice enough to let me pull off into their lot while I awaited repairs. Really great group of guys. If I lived in the area they would've sold me as a customer for my car repairs.

Great work and great prices. It's hard to find automotive shops you can trust and rely on to do the work right. Nice to have a trustworthy service shop around. Great job Chris and Steve. You guys run a business the right way. Honest and reliable work. Hope that I never have to move to far away from New Tripoli.

Prompt, courteous serviceMy car broke down and was towed to the station. My husband has used the station in the past, but I never have. I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the owner. They were not open, but he was there. My car was done in record time, they did a through diagnostic and repaired my car. Thank you so much.

Nice, knowledgeable people who manage and work through out garage. Reliable, quality work at prices that are manageable unlike so many other places I highly recommend Feinour's based on my great experiences to this point. No complaints at all

Called more than once and no one answered. I was on the side of the road attempting to get a shop in order for a tow and according to their own times, they were open when I called.Edit: Sorry, I should have specified, this was on Wednesday afternoon between 1:30pm, and 2:15pm. Not sure why the owner thinks I called on Saturday. I didn't specify the date in my review but did state that I called within the times listed for their business.

I've known this family owned garage since I was a kid. I actually pumped gas there for one of my earliest jobs. They're honest trustworthy and do excellent work. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else

Every time I've taken a vehicle here they have told me exactly what went wrong, how I could fix it, and then what to look for next.Truely a professional and neighborly garage, it's a heck of a commute from my house but I will always come back.Once I had a 99 accord that blew a exhaust valve and Chris told me straight that it was Going to cost more than the car was worth either to replace the block or to do the work to fix the valve but...He explained to me the process of what to do and reccomended a machine shop to plane the block down when I was done. Thanks to them my accord is still on the road because they gave me good advice when I couldn't afford the shop.

I moved to New Tripoli in 1980. Soon after, I discovered Feinour's. Ira and his 2 boys. Steve and Chris. The boys were young at that time but were always in the garage. After Ira's passing the boys stepped up to continue Ira's work. As far as I am concerned there is no other place around that I want to take my vehicles to. I usually ask Steve to answer the phone. He does by just saying, " Feinour's". Sounds just like Ira answering the phone. Brings back fond memories.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Honest and good at what they do takes a lol while due to being extremely backed up and how many people trust them with theyre cars reasonable with pricing also
